Pretty clean Baskin Robbins. The store was very vibrant the freezers looked clean. There was only one employee working on the Saturday afternoon that we went, but she was very helpful. I see no problem here! read more

I have been a Baskin Robbins lover since I was a little girl, I guess that is why I love this place so much because its nostalgic. The old location of BR in Milpitas used to be by the new Grocery outlet, and they were very stingy with the scoops. But their chocolate chip ice cream is the best. There are tons of tiny chips (and the occasional big ones) that I love to bite into. Their pralines and cream is also to die for! I love nuts! So I always always get a two scoop sundae of chocolate chip and pralines and cream with whipped cream, strawberries, nuts and a cherry on top. This location gives a decent amount of ice cream. You have to go on a good night in hopes you get a girl that loads the scoops. I just don't understand why some workers are so greedy with the amount of ice cream that they give to customers because their prices have definitely sky rocketed. read more

HARD PASS. This place has MELTED ice cream. The one ice cream I thought was not melted was actually soft and no sugar cones, but plain STALE, CHEWY cones. Wtf. What a waste of time and money. There was one person working who disappeared for a short while, probably went to look for her customer service that was visibly missing. The place was blaring Indian music, too. I could hardly hear myself talk. read more

I had the very best service experience this evening at Milpitas Baskin Robbins and delicious ice-cream too. They greeted me and offered to answer my questions from the time I walked in the door and the service was extremely polite and very much appreciated. read more

The manager has no shame in steering a customer wrong. He said Target has Baskin Robins gift cards. Went to Target no gift cards. Then he said Baskin Robins website tells which Targets, it doesn't. He sent me on a wild goose chase for 1.5 hours. He won't admit he's wrong. He doesn't feel sorry for what he said and did to me. The employees are much better than the manager here. read more

Avoid this location! Walked in with the employee with no mask on, talking on her AirPods in 1 ear and didn't listen to our orders correctly (I know, hard to imagine when SHE WAS ON THE PHONE!) Terrible service. I felt like we were interrupting her instead of choosing to help us. I'll avoid this location in the future. read more

I came here to redeem my free birthday scoop. The store was empty and I was the only one there on a Friday afternoon in the summer. I tried out the Jamoca Almond Fudge Ice Cream and just ended up getting a scoop of that. Decent place, but wouldn't come back because it seems like nobody really comes here, which is surprising since it's next to the high school. read more

Baskin Robbins - Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Milpitas, California

Ahh Baskin Robins, the staple of ice cream. Always reliable if youre in the mood for some ice cream. Prices are around $3 a scoop and their sundaes are pretty good if youre in the mood for traditional tasting sundaes. I love the Jamoca Almond Fudge on a sugar cone and the husband likes the mint chocolate chip shakes. Their ice cream cakes are good but pricey. I think safeways cakes are just as good and cheaper so unless you have a coupon, I'd opt for the latter. This location is new and clean. The girls that work here are pretty nice. Had some rude run ins with customers though ( maybe people get pissed off when you accidently delay them from getting their ice cream fix by about 5 secs? ) Anyways this place is popping during the hot weather. 3 Stars read more

Gone are the days of 35 cent scoops at drug stores (does this show my age?). Rite-aid closed down. Took the next generation here for 31st promotion. All was good. The kiddos got their samples and decided on their final flavor. Granted, we would come out ahead if we bought a gallon at the grocery store instead. Somehow, it's not quite the same. (did the scoops get smaller on these promotion days?) I used the app to pay with a gift card and next thing I know, the owner yelled "NO GROUPON!" There is a Groupon for BR? Cool, I will look it up (didn't find one for this location). The cashier and I resume closing the deal when the owner said again, no Groupon. Again, we were confused. Then he calmed down enough to say Groupons are not allowed on the promotion. Ahhh. Light bulb. The cashier explained that I was using a gift card. I could not wait to finish paying and leave. Will we go to this location again? Not if we can avoid it. There are other places to get treats without the stress. read more

My family visited Baskin Robbins tonight. The store closes at 10 and we arrived at 9:48. As we walked towards the door, an employee locked the door even though the sign said "Open" and there were many people inside. My husband knocked on the door but the employees ignored him. We walked back to the car with two very disappointed children and my 2 yr old screaming bc she didn't understand that they wouldn't let us in and she just wanted ice cream. I am so angry by this treatment. Why would your employees lock the door 12 minutes before closing time!?? There was a heat wave where we lived and we were looking forward to having ice cream. I have already submitted a complaint with the main BR website. read more

I couldn't go lower on the star. Waited inside with my kids for 15 minutes and no other customer in front of us. The lady was busy tallying receipts and doing her accounting thing without bothering to help us. Eventually left the place and went somewhere else. Will never go there again. read more

