After doing some research on the various companies out there I decided to go with SD BBQ Cleaners plus it didn't hurt they had a promotion going on for $50 off so took advantage of it. Scheduled the appointment online, which was very easy to do, and received a call from the company a week before our appointment letting us know they had a cancellation and if we wanted, they could come out that day. Fortunately, we were available. Hugo arrived promptly and took a look at the grill. Set up a large cloth/tarp on the back patio and moved the BBQ on top of it. I appreciated that extra step because who knows what could have gotten on the patio during the cleaning. He was very through in his cleaning, inside and out of the grill. Grill looks close to brand new again and we were very pleased with the services offered by SD BBQ Cleaners and services rendered by Hugo. The man knows what he's doing. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their grill cleaned up.

Kory arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and said he could get the parts needed but, because it was an older and discontinued brand, it might be worth considering a new grill. Kory could have just taken the job and my money, but he instead gave a candid assessment that enabled me to make an informed decision. While I can't comment on his work because none was completed, definitely five stars for integrity. And he didn't ask me to write this review, either.

Turned our Viking BBQ from a beat up old, barely functioning dinosaur into a sparkling new…read morethoroughbred. Our outdoor bbq was not doing well and looked the part. It's an older Viking VGBQ41 and worked but wasn't cooking well and had random hotspots all throughout the grill. Hired Kory based on his excellent reviews to see if it was salvageable. He came out and informed me that yes, it was quite salvageable and could definitely be brought back to its former glory without being replaced. Ho ordered some interior burner parts and gave me a very reasonable price to not only fix it, but return it to its former shiny self. Once the parts came in he went to work and completely rehabbed it. A plastic bag had blown onto the side of the stainless steel lid and melted leaving a very ugly large brown spot that I had tried to remove for years. After completing the cleaning it was gone. The bbq looks almost brand new and is back to its original self. No more hotspots and completely even cooking temps throughout. He even explained some functions that I was unaware of and did a fantastic job. Thank you Kory and the BBQ Busters for a complete redo and breathing new life into what I thought was a goner appliance.
