We have never done this at a restaurant before, but we went to Twist 2 nights in a row. It is that good! We had to go back because we wanted to taste everything on the menu that we could. We had a friend who was there the same day on the other side of the restaurant that we did not see, but he said it was the best pasta dish in Colorado! Everyone was so accommodating to our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We felt at home in the beautiful Victorian home setting. We sat outside in the front yard with a majestic view of the mountains and sat back and enjoyed great food, great wine, and stellar service (shout out to Connor who took care of us the first night). They have a Happy Hour that is fabulous, but please do not limit yourself to the Happy Hour menu. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Our group kept debating what dish was the best....so many favorites. Here are some of our favorites in no particular order: Elote Street Corn Bibb - We made salad wraps of charred corn, cotija cheese, bacon and tomatoes...) It's been weeks, and I am still daydreaming about it. While the food was excellent, the wait between dishes was a bit long. While waiting, we were fortunate to enjoy homemade focaccia, fresh from the kitchen. We absolutely loved Twist. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
