Excellent service and truly professional work. The Grill Guy did a thorough, deep clean on my grill -- every interior piece was removed, cleaned with food-safe products, and the exterior was polished. Even after grilling once, the "after" photos show how clean and well-maintained everything looks. What really stood out was his honesty and expertise. He explained what didn't need cleaning due to good seasoning and made great recommendations for future maintenance and a proper grill cover -- no upselling. Great communication, fair pricing, and easy contact-free service. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again. read more

I had such a great experience with Canyon/The Grill Guy. From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. He showed up right on time, was friendly and professional, and you could immediately tell he really takes pride in his work. He paid so much attention to detail and didn't rush through anything -- which I really appreciated. Our grill is pretty old (early 2000s) and it honestly looks brand new again! He also made sure to fully clean up after himself, leaving everything spotless when he was done. It's rare to find someone this thorough, reliable, and courteous. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional to clean their grill. Such a great experience from start to finish! read more

A classic story of laziness - I was about to throw some beef ribs on the smoker when I noticed it looked dirty. But it was getting late and I didn't have time to clean the grill. So I decided to just cook the ribs anyways and give the grill a nice cleaning afterwards. That was my first big mistake. Cue the subsequent grease fire. In a state of panic I used a chemical fire extinguisher on the grill. That was my second big mistake. In addition to throwing away 10 pounds of beautiful beef ribs, I also put my grill in a state of needing a deep clean before I can use it again, thanks to the extinguisher residue. I sent out a yelp request for a quote on a deep cleaning. Several companies got back to me with varying levels of professionalism. Many asked the exact same questions I already answered in the quote request. Others asked for photos that were already provided in the quote request. When The Grill Guy responded and it was like the parting of the Red Sea. His response actually addressed every part of my quote request. He acknowledged the fire extinguisher and explained how he would take care of it. And the price quoted was significantly better than the others that I received. I had my guy! Over text, Canyon and I went over some final details like the date and time and the total price after add-ons. He sent me a nice professional invoice and we were all set for him to do the job. On the day of the cleaning, Canyon showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, and got right to work. He had a ton of equipment and clearly knew what he was doing. I was interested in the process so I observed it for a little bit but overall gave him space to do his job. After a few hours he was finished and the grill looked amazing, nearly brand new. I used it the next day and it was so great to finally smoke some meats again! I was beyond pleased with the service. Canyon was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. He did a fantastic job cleaning my grill. He is a young man and his level of professionalism is extremely impressive. I would totally hire him again next time I need work done on my grill. Thank you again Canyon! You truly are The Grill Guy! read more

I had a BBQ Gas Grille that hadn't been used in at least 8 years. It was horribly tarnished, dirty with age and bird poop, and the grit from the few cookouts I had when we bought it. As I wanted to have a way to cook in case we lost power and/or go through another lockdown, I searched for help. I was fortunate enough to find this young man who was SO professional and amazing at his job that I had no doubts about his work. So very pleased with the work...AND the professionalism! You don't find that attention to detail from s lot of the younger folk nowadays. Very very happy with my "new" grille! Canyon's work is above reproach! read more

We hired Canyon to clean our grill, which had become unusable due to sitting unused over winter and a rodent nesting there over that period. Canyon did a terrific job on the grill. I will absolutely hire Canyon again next time we need our grill cleaned. read more

After my grill has been sitting dormant since last fall, I walked out to it one day last week with my tools and my degreaser and decided I'd try to tackle cleaning it up. I raised the lid and took one look at it and decided that its condition was way beyond my abilities. So I began searching for a fairly-priced grill guy who knows what he's doing. I literally cannot say enough great things about Canyon and what an amazing job he did. I found him on Yelp and I figured with all these great reviews I felt good about it. We texted to set up a time that worked, and he was able to fit me in before my July 4th BBQ, which was amazing. He arrived when he said he would and to my surprise, he deemed my grill, "not all that bad, actually". Ok by me. I left him to it, and he lugged all his supplies and degreased and scrubbed and made the grill look like new. I was legit blown away by the condition he was able to get it to. Not only did he clean it perfectly, he also cleaned up after himself like he was never there. He took the waste water with him and when he was gone the whole area was spotless. The photos of the grill speak for themselves, and he's a great guy. I also want to mention that I thought the cost was more than fair. Other grill cleaners will try to rip you off asking double what he does. Are you still reading? Just hire him already. read more

Canyon really cares about doing good work and you can tell, not only by the end result but by how he diagnoses problems and shares the details of what he fixed and cleaned. He also doesn't jack up your yard, doesn't dump waste water into your garden, and cleans up after himself so you don't even know he was here. Canyon is a courteous, professional, hardworking young man. It's really nice to see entrepreneurial youth like this still exist. Found him on Yelp, easy scheduling via text (give him some time to respond - he is slaving away cleaning grills all day and this is his busy period), and he got our dirty five burner BBQ good as new in a few hours. As other reviewers have said - he is clean and our BBQ island area was spotless after they finished.
