When I talked to him he took the time to listen to my problem and then went on to say that that he thought I should be able to take care of the problem myself and explained what I needed to do. I recommend Frank "The Grill Man" very highly. I called him while he as on vacation. He called back on Sunday and made an appointment for Tuesday and arrived exactly on time. I had already ordered the parts from Fisher & Paykel which he installed after he cleaned the grill. After installation, he installed a much needed regulator. Frank took the time to explain how to properly operate the grill, how to avoid a grease fire (which he pointed out had occurred in the grill) and the real fine points of operating the grill. Frank was great! I had an igniter issue with my Viking BBQ and, after I explained the issue, we made an appointment. Well, unlike most service providers who insist on a large window (I'll be there between noon and 3:00, for example). We agreed on a time and he arrived 15 minutes early (he said, folks usually don't get upset if you arrive a bit early like they do if you are late). After cleaning the bbq, he replaced the burned out igniter and said I didn't need to replace the other one as it was fine. His cost was fair and he was very friendly as well. I will add that I had another guy come out earlier and he said he'd have to order the part and get back to me. After two weeks, I looked on Amazon and it had the part that this other guy seemingly couldn't find! I think he lost interest because I didn't want to pay him a Lot to thoroughly clean the BBQ, which really didn't need it. This guy never got back to me and didn't return calls. Truly a great customer service. Mike was early for his appointment (both times). On his first trip cleaned and diagnosed the issue with my old Ducane grill and was able to order parts for it. Additionally, he cleaned it completely and tuned up all of the knobs and other moving parts. The igniter was not working on my grill when I attempted to fire it up. I called Frank on Thursday and he was able to set up an appointment for a repair on Saturday. He arrived when he said he would and did a FANTASTIC job. He cleaned up the grill and then replaced a part that got the grill working again. He also explained that the part he had replace was no longer available but was able to replace it with a newer version. I believe his pricing is very fair considering all the work he had to do.
