I decided to "winterize" it and put in in my garage for storage, but I first wanted to get it deep cleaned. Called Abraham and Patty over at Grillin' Boss to set up an appointment and they showed up right on time even on a rainy day. I called a number of other mobile grill cleaning services and they quoted me upwards of $300+ to clean this thing. This is the only company that gave me a fair price quote. They even had a deal on Yelp (I didn't use the deal for this service). They set up and got right to work on the grill. It took quite a while, but they were very meticulous on getting everything clean. Every seam, nook, and cranny of the thing was inspected and taken apart and cleaned. Great folks, friendly, and transparent, they answered every question I had for them. I'm very happy with the job they did. Would hire them again perhaps in another year or so for another cleaning! Highly recommend.

Greg immediately called me and explained why the cost was so high. He stated that it was a two person job and would take a few hours so that was the reason it was so expensive. He told me that his team would make my bbq like new, total sales pitch (which I bought). I loved that he picked up the phone and sold me on his confidence of his two man team. Day of the cleaning a guy walks up to my house and says he's with " um uh ummmm hmmm, oh yeah Sure Fire BBQ "!? I'm like " what"? He says that he was there to clean my bbq. I asked where the second guy was and he said he was alone. No second guy ever showed up. I texted and called Greg several times and got zero response. I even called the office and asked them what was going on to which they couldn't provide any answers. It took this guy over 6 hours to clean my bbq and we couldn't leave the house for fear of being vandalized. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bbq does look much better but being lied to should never be a sales pitch.
