I bought a coupon for a grill cleaning from Conjeo Deals so it made the price a little better. The Tech showed up exactly on time and spent hours cleaning my grill. I had not used the grill since I purchased my home and it had never been cleaned. The Tech was awesome and friendly. He took the whole grill apart and cleaned everything. It's probably as clean as it was when it was new. Great job by this company. read more

Had Bar B Clean come out to clean my BBQ. They did a mediocre job of cleaning. The first red flag was they wanted to charge me $25 dollars more to clean the cabinet. The cabinet was pretty clean and just needed a little dusting. That was never mentioned and I expected everything to be cleaned. Most of the chrome was left with smudges the bbq has grease spots and they missed other areas. I don't think I would use them again. The cost versus the return is not there. My grill is 32 inches and I was quoted $300 to $350. Of course they charged me the higher amount. I could go on being picky but my point is made. read more

Wonderful service. Very professional and courteous. Noah arrived right on time and did an amazing job cleaning our old Weber barbecue. It looks brand new. I highly recommend them. read more

I've had my large Weber Genesis grill since 2006. I've cleaned it periodically. It has seen wind and rain, it has survived raging grease fires, some of which I was certain would burn my house to the ground. I was using it recently and was struck by a pang of shame, that I have allowed that built-like-a-tank grill, that has been so loyal and has cooked thousands of meals for my family, to get so dirty. I'm getting older. I no longer have the energy or vigor to give it a good cleaning. So, knowing that professional grill cleaning services exist, but loathe to spend money on what seems, frankly, like an extravagance, I decided to at least look into the options. This company has nothing but good reviews. And my grill was rather down on its luck, so I called and made an appointment for a technician(?) to come out. He arrived the next morning, on time. He measured the grill, and announced it would be $300 to clean it. I am definitely not about to put in the effort to really clean it... so, ok, what the heck. Why not? About three hours later, my grill was immaculate and literally, shiny clean. Not cheap, but well worth the result. Not the least of which is the wear and tear on my body to achieve the same result. read more

great service. they came out promptly and cleaned /serviced our BBQ. it looked virtually brand new when they were done. I didn't realize you could get a well used BBQ to look that clean again I will definitely use them again read more

Pleasant technician arrived on time, explained everything and finished before projected time. Grill looks great and no repairs needed!. He cleaned up the work space and even informed me I had overpaid Conejo Deals. I just received an e-mail that I would have a refund from Conejo Deals. Will definitely use Bar-B-Clean in the future and check Conejo Deals for savings on other services! read more

My current bbq came with the house so I had no idea how old it was, but could tell it had been well used. I finally bit the bullet to get it professionally cleaned to hopefully extend the life of it a bit more. Quick to respond and fast in selecting a date for service. Noah was honest in saying I had a good year left with it (rust has eaten away at metal -- live in an ocean city). 100% would recommend them. read more

I've been using the services of the Bar-B-Clean Team for 5+ years now. They respond quickly to appointment requests. Pricing is reasonable. Quality of work is outstanding. My grill looks like new after every visit! Highly recommend read more

Matt from Bar-B-Clean arrived at our home to clean our grill right on time...actually early, he parked out front and waited until the appointed time. Matt was polite and friendly. He did an amazing job cleaning our grill. As you'll see on the 'before and after' photos, the grill was caked with baked on drippings that had become impossible to remove with our grill brush. When Matt was done the grill was sparkling inside and out. Now even the pilot lights immediately and the flames are burning more evenly. Matt even told us where to get replacement burners to save us from replacing the grill anytime soon. We are more than pleased and look forward to keeping the contact for the future. See the attached photos to see the work for yourself. We are glad we found this family owned business to support. read more

I researched many bbq cleaning companies, there are a lot out there. Bar-B-Clean are fair priced and do exceptional work. I booked through Luke the owner who is a nice fair guy and he sent out Bernie and Buzz to clean, convert my grill from propane to natural gas and change out a few old parts. Buzz was incredibly knowledgeable about my grill, what needed to be done and executed the conversion + parts swap flawlessly. Bernie spent nearly all day at the house cleaning the grill and I couldn't be more stoked with how it came out. I STRONGLY recommend using Bar-B-Clean they are fair, honest and do amazing work! read more