Service is horrible! How much extra do I have to pay for a smile?! I ordered an ice cream cake from here because it's one of the few places that does photo cakes. I wanted them to put a picture of Ryan Gosling (*swoons*) on my friend's birthday cake. I called ahead and the man on the phone (store manager?) quoted me $9.99 to add the photo to any cake, or $19.99 for just an edible print out of the photo to put on your own cake. Once I get there, another lady helps me, and apparently everything I wanted "costs extra." Lady: What flavor do you want? Me: Chocolate cake and Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream please. Lady: Jamoca Almond Fudge is going to be $10 extra. Me: Don't you sell all the flavors at the same price though? Lady: Cakes can only be standard flavors. Me: Okay fine, let me get chocolate cake and chocolate chip ice cream then. It's one of the standard flavors on your order form. Lady: No, we don't have that already pre-made. If you want it, we have to charge extra. *OMG! Pulls hair* Me: Okay, just give me whatever you have. That's fine. I just need a cake with this picture on it. Lady: Okay you have a square picture so you should get this 1/4 sheet cake. It won't look good on the smaller round cakes. Me: Okay that's fine. Lady: It'll be $14.99 for the picture now because you want the bigger cake. Me: The mgr said $9.99! Nevermind, I don't want it anymore. I'll go somewhere else. Lady: Hold on! No no no, let me ask the mgr if I can give you a discount. She calls the mgr on the phone, and he "approves" the $9.99 charge for the photo on the larger cake. I think to myself fine, I don't have the perfect cake, but it'll do. Once I come to pick up the cake a few days later, same lady, she just hands it to me and goes back to scolding the other worker there about something. I open the box up and there are all these air bubbles underneath the photo. :( Save your time and money and get your custom cakes elsewhere. Anything beyond your basic ice cream cone here is going to be a headache. read more

I've ordered twice now through Doordash and both times the flavors I ordered were not the flavors I received. Not Doordash's fault at all. I don't know if the flavors aren't available or if you're just not paying attention to what is being ordered, but get it together. read more

Unfortunately, the Baskin Robbins in Fremont is no longer there (but hello Shiva's $5 eyebrow threading), so my sister and I went to the Milpitas location in search of an ice cream cake for our dad's birthday. Being indecisive and not knowing really what we were looking for, we spent quite a while looking through their fridge section looking for "the perfect cake." The employees there were super helpful, without being pushy. And honestly props to them for being so patient with us! Please note: custom cake orders take 3 days to make, so don't go to Baskin Robbins 3 hours before the birthday dinner thinking you can order a cake with the cake/ice cream combo that you want!! (Guilty.) The ice cream cake was delicious and a success at the birthday party, and we are definitely planning on getting more ice cream cakes... before the next family birthday. :) read more

Grand opening on 8/04/11, open 11am to 10pm I'm happy to welcome an ice cream shop to the neighboorhood. The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL when they asked my family and me if we wanted to try samples. 32 flavors to choose from. $2.89 for a single scoop in cup or cone. $2.39 for a kid's scoop. Key Lime Pie: tastes kinda sour like lime of course, something different, didn't really prefer it cause I have a sweet tooth Nutty Coconut: good, the buttered pecans gives it a kick Jamoca Almond Fudge: a classic, can't go wrong with this pick They are pre-made ice cream cakes to chose from and pre-packed ice cream in the freezer. It's very clean inside, and there are some tables and chairs to enjoy your treat. Come check out the new Baskin Robbins in Milpitas!! read more

Gave 3 stars because of the location and they have my favorite flavor which is the Jamoaca Almond fudge. Employees can definitely use some training in customer service. I honestly don't even want to give them one star. If you see Taranjeet turn around and leave. She's rude, not helpful, doesn't listen and ignored customers. I have always received excellent customer service at baskin robins in the past but this makes me not want to come back. Lastly I ordered a Sunday and she asked me what I wanted and then put nuts on it anyway. I'm allergic to some nuts so I was a little up set. When I attempted to point it out she rolled her eyes and didn't do anything about it. I wasn't allergic to the nuts she put, but I still left angry. read more

