He said it appeared like an easy fix when he got here unfortunately it was worse than we thought and the fireplace needed to be replaced. He presented several options. His communication was accurate, he showed up on time, removed the old fireplace in such a gentle and clean manner, took the mantle down piece by piece only cut the drywall that was necessary. Daniel came out to my house to do a chimney sweet and clean the dryer vent out. Upon inspecting the chimney, he informed me that it didn't need to be cleaned and we could skip it and not pay for it...wow! He give us an on-the-spot quote to clean up our gas fireplace log inserts and it made a huge difference with the asthetic of the fireplace. He cleaned out our dryer vent as well and that made a big difference on drying time (faster!). Big thing was the Daniel identified a very small gas leak in our fireplace that we had not noticed.
