This is the guy you want…read more Have you found that repair/service guy who is a true professional--speaks to you on the phone to understand your needs; explains the options and the costs; shows up on time (not a window, but an actual specified time); comes ready to work, tools in hand, when he shows up at your door; stocks the most common parts so that he can fix many things on the spot; has the experience and skill to diagnose and properly address the issue, correctly, the first time; is neat and respectful of property; and is an all-around nice and pleasant person to work with? Yeah, me neither. Until I had the great fortune of calling Frank, The Grill Man to repair a couple of issues with my grill. He was all of the above, plus the price was exactly as quoted on the phone. In and out, no fuss, no muss. I only wish that he did other repairs so that I can use him again. But I definitely would not hesitate to call him again for future grill needs. If you have an issue with your grill, this is the guy you want.

Most salespeople are great in the showroom and there for you during the selection and purchase but become invisible at the end when you have the delivery of products. This was not the case with Keith, he was there all day from unloading the trucks, to laying out the furniture, setting over a hundred cushions and installing the umbrellas. He insured that all garbage was hauled away and the patio was left in perfect order. He was the last person to leave at the end of the day walking through with me on every detail of operation and care. When you are in the market for a new look, I promise you the value you receive with California Patio will be fantastic.

We are local residence in Palm Springs and needed to replace an older DCS barbecue…read more I think this team was wonderful... And identified the right replacement and execution to replace the barbecue for us. We had a couple bumps in the road in terms of the barbecue fitting into the space that was available... And yes it was on their responsibility to know that. But in the end, there's always bumps when you're spending thousands of dollars on anything. I felt that they dealt with it very professionally, and without emotion and I totally respected their professionalism to correct and fix the disconnect. These are the type of companies that you want to deal with, because not everything goes perfectly... But they were wonderful, supportive and we love our final product. Please buy product from them and you will be super happy

Leland, who was very courteous and professional, explained pricing and I set an appointment. Tristan came out to install the logs and gas line. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

Dylan was masterful at helping us design the kitchen and pick the right appliances. He's extremely knowledgeable. He is not "selling" but helping you decide. He came to our house to help finish the design and do a reconnaissance of the space. Lisa, on the production side, was also excellent and helped coordinate the process. The two technicians who came to the house to do the installation were excellent as well. All in all, a very professional experience. The only thing I would change is that they were able to do a smooth stucco on it (the do a texture one that we don't like, so we had to hire a separate person to do it). Also, they don't offer polished concrete as a counter option. Highly recommend Dylan!
