He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! Despite numerous service calls rom both WDC and LG, the issue remained unresolved. An LG technician even advised there was nothing more he could do to fix the door. Two months later, both companies continue to drag their feet. WDC had advised that because we accepted delivery and the fridge had been in use ( even for just a few days) we were not entitled to a replacement or refund. LG has been equally unresponsive, seemingly hoping we'll just give up. UPDATE: We were just informed by WDC that as long as the refrigerator is functioning, we'll have to accept the crooked door. Unacceptable!! So much for the expensive five year warranty that we had also purchased. This is a terrible way to treat customers who have spent a significant amount of money on what has turned out to be substandard merchandise. Shame on both WDC and LG! The upper (dryer) section, failed to turn on upon delivery. I went and double-checked and tested the 240v outlet after their 'installation specialist' said the outlet wasn't wired properly. He's a momma's-boy delivery slave, and I'm an electrician. ANYWAY, they argued the point but agreed to take the unit back to their shop and 'look it over.' The homeowners never heard back from them after two months of leaving messages and voice mails. I took the homeowners to Lowe's, and we bought a brand new stackable unit - and guess what? When we plugged it in to my supposedly 'defective outlet,' everything WORKED! I waited over a year to post this review in hopes JC Appliance would reach out and try somehow to make this right. They still have the machine to this day, and my homeowners never got their money back. Where I come from, this is known as LARCENY. Shame on you JC! Unfortunately they did not. I own a small property management company and am a full time resident of the City of Indio. I had this company replace our broken double oven with one of their $1350 certified models three days prior to Thanksgiving since they say they tested their product and it worked. the following day it showed an error message so (DAVID, great guy so far) said to reset the breaker which we did. Unfortunately, nothing. Our guest were unable to make their thanksgiving dinner at the home and I requested JC appliances remove their default product since we had to pay our guest $1000 refund for the inconvenience. Now, JC appliance owner (Female, UNK name) refuses to give us our money since their invoice states no refunds (Which I did not sign as requested on the invoice and makes the contract void). regardless it has been almost 4 weeks the company will not respond to me, has not mailed me anything other then a short answer of you get store credit. The female owner also had the gall to tell me that i took a gamble buying one of their products since its a 50/50 chance since its used 8D.. wow! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS ITS BRAND NEW. Now we have to go to small claims. Sad for a local small business who can not help other local small businesses and have to scam people.
