Julian spent close to 3 hours cleaning my 6 burner built-in grill - he was very meticulous and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. As my grill was quite old and was not properly maintained by the previous owner, there were a number of parts that had seen better days. Julian was very helpful recommending cost-conscious 3rd party replacement parts and talking me through how to make the replacements myself.
