Horrible Horrible company. Customer service is the worst. Very rude. They charge $175 to come out and look at your grill. They will deduct the $175 from the price if you decide to use them. They will not tell you what it's going to cost until you pay them the $175. Then they charge an exorbitant price for the cleaning. Basically paid $175 for nothing. Horrible way to do business.