If I could give more than a 5 star, I would (I always thought Yelp should be 10/10 point system like IMDb). They are a 10. Luke and Lisa are amazing, period! Greatest communication, top-notch service, really reasonable pricing unlike some other shady rip-off competitors. Let me tell you briefly what happened with us. When our grill had an issue with the fire not evenly distributed, we went for a different company at first. Not only this other company misdiagnosed what caused it, but also said "Sorry, your grill can't be fixed but we will give you 10% discount to buy new one" which we ended up finding out that so many people reported this company as fraud. We wasted our few months waiting for their response because this other company never gets back to your phone calls or emails. On the other hand -- Amazing Bar-B-Clean to the rescue! Lisa was very responsive from the beginning, always professional, and kindly put us on a cancellation waitlist when we said we would like to fix our grill before certain date that was coming up in about two weeks. We got lucky to have Luke come out on one of those cancelled spots one morning, and bam! He explained everything what was going wrong with the grill, fixed it right away, and even told us how to maintain our grill better to have its life prolonged. Very impressive knowledge, and we absolutely loved it when he said "This is a piece of art, you'd better treat it right". He is more like a magician not just a technician, comes with experiences and skills. Can't ask for a better service company like them, we will always go with them from now on and recommend them to everyone we know who need a cleaning and/or repair service on their grill! By the way, cherry on top -- We could celebrate a very special occasion just in time with the fixed grill and now we are using it almost every other day. Love to have it on these summer days! read more

I have an 8 yr old Lynx BBQ that need servicing. After a very bad experience with a SF Valley BBQ repair service I contacted Bar-B-Clean. Exceptional in every way. Matt first came out and cleaned my BBQ. Great job at a fair price. My BBQ looked like new. I later needed to have 2 new igniters installed for my infrared searing burners. I was quoted a very reasonable price and authorized them to order the parts. Luke came out as scheduled and everything is now working perfectly. Both guys were precisely on time as scheduled, and did a great job. Easy to deal with, and efficient ladies who handle the quotes and scheduling also. I give them my highest recommendation. read more

How long has it been since you watched a professional take step by step pride in their work? The grill had two years of grilling residue in tray and grates. Great job cleaning our grill! Fast and friendly! Hoping to purchase a new grill from them at some point.

James cleaned our 2 1/2 year old Fire Magic grill. He was very meticulous and did a wonderful job. Prior to cleaning, the starters were not functioning. Unfortunately, he could not figure out why they were not working, so the company sent out their technician, Luke. After much determination, and multiple trips to our home, it was determined that the power supply needed replacing. After Luke installed the new power supply, our barbecue is working like new. It is so clean now, we hesitate to use it, but the steaks are already thawing. It's hard to find a company these days where all the employees are personable, professional, respectful and knowledgeable and get the job done as Bar-B-Clean. Thanks again Luke, it's good to know that you are there and we can count on you should there be any problems in the future! Highly recommend! read more

I just want to emphasize again what a great job Bar-B-Clean did on my grill. Luke, owner of the company, came out to install two collector boxes with electrodes and then did an additional cleaning and my bbq looks like new! I highly recommend Bar-B-Clean and on top of everything else they're really nice people! read more

Their service guy showed up, took a look at our grill, and said he would need to come back with some additional materials. He gave us a quote, we accepted, and he instructed us to wait to hear back from him. We waited a week, called him back, he said he had forgotten about us, but would get right on it again and get back in touch asap. Nothing... Heard absolutely nothing. Called him back AGAIN a week later and now we have been totally blown off....totally ghosted. It's been 3 weeks since our last contact. Please don't waste your precious time with a company that doesn't value yours. I called another grill cleaning company who took care of everything without the drama. read more
