I finally got a chance to stop in here after hearing so many good things. My family visited me, recently and couldn't stop talking about how amazing the pastries were. Unfortunately, by the time I left my house and got to their bnb each day, they had already eaten them all, so I never got a chance to try the pastries till today. Although one day while they were visiting-they did bring me a vanilla iced latte, but it tasted almost entirely like milk. I know lattes naturally have more milk than coffee, but I couldn't taste any coffee or vanilla at all. Since everyone else spoke so highly of the bakery, I assumed it was just an off day and decided I'd give the coffee another chance and finally try the pastries, after my doctor's appointment today. I ordered the cherry scone, the quiche, and a cold brew with two pumps of vanilla syrup. I figured I'd do a true "coffee drink", so there'd be no milk overpowering the coffee. The cherry scone was excellent, and the quiche was good. I think it would be even better warmed up, but I was told they can't heat any of their food, before serving. Unfortunately, the coffee was disappointing again. Instead of vanilla syrup, the cold brew came topped with a large dollop of whipped cream. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding when I ordered, but I tried stirring it in, thinking maybe the vanilla was mixed into the whipped cream. Instead, it left me with a very bitter cold brew filled with small congealed clumps of whipped cream throughout my drink. Based on my experience, I'd definitely come back for the pastries, but the coffee has been consistently underwhelming the two times I've had it read more

Amazing pastries!! Threefold has the most beautiful pastries and I wanted to try them all! We had the morning bun (delicious and perfectly sweet, delicious custard, $9), ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant (so flaky, yummy, $14), and this cherry tomato tzatziki danish (the most beautiful danish I've ever seen, delicious, I think $10). The service wasn't the best - I felt a little rushed even though there was no one behind us, and didn't feel like the staff was friendly. But the food was still good! So glad we got this recommendation from a couple we met - DELiCIOUS pastries! We went on 4th of July so the line was fairly long (wrapped around the corner) but I think we were inside in about 15-20 minutes. Definitely worth the wait! We were a little ambitious and got seven pastries for our group of four - two cherry scones (multiple people in our group said these were the best scones they'd ever had), two peach blossom croissant-muffin type pastries (delicious jam and cream), a savory Granada Padano and miso onion scone, a chocolate croissant, and a GF option. For drinks, we got a matcha latte (solid, nothing to rave about), and two seasonal drinks - cold brew toppped with salted vanilla foam (delicious but very hard to mix into the cold brew). Could've done without the drinks but the pastries were 10/10. They also had some lunch Sammie's which looked delicious, including a lamb pastrami. They also had really delicious looking bread loaves. I'm a firm believer that some restaurants/cafes might have some bad days. Unfortunately, my experience felt like that. My sandwich was delicious in content, but the French baguette was a REALLY tough to bite. The ham and brie itself was great when I could get to it. I really liked the small cafe feel of French inspiration in design and seating. The nice staff was ready to take sandwich orders for a few people before I even got to the register. Of course, being a cafe, the coffee didn't feel like an emphasis. Whatever I got, it mainly tasted like the oatmilk I ordered in it. Despite this, I wouldn't be discouraged to have another visit. While visiting Breckenridge, saw a notice that this little bakery had just opened, so we decided to check it out. The space itself is adorable, the staff is friendly, and I enjoyed the variety of menu items. Service was pretty quick. It was super busy and crowded, but managed to squeeze into a little table. We ordered the ham/brie sandwich, which is always a great combo. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it was because it was cold out and the sandwiches are kept on the open counter, but the bread was a little on the tough side that made it difficult to bite into. The flavor was good, but it was a little challenging to eat. I ordered a caramel latte with whole milk and when I got it, it tasted like straight oak milk, with no other flavoring. My friend always gets oat milk and after trying it, they didn't like it and would not drink it either. Maybe it was just an "off" experience considering how much everyone else seems to enjoy it and I would certainly give it another try. I had a delicious shaved turkey sandwich that came with thin, pickled onions, mayo, and crunchy greens. The pastries are, rightfully, the draw. They offered up friendly service, a London Fog, and one of the best croissants I've ever had--and I've lived in Paris! First experience I did something sweet and it was wonderful. Second visit I branched out and did quiche and ham/cheese croissant. To be fair, he warned us the quiche was room temp. The quiche was so cold it was almost frozen and the eggs were gelatin texture. The crust was a little raw. The croissant was nice but literally one bite of ham and I searched for the cheese, really disappointed since we waited in line. Stick with bread here. It's super cute atmosphere and the staff is always busy behind the counter: you do bus your own tables and they turn over quick so the floors and tables are pretty dirty. It's just ok. Three fold's bread is great, but the customer isn't right here. I asked for a decaf latte with a "splash of drip regular' because I am sensitive to caffeine, but also have long COVID and so am fatigued. They gave me a full caf latte, and now I'll be up all night. people order coffee with all sorts of complex substitutions and adjustments, but a decaf with a small, 1/2 pump of drip is too difficult? Honestly one of the best pastry shops in breck! From savory to sweet they have it all. My personal favorite was the biscuit perfectly moist filled with caramelized onions and cheese, I will be dreaming about it u til I am next in the mountains. The ham and cheese croissant was also great if you are a more savory person. I am usually not a ham fan but the meat was quality and didn't completely take over the flavor. Make sure to stock up on napkins if you are taking to go as it crumbles all over you in the best way. Coffee is nothing special but is fairly priced. Was so excited to try this new (to me) bakery! It did not disappoint. The line was out the door most days, so knew that was a good sign. The first thing I tried was a cinnamon roll. Was easily one of the best I have ever had from a bakery! The cream cheese frosting was limited to the top, but was easy to spread it down over the whole roll. I went back the next day for one, and they were quite a bit darker. That scared me away until my last day there. I bought another one and even though it was darker, it was still very good. Wow. Just wow. I am absolutely blown away by this place!!! We got their bacon, egg, cheese and ham croissant breakfast sandwich, morning bun, cinnamon roll, a chocolate chip cookie, an iced chai latte, a couple of coffees, the rootstalk rouge bread loaf, and their 'Spanish tortilla' (I think it was like a quiche, I didn't eat this one) That sandwich.. oh my gosh. I've never had such a flaky croissant in my entire life and I go to bakeries all around the Bay Area and summit. The egg was soft and buttery, the ham was perfectly salty and full of flavor, the bacon was delicious.. it truly was amazing. There was a seed seasoning on the top that tasted amazing, too. It was a huge mess to eat admittedly but it was wholly worth it. Their cinnamon roll is easily the best I've had in summit, and I've been to essentially every bakery in breck, frisco, and silverthorne. It was soft and pillowy and there was a perfect amount of cream cheesy icing and it was huge!! The cookie was perfect.. decadent chocolate and a lacy, almost crunchy outer ring with a chewy and soft middle. The iced chai latte was perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious, the best I've had here aswell (though I haven't tried as many lattes here as I have bakeries). Their little to-go cup situation for it was odd, though, they gave us a metal cup like they do with beer, and we were given a lid for it too, but the lid just slightly didn't fit, so it made for a little bit of a mess if I jostled the cup too much. But no biggie. That bread is divine!!! A perfect balance of sourdough flavor with a more rye/wheat sort of taste, and it was perfectly soft inside and the outside was the perfect amount of crunchy without being too hard. I heard that the Spanish tortilla was excellent, the morning bun was just as good as the cinnamon roll as I described, and the coffees were delicious. This place is seriously incredible, I'm absolutely coming in again before I leave. Just one thing-- the music is pretty loud! The inside is set up nicely for sitting and chatting, but it's hard to talk over the music. read more
