Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. The two technicians who came to the house to do the installation were excellent as well. All in all, a very professional experience. The only thing I would change is that they were able to do a smooth stucco on it (the do a texture one that we don't like, so we had to hire a separate person to do it). Shopping around I found San Diego Grill Pros and called to ask questions about the items I had decided upon. Jessica and her husband Joe own the business. I had the best, friendliest and most informative assistance from Jessica and their prices couldn't be beat. They are not just there to sell grills, but to help provide you with the best outdoor cooking experience you can have. This meant a lot to me. After my contractor installed the equipment the the rotisserie igniter wasn't working. I called Jessica and then Lynx warranty and scheduled a repair visit. The next day she called back and said her husband wanted to "fit me in" during deliveries to see what the problem was. I wasn't home but they stopped by and quickly discovered that the wrong transformer had been shipped with my grill and changed it out. They noticed that the gas line was not the proper size and could be effecting the performance and also that the contractor had not known how to fully adapt the grill to the size of out counter. When I arrived home, to my surprise, the igniter was working, the gap in the counter was not longer there, and my grills were glowing to full capacity due to the larger gas line. That evening the salmon came off the grill quicker and tastier than ever. We were impressed and thankful. I definitely recommend visiting them if you have any outdoor cooking needs.
