I was so hoping to love this place! Unfortunately our food was not very good and overpriced for what we got. My banana in the yogurt bowl was bad and we bought a "day old muffin" that was completely horribly rancid. Our drinks were also just mediocre and our server was also rude to us. The best! I got to go here right as the aspens lost their last leaves, on a weekday, and I am so happy about that. Everyone was so friendly and the entire place smelled like sugar and butter baking in the oven. I got a huge latte and the yogurt, granola, and banana. I loved it but looked a bit enviously at my friend's eggs. We split the famous buttermilk scone - it's huge and the best I've ever had (and I've lived in London). Amazing Grace is unique. Love this place! It's cozy and so sincere. The biscuits are perfectly buttery and with slightly crispy edges and pillowy texture inside. I recommend the Opus- biscuit breakfast sammich which comes with a little pot of jam. I saved my biscuit top for a little brekky dessert. The coffee is conscientiously sourced and delicious. Another one of my favorite places in Breckenridge is (drum roll)... Amazing Grace! This is such an awesome little cafe located a block or so off main street. They have numerous vegan/vegetarian options that are truly delicious. My friend and I rolled in looking for some food that would fill us up, but also help cleanse our systems after a few fun nights on the town. We ordered the daily smoothie (a true beauty) and split a vegan strawberry chocolate chip muffin with butter (less vegan). Both were great! If I lived in Breck I would be in here all the time. I was between the spicy tofu sandwich and the tuna salad and ended up going with the tuna salad with a balsamic dressing- it was great! The tuna wasn't overpowered by mayo and was very filling. Amazing Grace in Breckenridge is a rustic brunch spot in an old mining shanty with a small patio outback. It's my kind of place, in that its a little out of the way and has character and history, and some delicious homemade baked goods, but in our case, a little too much character as our order taker also became our chef when her coworker failed to come to work. This resulted in over an hour wait for some scrambled eggs and biscuits and coffee on the back patio, and many parties gave up and left during our wait. But that employee was an absolute hero, and while our eggs were a little dry, I'm pretty sure she was not supposed to be in the kitchen that day, meanwhile our berry scones were notable and enormous, the biscuits were delicious, and I bet on a normal day when kitchen staff actually shows up & this place runs more smoothly, Amazing Grace is worth a visit. read more

This is a really cool little cafe located in the historic district of Breckenridge. The building has a placard outside detailing its history. Sandwiches, salads, cookies and drinks available. The floorboards creek when you walk on them- I love that! Tables and chairs are mismatched in the best way. Order food at the counter and then sit down- the staff bring you your food. I was skeptical when my friend brought me here since it said "Natural Eatery" on the sign and I kinda wanted some greasy american food but the Turkey cranberry sandwich that I got was pretty good and much healthier for me. My friend got the vegetarian lunch burrito and she said the ingredients were fresh and it was flavorful. Both dishes came with corn tortilla chips but no dip so the chips were bland by themselves, hence not eaten. She liked the number of vegetarian options. All the drinks are self served and the service was nice and fast. I really like the quaintness of the decor. It's like an old small house that was turned into a restaurant. Sweet, quaint, hole-in-the-wall, home style cookin' cafe. Peaceful and serene, especially out back among the aspens. My dad and I shared the breakfast burrito (egg, black bean, spiced sweet potatoes, cheese, spinach, a bit of red salsa, and we added $ avocado) which was so yum. The sweet guy who took our order was also the cook on that Thursday. He was incredibly hospitable to everyone, and took his time and gave us a warm Amazing Grace - props to him for holdin' down the fort on his own that day. A great little find in the heart of Breckenridge. I have driven by this place and never noticed it for years. Saw it this morning and went in. Staff is so friendly and you serve yourself your own hot cup of coffee. Eclectic seating area and old wooden floors add to the cozy ambiance. The menu is a welcome change from your typical breakfast restaurant. Everything is fresh and tasty and the biscuits are huge and amazing! What I'd give if they also had some gravy to douse it with! This is a small spot on a side street in Breckenridge. I had a sandwich that consisted of bread. Dijon, Turkey, avocado, spinach. I forget the name-something with protein in the name. It was a good sandwich but nothing more than that. Nothing that has me saying I need to go back. Sorry- totally slacked on pics of it. Not that you're missing much, it wasn't anything pretty. I also got a vegan chocolate chip cookies. It was okay, at best. Definitely not worth the cost of it. I also bought 2 day old baked goods. A raspberry scone that was also just okay. Then some kind of cranberry muffin. It was actually the best thing I had from there. It almost had a bread like texture.
