small decent location. you surely can't beat a better ice cream place compare to baskin robbins. it hard to find one in the bay area.

Ahhh, Baskin Robbins! I haven't been to one of these ice cream shops in so long. The line was out the door of this small shop when we walked up, but the employees worked quickly. 31 flavors plus soft serve???? What more can you ask for in an ice cream place? Staff is always friendly store is always clean.

The only good thing about this place is the ice cream and their speed of service everything else sucked. The employees looked irritated with each customer and you could tell all they cared about was getting the 15 people in line out the door and out of their face. The 1.50 scoops can't be beat, and I'm a multi-scoop girl. One scoop of strawberry, one of cookies and cream, and one Oreo cookie scoop with two spoons to share with my son makes my day. There is outside seating, but with Todos Santos Park directly across the street all you need is your ice cream and a blanket to sit on, and it's all good. read more

Very bad customer service, I wish I can give negative stars. ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and pay off for the cake thru phone. On the birthday date went pickup, they didn't make the cake. The lady who took my order lied that I didn't pay & that's why the cake was not made. This is the Baskin Robbins on Todos Santos Plaza, and they have every flavor at $1.50 a scoop. They used to have them at $1.00 a scoop- and I get that its hard to make money these days, but the .50cents seriously cuts down on the visits we make. Also, I never see a "manager" so to speak, but the people don't seem to be treated very well that work there (or the naturally unhappy manager hires other regularly unhappy people?). I guess since I am paying a bit more, my point is I'd like to see them a bit happier?! There is always a line and then when its your turn the person making your cone stares longingly out the window... just sort of depressing for an ice crem store. read more

Went for a walk in our favorite park today, Todos Santos in downtown, of course it was a great day for ice cream so we went to Baskin Robbins. I love the smell walking in there and kids love to pick and choose their favorite flavors. We were adventurous and chose two scoops, we each got two different flavors. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, giving us samples and suggesting flavors. It is small and got a little crowded, but overall we were in and out in a matter of minutes. read more

After buying ice cream for my family from this location nearly every weekend for YEARS!!! My 3-year-old daughter was treated HORRIBLY!!! My son, daughter, nephew and myself were waiting in line to purchase our ice cream sundaes. Then my daughter had to use the bathroom. I tried to wait long enough to get our ice cream, but it was taking the staff too long to work the line, so we got out of line. I walked to the restrooms in the back of the building - which were locked. I then, politely asked the girls if I could get the restroom key and informed them my 3-year-old daughter had to use the bathroom. They answered they DID NOT have a public restroom. I asked again and stated it was my child that had to go. Then another female employee said the restroom was broken! By this point my daughter was ready to pee her pants. FURIOUS at the fact the after being a LOYAL customer to BASKIN-ROBBINS, they did not have the courtesy to allow my child to use the restroom, I took her out to the parking lot to urinate. In retrospect, I should have allowed her to urinate inside the ice cream shop. I cannot believe they did not allow my child to use one of the two restroom in the back of the building. Baskin-Robbins @ Todos Los Santos Plaza has lost a loyal family. FYI: BASKIN-ROBBINS at Todos Los Santos in NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. DO NOT go there!!! From now on, I will go to the SF CREAMERY IN WALNUT CREEK where they actually let their clients (especially children) use their restroom! read more

I have been a customer for YEARS and now since they have these new youngster guys the customer service has been awful! I miss Flor. I came in today which is Valentine's Day, I am always nice and tonight I was extremely nice because I know how hard it is to work in special days and holidays. First worker out of no where got mad because he couldn't get the ice cream scoop out and started talking to his coworker. I then tell him the next order and tells me that his coworker was going to help me. So now this young little boy gives me attitude right away! I asked for my order and he responded rudely saying they were out I proceeded to the next order still being nice even after being treat horribly. He handed me my waffle cone extremely rude it that it was about to fall. Next I asked for the next order and told me they were out of the ice cream I wanted yet it was there but it was closed and didn't want to open it and still asked me if I wanted the cone. I said no nicely and he got mad and threw the cone to the sink! While I was asking my niece what she wanted he asked me 4 times if that was it while he was watching me ask my niece. Such bad attitude!!!!! These youngsters really need to grow up and learn to respect others. I really do hope the manager reads this so he can tell them it's not okay to be rude. read more

Came in to redeem my free birthday scoop from an email I was sent by Baskin Robbins. Went in and ordered a single scoop on a sugar cone and was going to pay for another single scoop for the BF since I was getting one on the house. We were helped by some girl named Mini and when it came to paying, I handed her my phone to show her the email. What she did next was unprofessional and appalling. She literally took the cone from my hand and asked if I licked the ice cream already. I said yes, so she threw it away without any explanation and rudely scooped me a much smaller ice cream portion. Where's the common sense in that?! She already cost Baskin Robbins more product by throwing out the initial scoop of ice cream I had in my hands for her own mistake! If she explained what she did wrong, I would've paid for the extra cost if necessary. In addition to the mini scoop she gave as a replacement, her brain was mini due to her lack of customer service and common sense. read more

I ordered a birthday cake 5 days ago online to be picked up at this location at 3:30 today. When I walked into the store to get my cake, they seemed confused. I showed them my confirmation number, payment card and confirmed the location 3 times. After 20 minutes, one of the employees say, "Sorry we don't have your cake." I asked to speak to the manager who she then handed me her cell phone as she can not give out the managers information. I spoke with him and he said, "I am sorry the internet sometimes does not work." As a manager, if you make a mistake you try to make it right! I understand things happen as I am also in the service industry but take care of your customers and admit when you make a mistake! I was forced to show up to a birthday party, late and with out the cake. Sad. read more

I went here on a summer Sunday and wished I had not. The store is extremely small with very limited seating. There was a line out to the sidewalk and the wait was long. After getting our ice cream, it didn't satisfy my craving. I would have much rather gone to Yogurtland or the other yogurt shop on the other side of Todos Santos Plaza where the flavor is better and the prices are cheaper. At both of those places, there is never a crowd and the dessert is extremely satisfying. I will most likely not return to Baskin Robbins and get my ice cream fix elsewhere. read more

Usually a decent location. Just found out son's debit card number was stolen from this location, as he rarely uses his debit card and hours after visiting here and using his debit card someone in Southern California stole over $100 from his account. Normally there service is ok, staff are not the most personable, in my opinion they are just there to get a pay check, hard to want to give a tip with that type of service. One night me and my daughter were very eager to buy icecream (for her birthday party) from them and we were going to spend over 100$ in this purchase, it's was about 9:55 and my daughter and I were going to arrive at about 10:02 or 10:04. So we called the store and informed them that we would be there merely 3 minutes before they closed. And they told us they could stay open for 3 MINUTES so my daughter and I could get the icecream, we even told them we would pay extra and they refused, this was disappointing to me and my daughter and we now have to go to our local Safeway and pay EVEN MORE than we were hoping and they couldn't just wait 2-4 minutes, they probably would have made over 160$ on us, we were not rude at all and even when they told us no we weren't rude, it's my daughters BIRTHDAY PARTY and they could stay open just a little bit longer! At this point I took the phone from my daughter and decided that I was going to talk to the manager because I could not believe the manager would walk away from that kind of a sale , and that IGNORED MY CALL, this was the height of rudeness and don't think I will be coming back. read more
