The Gonzales tech insisted on fussing with a weeping issue we had (from a plugged condensor discharge tube). He wasted lots of time (poorly) dismantling the freezer compartment. Ridiculously, the discharge tube is actually accessed at the lower back of the fridge. The tech had nothing to clear the tube, so my tool box provided the stiff wire needed. The tech then refused to check - without booking a second visit - why the freezer was not working (i.e. not freezing), which was the original reason for the call-out. It turned out that the freezing system (using freon or a more modern alternative) had a leak - diagnosed within 5 minutes by a real fridge repairman who we sourced through local friends (so, live and learn). The fridge was replaced, because leaks can't be fixed on modern fridges. And, having the tech fix the leaking discharge tube (which he insisted on) was a complete waste of time and money ($250).

The upper (dryer) section, failed to turn on upon delivery. I went and double-checked and tested the 240v outlet after their 'installation specialist' said the outlet wasn't wired properly. He's a momma's-boy delivery slave, and I'm an electrician. ANYWAY, they argued the point but agreed to take the unit back to their shop and 'look it over.' The homeowners never heard back from them after two months of leaving messages and voice mails. I took the homeowners to Lowe's, and we bought a brand new stackable unit - and guess what? When we plugged it in to my supposedly 'defective outlet,' everything WORKED! I waited over a year to post this review in hopes JC Appliance would reach out and try somehow to make this right. They still have the machine to this day, and my homeowners never got their money back. Where I come from, this is known as LARCENY. Shame on you JC! Now, JC appliance owner (Female, UNK name) refuses to give us our money since their invoice states no refunds (Which I did not sign as requested on the invoice and makes the contract void). regardless it has been almost 4 weeks the company will not respond to me, has not mailed me anything other then a short answer of you get store credit. The female owner also had the gall to tell me that i took a gamble buying one of their products since its a 50/50 chance since its used 8D.. wow! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS ITS BRAND NEW. Not in addition to. And actually it's $40 more than the $750 he was told. I looked at our cameras, they pulled up at 10:02 and left at 12:04 . 2 hrs! It took them 2 hours and it cost me $1,360 I called the dispatcher Trisha to let her know my displeasure over this obvious price gouging. As the customer, I was stuck. Agree to their price or they leave and I have a non working fridge. Contact a plumber maybe it's the same day maybe not. Trisha let me know these guys are professionals and it would take someone else 3-4 hrs. I told her I was in no hurry 4 hrs x a plumbers $130 hourly rate is a huge savings. So just be aware of their exorbitant pricing if it's not a standard install . I appreciate expertise and I know it had to be done and I'm happy to pay a fair price for the correction. I just don't think this was a fair price . I feel taken advantage of.

They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! Received a repair estimate for a total of $1036.11 to install a new "thermal kit" in the refrigerator at a part cost of $541.12 plus 20% mark up, plus shipping. $329.00 for labor. Unknown repairs to gas dryer. I called another repair company that diagnosed the dryer not heating was due to a clogged vent. Diagnosed the refrigerator for a fan replacement of $145 for parts and $150 for labor. Total cost $350. Precision Appliance also charged $129 for the service call which is higher than most companies.
