I eventually got tired of the same food every week but we occasionally ordered here and there - most recently for May 4th. Unfortunately someone packed the wrong food into the bag with my name - annoying but resolved with a few phone calls and texts back and forth. We were told to put the incorrect food outside for pickup and they delivered our "correct" order. Chris Navarro, I sure hope you got fresh food since strangers unpacked your food and touched it before they realized it wasn't theirs. Now the reason for this negative review? Tell me why I haven't gotten this refund and have to chase it with no reply when the refund wasn't even something I asked for. I would have rather gotten my correct food without having to waste my time fixing their mistake.
