SCB transformed my 9 year old BBQ that had been used and abused into one that looked and performed like new. It is a high quality BBQ so I didn't want to replace it which would have cost 7-8k. Darrin showed up on time and communicated before and after the job. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! read more

Dirty, ugly BBQ? Check out SuoerCleanBBQ website. Darrin came over and totally transformed my gas bbq! He worked on it 2,1/2 hours and it is sparkling.! I just wish I took before and after pictures. He is efficient, hard working, dedicated and nice! Very reasonable for all the time and effort. Call him and get a quote. I highly recommend him. 858.776.6967. You can thank me later read more

Darrin did an incredible job. We have had our Lyon Grill for 14 years. I have always maintained it, but never gave it the deep cleaning it deserved. It looks brand new!! read more

Never use this company. Tech came and broke my bbq then got in my face. Called owner who told me to take a hike essentially but in a way less nice way. Reporting them to the BBB. Stay as far away as possible! Worst experience of my life read more

Darrin, owner of Super Clean BBQ did an amazing job cleaning my Weber grill. Cleaned inside and out and the grill surface was almost sparkling clean. And all four burner igniters now work. I have been doing this myself for many years but he does a much better job. I'm fired! read more

Darrin did a great job on the cleaning of my BBQ. He even had the replacement ceramic briquettes I needed in the truck. Highly recommended.

Had Gage come and clean the grill and also put new burners in. I sent photos of burners I was going to purchase to the owner and he said that they should work. Gage called me and told me they weren't the exact size but should work fine so I told him to go ahead. The channel on the new burners flamed up and wouldn't lessen taking away the ability to use the back half of the grill. When I called to report this to Gage one of his answers was it's a big grill just use the rest of it. He was so argumentative and never took any responsibility for the issue. I spoke to the owner who said he'd come and take a look and never heard from him again. I do not recommend this company obviously. Decent job cleaning but not repairs which they said they'd do and charged me a pretty penny to do so. read more

Darrin was great to work with. They did an amazing job cleaning my bbq. We were about to replace the bbq because it didn't heat evenly but Darrin told me it was likely because it was so dirty... He was right! My bbq needed some repairs but it was seamless with Darrin. Will definitely use Darrin and Superclean BBQ! In the After pic we had used the bbq once otherwise the grates were spotless. read more

This company threw hundreds of postcards into driveways and sidewalks in our neighborhood that was a mess to clean up. I would never do business with a company that conducts themselves this way. Stay away. read more

Clean was thorough and effective. Communication was prompt and informative. Very satisfied and will absolutely used this company again.

Today we used Darrin's services for the 3rd time. As usual he did a great job. My 13 year old Weber Summit looks awesome! It was horrible before but now looks great. No mess, no hassle just great service. read more

Excellent job. The BBQ shines. He arrived on time (after a promised courtesy call) and was respectful of our space. Fully cleaned up afterwards. Did a great job. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible service, customer service and a total scam. Very dishonest and unprofessional. First they charge $65 for estimate without giving you any prices. I knew 2 valve needed to be replaced but he lied and said maybe after washing it gets fixed. Then I had to call him 4 times he gives the estimate of $760. I was shocked and asked him just to chabge the 2 valve and inhad those too. He said he charges $225 just to chavge the 2 valve that I bought it already. And when I questioned the high price he said he won't send his worker for less that that and he said he doesn't want to do the job. $65 was promised to be credited on the job he would do. So $65 is gone. Just charging that from 4-5 people is enough to run the business. Sends out fliers every week for special and this is what he (Darrell) does. Very rude too. read more

Great experience! Rich from SupercleanBBQ arrived at our house on time, troubleshot a gas leak, repaired it, and replaced parts that were previously purchased. Then, Rich cleaned our BBQ perfectly. Darrin and Rich were very easy to work with, and very efficient. I recommend them. read more

We had Darrin out to our house we just purchased, to clean our grill that really needed a cleaning from many years of use. I didn't think he'd be able to bring it back to almost new condition, but he did. I needed a few parts to be replaced and he happen to have them all in stock on his truck. There's a pleasant surprise only get a clean grill but one that operates like new. I would highly recommend Darrin , I will surely use them again. Pricing was very good value too !! Rich S read more

Our bbq looks brand new. Great job and will call again next year. Easy to schedule and calls prior to appointment.

Great job on two separate occasions at different locations. Very professional and scheduling was quite easy. These days with bbq being so expensive it's imperative to have them professionally cleaned at least every year or two depending on use. read more

Not happy with customer service. Left flyers while I was on vacation even though I have no soliciting signs up.

