He replied that he did and gave me his phone number. I called him and we spoke about the type of grill I had and we set up a service appointment for the following Tuesday at 9:30 am. The day before our scheduled service appt he sent me an email asking if Wednesday was good for me. I responded it was not. I thought it was strange, since we were scheduled for Tuesday. I assumed he was trying to move his appointments around, but he did not send another email after I told him Wednesday would not work. On Tuesday morning, I called him around 8am to confirm he would be at my house at 9:30am as scheduled. He stated he was headed to another appointment. He could not recall that we had scheduled an appointment, although he remembered our discussion of the type of grill I had. He asked if he could come out another day. I told him no, that his failure to remember he set an appointment with me caused me to question his abilities to perform the job. I wound up using another service provider.

He advised me to clean the barbecue instead of buying a new unit even though he would make more money we fitting the space for a new unit. The guys came out to clean the barbecue today and did an excellent job. You definitely get what you pay for. I have had my barbecue cleaned in the past by a less expensive company and it it does not compare to what they did today. The guys who came out were extremely polite and took their time . I am having them come out to fix a couple more items on the barbecue in a couple more weeks and I will update the review accordingly. While the quality of the cleaning is above expectations on all levels, my recent experience with…read morethe owner, Bradon Methany, was appalling. BEWARE when scheduling service. In the phone conversation to schedule cleaning, Brandon quoted me $500. I expressed dismay at the amount of increase since my last cleaning and he explained how prices have gone up. I replied that I understood how wages and parts have an impact on the price he charges. We proceeded to schedule cleaning. After service on 5/17, I received an invoice indicating that the charge for cleaning was $550. I e-mailed Brandon, seeking an explanation for the $50 discrepancy. He responded that he had quoted me $550, not $500. I told him that I distinctly remember the quote being $500. He rejected that and tried to justify his response by telling me has a "piece of paper" that he created on the day of scheduling that indicates a $550 quote. When I told him I would only pay $500, he threatened that he would place a lien on my property (for $50!!!!!). I paid the $500 and suggested that, in the future, he may want to confirm the quoted price in writing with the customer before service. He responded that charging the customer before the service would not be appropriate. He obviously misunderstood my simple suggestion and proceeded to send me a copy of the "piece of paper" that confirms nothing.
