I had a hiccup scheduling my free spa orientation but that was cleared up by Julian who made sure to get my appointment set up in a timely manner. My orientation was done by Joe who was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and educating me on overall spa care. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty. Joe also got me set up with the ability to control my hot tub through an app which is a wonderful feature. I can't forget to mention how wonderful the hot tub itself is. They sent a service technician the next morning who repaired a disconnected air hose. Joe, was outstanding! Found the problem, fixed it quickly and then spent extra time going over how to use the hot tub and how to add the chemicals. The people at Artisan had the the cahones to try and sell me a $600 wind deflector for a BBQ that cost over $4,000. Next BBQ I'll consult Arnie first.

We landed on a stunning light grey tile countertop with a white tile that matches our pool -- all beautifully crafted. When we wanted last-minute changes, the team was on it. Quick installation, wrapped up just in time for us to smoke a Thanksgiving turkey on our brand new smoker! Jesse was incredibly communicative the whole way through, always responsive over text and happy to stop by in person to answer questions. When the job was done, the patio was left absolutely spotless -- every box and scrap hauled away. The under-counter LED lighting at night is a fantastic touch we didn't expect. Prices are above moderate to expensive. They have beautiful patio tables here, fountains, chairs, etc.. but shopping here is pricey. Getting a sales associate to help me with questions was a lengthy wait. Seemed like it was a skeleton crew the day I walked in. Calling store and asking questions would probably be a quicker method than walking in. I wasn't impressed with customer service but selection of patio furniture was nice.

They strike a really nice balance between you feeling like they're there to help but not to pressure you. We ended up working with the manager, Rob Decker, and he was great, actually everybody we interacted with was great. I also loved that we were able to buy a set of patio furniture that was made locally. The prices were better than at other stores. The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.