$40 to tell me my grill needs to be replaced and they won't clean it. Gave me directions to a BBQ Store that might have products, and offered a discount if I buy the parts and ask them to install. The guy was pleasant enough, but honestly, just kind of felt like $40 for about a 3 minute visit to tell me they can't help. I paid without complaining because I agreed to the terms before they came , but can't say I recommend this business-- I expected a lot more, even if they couldn't clean it. An complete list of parts, etc would have been nice. I would've have bought the parts and hired them to fix it. read more

We use our Traeger Timberline 850 smoker pretty much every day, and after 3 years it needed some serious TLC. We shopped around to get quotes, and Darrin was competitive and local. He called before arriving during his appointment window, and worked hard for over 2 hours on our smoker. He confirmed the quote he'd given by phone with us before he got started, and was in general very nice and professional. The smoker looks good as new! He used major elbow grease and a variety of tools, and it's shiny like the day we got it. We'll definitely have him back for our other smoker and gas grill, and yearly to keep them looking sharp. read more

I found Super Clean BBQ through a Google search on cleangrillsoflosangeles.com. Within a few hours of my online inquiry, Darrin called me with a quote to clean and sanitize my horribly neglected Weber 6 burner Summit grill. Since he was going to be in Los Angeles the following day, he fit me into his schedule. He showed up early (which I always appreciate) and cleaned my grill in just under 3 hours. My grill is now sparkly clean and I can't wait to use it. I know now I need it properly cleaned annually and won't hesitate to call Darrin again next year. I definitely recommend this business. read more

Darrin did a great job bringing my BBQ back to life! He was accommodating with schedule conflicts and has the decency to call and keep you updated on arrival. I highly recommend his service, and he is an overall nice guy. read more

Don't waste your time with these guys. Extremely unprofessional. Darrin had come out a few years ago and I was very happy with his work at that time. So I scheduled them to come out again. On the day they were supposed to show up (Friday) I got a call letting me know that he had been injured and would need to reschedule. No problem I said, I'm out of town for a few days so lets find the first available when I'm back. We rescheduled for 10 days later. They then proceeded to show up on the following Monday while I was out of town. They then called/texted me repeatedly until I had to excuse myself from a work meeting to let them know that No, they weren't supposed to be there for another week and No, I didn't want them to do the service while I wasn't home. Fast forward ten days later, and Gage is supposed to show up at my house at 8AM and give me a call when he's on his way. I get a call at 7:30 letting me know he's outside and ready to go. No problem, he's early. Would have been nice to get the advance call but whatever. I let Gage into the backyard, open the grill and he proceeds to tell me that I've been cooking with too much oil (I only use oil occasionally and sparingly when I cook fish), the grill looks really dirty and he doesn't want to do the job. I tell him that I have bids from other cleaning services but I've used Superclean before and was hoping to give them the business. Gage says, "If there's someone else who is willing to do this you should have them do it. This grill looks pretty dirty and I think it's going to be a lot of work, so I'm good." I guess I figured that a grill cleaning service would come out and clean my grill. But not if it's dirty. Only if it's a little bit dirty. Trust me there are other cleaning services out there. Way more professional and with similar or lower prices. Superclean BBQ has lost my business and my referrals. Find another service and don't waste your time with these guys. read more

I have used Darrin and his service since I first purchased my Lynx bbq about 7 years ago. I've had both Darrin and Gage clean my bbq and both are very professional and provide outstanding service! I typically take advantage of his early bird service in the offseason for a discount. Now I'm preparing for a huge end of summer bbq and again Gage is here doing a great job of making my bbq look like new. If you own an expensive bbq like my Lynx or just a cheapo bbq and use it as heavily as I do it's going to get filthy. Do yourself a favor and call Darrin and get it ready for another clean season of bbq's. You'll be glad you did. They have always showed up on time and communicate well via phone and/or text. Absolutely rated 5 stars for this service! read more

I found Super Clean BBQ on yelp and called them because of all the positive yelp reviews they had. This company exceeded my expectations! My grill was in pretty rough shape, lots of food bits, grease, and rust. Super Clean BBQ has brought new life to my grill. Will certainly call on them again and will be recommending them to my family and friends. read more

Scratches were put on the stainless steel bbq. Call the owner told him what my husband and I saw after the job was complete. Sent pictures and the business owner came over to see and said he could hardly see them even though it was evident they were there and plenty of them. He brushed it off and inferred we were lying that they were there prior to the cleaning. Said nothing could be done and if weren't satisfied next time hire someone else! No compensation was offered and a very weak apology. In essence too bad and I've got your money! My advice to anyone hiring a bbq cleaning company is to take pictures before the job especially those with stainless steel grill covers read more

I hadn't cleaned my Weber since I bought it about 5 years ago and I was starting to get grease fires, so I had to do something. It was in very bad shape and I was considering just getting a new one, but decided to give cleaning a try since BBQs are a lot more expensive than a cleaning. I wasn't optimistic though. Darrin was responsive, on-time and spent a long time on it. Afterwards it was cleaner than I thought was possible considering the shape it was in. Also there was no trace of gunk or debris on our patio. I'm very happy with the results and I'll get it cleaned a few more times before I replace it. read more

We called Darrin at Super Clean BBQ and we immediately liked his friendly and straight forward manner. An appointment was promptly scheduled at a very reasonable rate and his assistant, Gage, showed up right on time and ready to work a few days later. Gage is very experienced and did a marvelous job in cleaning and polishing our Turbo BBQ. He also easily and seamlessly handled the ordering of some new burners that our 12-year-old BBQ needed. I would highly recommend these local Carlsbad people to make your backyard showcase shine like a diamond! read more

I called Darrin from all the fabulous reviews from Nextdoor.com. Price is vey fair compared to the prices I found online with local competitors. The results is not on the Looks, it's in the cooking. Today I bbq'd veggies and Korean bbq and it cooks the better then I could remember. My grill is at least 10 yrs old, a built from bbq galore. He came in Friday and I'm grilling Saturday and Everything is grilling evenly , looking appetizing. Love that special touch on a sticker where to contact time. read more
