Clint's is mad cute! I came just before the closed around 8:50p on Friday and I got a scoop of the pistachio orange blossom ice cream (it was QUITE good) and a honey lavender London fog - the flavor was not very strong, but some people like that. I would've preferred more lavender flavor but again, it's just my pref! The staff were SUPER sweet and very helpful, and the other pastries on display looked awesome, including the pies. There is plenty of street parking around, paid from 10a-8p per the signs. Overall would def come back at least for ice cream - it was great! But they have SO many drink options, I'm sure if I'd just requested it be more sweet it would've been just to my liking :) read more

We loved this place so much we went twice! As soon as you walk in, there is the barista with a section of coffees. The place is small so not a place to bring a big pastry but rather doing a quick grab and go. They do have a selection of pastries and they also have a second section in the back for their bagel selection and other pastries. Here, they do have a small seating area but it is small. This little hole in the wall might be the best kept breakfast secret in Breckenridge. Everyone always stays street level for coffee, which is amazing and so are the deserts. A must try while you're in town! We saw this spot at night and wanted to try it in the morning. We went Saturday morning and loved it so much we went back Sunday morning. Welcoming and homey coffee shop, you walk into the main area with various pastries and coffee/tea options to choose from. We ordered an iced matcha and an iced latte. Towards the back of the stop and down a few steps, is their bagel/deli section. Their bagels were so good! Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel. The cheese was so gooey, bagel perfectly toasted and bacon crispy. Highly recommend! The staff was nice and the service was fast. On the second morning, we got a chocolate pecan pie slice - loved it! My family and I stopped by Clint's on our walk down Breckenridge Main Street this week. The shop sells coffee, smoothies, and pastries upstairs; and downstairs you can buy breakfast and lunch sandwiches/wraps. The coffee was good, but the food was the real star of the show. We tried several pastries and sandwiches, all of which were phenomenal! The carrot cake is a must try and for anyone who is vegan/vegetarian, the veggie sandwich is also amazing. If you're in the mood for something lighter, they offer smoothies as well. I would also like to give a special shout out to one of the employees I met, Eddie. We purchased a few drinks from Clint's but left very disappointed. Service was nice but if you're a coffee drinker, I would try another place. Their large latte came with 2 shots, I ordered 5 shots and it still barely tasted like coffee. My sister ordered a cherry mocha latte and it tasted like warm milk with a hint of cherry (she did but order with extra shots, which cost $1 each). We didn't eat the pastries but they looked delicious. However, we would not go here again for coffee. They should really rethink their drink recipe and up their coffee game. We really wanted to love it but had to ask for a refund on the cherry latte as even when they remade it and put an extra shot, it tasted like warm milk. read more

Nothing better than Clint's on a Sunday morning after a weekend of skiing. We always stop on our way back into Denver. They aren't insanely priced for Breckenridge which is surprising. The different pastries are all wonderful- the carrot cake, coffee cake, seven layer bars all of them are top tier. The lattes aren't the quickest to come out but the best way to do it is order your coffee walk downstairs to the basement and order a delicious breakfast sandwich while you wait. Jalapeño cheese bagel with cheddar, eggs, and veggie sausage (tons of veggie options!) ---- unbeatable. The front room's decor is bright and airy and the barista was nice about our million questions and "what's your favorite". Definitely worth a visit on a ski trip. read more

I work for the town and see a lot of people who are looking for coffee or a bite to eat in the morning. This is always the place that I recommend. Upstairs is a café where you can also buy a lot of their baked goods and downstairs is a place where you can get a pretty good breakfast sandwich. Their baked goods are superb btw ;). The vibe of the place is good ole mountain town art with local pieces on the walls which you can buy. The people who work there will treat you nice if you treat them nice as goes most places. I wouldnt recommend going here past 10:30am (peak seasons) as it gets pretty busy and you dont want to wait. read more

