They were able to schedule a technician (Shawn) to come out within about 3 hours, which was incredibly helpful. Shawn arrived on time and was very kind and professional. He carefully inspected everything, explained what was going on with the fireplace, and ended up reinstalling a new remote and receiver to replace the broken one. He also took the time to walk me through how the system works and what I should do going forward to maintain it, which I really appreciated since I had zero experience with this unit.
