When I asked about the significant markup, I was told that this was "fair market value" because resellers are selling them for similar prices. That explanation really bothered me. An authorized retailer purchasing directly through the brand is very different from a reseller on the secondary market. Families shouldn't have to pay reseller-level prices at a local authorized retailer simply because an item is popular or difficult to find. I love supporting small businesses and understand that they need to make a profit, but nearly $25 for an individual NeeDoh that is intended to retail for significantly less feels excessive. There are so many families and kids searching for these products, and I wish the pricing reflected that rather than what resellers are able to get online. Unfortunately, the experience left me really disappointed and hesitant to shop here again.

The woman who answered told me she was busy and immediately hung up the phone. When I called back to ask for her name so I could report the interaction, she hung up on me again. I used to order from here frequently and really enjoyed it, but my last few experiences have been disappointing. The portions have been inconsistent, and several of the toppings I request are often missing or barely included. Overall, the quality and customer service have noticeably declined compared to a few months ago when the staff was much more consistent and attentive. I am absolutely disgusted by this "customer service."
