Absolutely a perfect job on a super dirty grill. Looks better than new, on time, left everything really clean I liked the flat rate and know that it is well worth it. My wife said "why don't you clean it honey? It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes". HA! Robert showed up on time and was very polite. He was wearing a mask and gloves. I appreciated the precautions. He recommended changing the coupler and said he didn't have one so he would come back the next day. He followed up the next day and changed the coupler. Recently hired this grill cleaning service and they did not disappoint! There was an extremely dirty and rusted grill in the backyard that was in desperate need of care. Robert, the cleaner, arrived on time and ready to work. After a short walkthrough where he provided me with all the necessary info on the grill (what kind it was, how long it could take, and if it was operational) he got to cleaning. Very professional throughout. Scheduling was easy to do with just the right amount of notifications on the appointment from Bill.
