Aurthur came out, LISTENED to the back story and lore - and spent a good 20 minutes walking around and diagnosing potential issues. He gave me an estimate for my problem child, which honestly was a bit lower than other (non electrical) contractors had given me for much less work. So yeah - value. It was a puzzle, for sure - but it became _personal_ for him, and he and his team relentlessly solved the paranormal electrical issues- actually opening up probably 3/4t of all the outlets in the house - and got everything working flawlessly. A few times over the 5+ hours he was fixing questionable original construction, he kept me up to date on progress and concerns. If I had a genie and wished for an electrician - Arthur & Azdea Group would be the expectation.

He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV. It looks so freaking amazing!!! Thanks guys for doing a great job. Highly recommended.

Beautiful high-end store. But shopping there is frustrating…read more If you're shopping for, say, a refrigerator, most of the high-end brands are scattered around the store so you can't compare them side by side - the store is so big that you have to ask where they are, by brand name. And when we asked the salesperson for something comparable to what we were looking at, hoping maybe for a brand we hadn't considered, they weren't very forthcoming - do you have Subzero? Do you have Kitchenaid? etc. If we couldn't think of a brand name off the top of our head, it wasn't suggested. Prices are not displayed on many appliances - we had to ask, and the salesperson had to go look it up each time.