We were craving bagels at the end of a long weekend in Breck, and got a recommendation from a fellow person from the North East who knows bagels to check this place out. When we first walked in, the line was very long. But that line is just for coffee. If you want the bagels walk past the line and down the stairs to the lower part of it. I ordered a asiago bagel with egg, cheese, and added cucumber, red onion, spinach ,and tomato. Oh my goodness was this a delicious bagel sandwich! The asiago bagel has great cheese flavor, and is soft but chewy like a bagel should be. The veggies were a nice touch and it was toasted just perfectly. We also ordered half a dozen bagels to go, and we are so glad we did because we made delicious sandwiches for the rest of the week. They know what their doing here, that's for sure! read more

Went here for the first time, I was extremely excited to try a new spot. But, instantly regretted my experience. The staff was so rude, especially the manager (?) not sure. I usually try to be very patient especially when there is two staff working. But the line was not long or busy there were only two people ahead. Took us to get an ice cream cone, about 30 minutes. Note: It would be great to have gluten-free bagels toasted in a separate dedicated gluten-free toaster (it would only cost $10 at Walmart or Amazon). We popped in here because it was freezing & we needed warm drinks lol (we went in August and it started raining and dropped down the the 30s). The inside is really cute, I loved the painting up of the trees when you look up. Apparently downstairs is where you can get breakfast and lunch. We got in the long line and I ordered the vegan chocolate chip cookie and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was great and the cookie was ok - kind of chewy. One star for the gingerbread biscotti. And that is all. I've come here twice, back to back days. The service is incredibly unfortunate. Only place open for coffee after 6pm at this time of year, so they have the coffee monopoly at night. Both times, service was abysmal and only one person was working to fill orders (or behind the counter at all... ) tho the first evening, a woman joined the man who was hustling to handle the line, and stood around talking to him until eventually she made her way to the register to take payments. Maybe on break? Who knows. Anyhow, by the time my friend and I were up to order our two cappuccinos, she was on deck. She was curt and... annoyed? A busy Friday night. The cappuccinos were 1/3 cup espresso and milk, 2/3 poorly frothed milk that was *gratuitously* spooned on top. In a 12oz cup. Flavor was just okay but kind of annoying to get down to the coffee, which was lukewarm sadly. Fast forward to this evening, an even busier Saturday night... I've stood in line for about twenty minutes - well, technically I am STANDING in line writing this live. Prepare to shift to present tense. Just as I am nearing the register for order, the card reader is malfunctioning with a group in front of me. The girl behind the register is miffed and she's called another young woman (the only one making coffee, etc) over for help. Now, this sweet looking barista is telling the people in front of me that the system is new (and she just apologized - nicely done!), and is now entering in payments manually, while the girl who called her over for help is behind me availing herself of a small cup of water, waiting. With the rest of us on this side of the counter. Thinking I've made a mistake coming here... Let me tell you what ACTUALLY prompted my leaving a review tonight. It's not the wait or the lacking service. Let's be real - it's Breck. It's the weekend. You're going to wait at places. The real "Oh Nooooo " part of this experience, is that when I joined the line originally, the sweet soul'd barista was eating a sandwich, right in front of the counter over a plate, and wiped her mouth with her bare hands, like with the zeal of a small child - you know what I mean? A full frontal palm swipe, a back of the hand follow-up, and then a gold old fashioned final grinding into her apron for good measure. She immediately picked up a cake plate where the (clearly popular) carrot cake had previously sat, went downstairs, and came back with a gorgeous replacement cake, setting it down and covering it neatly with a glass dome. Did she wash her hands down there? Maybeeeeeeeee... but unlikely. Instead, I've watched her touch one million things (including these people's cards she's holding to enter in manually) and then go grab pastries with those hands to shove in little bags. Usually, I could care less. Tonight, this is gross. Maybe my impatience is getting the best of me. ‍ I'm cutting my losses and getting back to my friends who are waiting for me at Crepes a La Carte (they'll be disappointed about the absent coffee) but! Obsessed is an understatement - I come to breck often for work and if my day doesn't start out with a coconut latte and a toasted heavily smeared bagel from Clint's everything is just wrong. If you love bagels - don't walk - but run here and you will be grateful you did. The staff is a little snarky and rude but honestly that's just what I expect now from the bougie mountain towns.