Whoo hoo! A Baskin Robbins in Milpitas!!! I love that they are located in the same complex as 24 hour fitness and just down the street from Milpitas Health & Fitness. If I went to those gyms, I'd be here everyday "treating" myself after a good workout. LOL Anyway, the staff is very friendly at this location. We were lucky enough to stop by during their Customer Appreciation event and they were quick to tell us that 2 scoops of ice cream was only $2! Well, of course Hubs and I had to get two of our favorite flavors. This location was impeccably clean and we enjoyed our cones in one of the many tables available. Only con is that they don't seem to carry all of the flavors that other BR carry. Maybe its just been awhile since I came through, but I couldn't find my special oreo flavor. I ordered a large chocolate shake for $7.99 and it was served with a flat lid that was too big to fit (just sat loosely on top of the cup). Since i apparently could not get a lid that fit, i asked for whip cream on top of my shake and was told that the whip cream is $.79 extra. Apparently $7.99 for the shake was not enough to include whip cream. Amazing thing is, that with the whip cream, it came with a lid that fits. Cheap bastards. read more

Alas, the wonderfulness did not last for this ice cream eatery. After a month, the owner raised the temperature of his freezer to the point where many of the ice creams are virtually melted. We visited twice in the last week and were presented with hand-scooped, soft-serve ice creams. One of the scoops on our cones was so soft and was placed so poorly on the cone that it was falling off and running down the side before it was handed to us. So the server offered to give us a cup in case the scoop fell off the cone. Then she informed me that she was giving us the cup at "no extra charge" even though the owner told them to charge for doing that! Umm. Let's see, plop soft, melted ice cream on a cone so that it is falling off, then charge the customer extra for a cup to keep the ice cream from falling on the floor? How do you spell R-I-P O-F-F? (I won't mention that she was taking money and handling the cones - not the paper wrappers - without handwashing.) Plus, like all foods, ice creams are created to be most flavorful at a certain temperature. If you don't believe me try melting your ice cream to about 80° and drinking it. Yuck! Baskin Robbins recommends serving their ice creams at -5° not at 15° or 20° because the consistency and flavors are designed to be best at the colder temperature. So, why warm up the ice creams? Because with the texture of instant mashed potatoes ice cream is easier to scoop. Servers can scoop orders faster and so the owner does not need to hire as many employees but still charges the same price for the ice cream. If I want soft serve, I'll go to Foster's and pay much less for a cone of chocolate. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I walked in today to get some ice cream for my kids, as I'm getting ready to order the young lady was on her cell phone having a full on conversation, as I'm still standing there waiting she decided to go to the back room and proceed with her phone call, the other customer behind me ended up walking out, I decided to wait because my kids insisted on having ice cream when she finally came back out she was still on the phone and then gave me a sign with her hand to hold on, very disappointing to see the lack of customer service maybe the manager should think and hire more people that will be more attentive to the customers. read more

Well just left the location. Typically during the day i have a pleasant experience but closing a bit early when customers are at the door is a bit on the childish side. I can understand an emergency just say personal emergency. But dont tell me youre closed when everyone these days have a smart phone with the same time on it. Again i usually have a good experience during the day and it is unfortunate that it took me this review to post something and it isnt a 5 star. If it werent for tonights experience i would have. As a business owner if my employees left early while customers were at the door wanting to spend money you better believe i would have a chat with them and that would never happen again. read more

We always get ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins for my kids birthday parties. Every Baskin Robbins we have gone to have always made the cake my kids like. It's Oreo cookie ice cream on chocolate cake. Very straight forward right? Nope. We went here and after waiting about 30 minutes (no joke), we ordered the cake and was told "we can't do that." Ummmm....what do you mean you can't do that we asked. "We can't do Oreo cookie ice cream on chocolate cake. It has to be vanilla cake." We told the gal that ever Baskin Robbins we have gone to always made it. It was never an issue. She says, "It has to be vanilla cake. We can't do Chocolate. The owner might do it we have to ask." I said, "Let's ask the owner, then!" She says, "He's not here right now. He would be the one to ask since he makes and decorates the cakes, but we don't know when he might come in." So I'm going to order a cake that possibly can be done the way we want it, but might not be ready for our Party because you don't know when the owner/cake maker may or may not come in? No thanks and we took our business elsewhere. Cold Stone at the mall hooked it up for us. The way we wanted it and was guaranteed that it would be ready on the day and time we wanted it! The cake was a hit and I gotta tell ya, the ice cream blew Baskin Robbins out of the water! Everyone commented on how creamy the ice cream was and the cake was moist! read more

I have been visiting this store twice a week but I'm never gonna go back there again . I didn't notice much on my earlier visits but then my recent experience was terrible n would never go there again . While eating an ice cream, I downloaded the app and it said I had a free scoop , so I went to redeem it . The app is terrible and it didn't show the barcode when I redeemed so they were not able to redeem it . Meanwhile they already gave a scoop in my hand . Now the funny part is that they were going to throw it if I didn't buy it . Lol..seriously ? I didn't want food to get wasted so I bought it . I requested to talk to a manager but they said manager wasn't available or something. Very rude people.
