This place is always packed and people love their coffees! We got the Daddy Mac (something like that) burrito - mine without the sweet potatoes that really don't belong in a burrito. This burrito is $13 and is the bomb!! Definitely the best burrito in Breck - it rivals Breck Fast's Main Street, and is less expensive, so that is nice. Absolutely delicious! Everything is made to order and super fresh! It is outside seating only (you order at a walk up window). I had the Native burrito but asked if they could put it on a panini instead. It was so good and stuffed full of veggies. I was in total heaven and could eat it everyday, especially the sriracha maple! I wish I had a place like this back home. Great coffee/breakfast spot off Main Street in Breckenridge. No tables and chairs here, just an order and pickup at the window type of vibe and move on with the rest of your day. This place is nice :) The food and drinks are good and they have a ton of unique options. It's super small/outdoor seating, so I HIGHLY recommend you to come when it isn't busy. Their food and drinks are great either way, but their sandwiches get a bit sloppier when they're busy and take SUPER long (it's just two people in there so I can't blame them) Just come with a bit of patience and time it right, and you'll definitely want to come back :) Edit: It seems like the drinks are very poorly made when the lady is the barista... when it's the guy with blonde hair, they're great! read more

A quick grab and go breakfast spot, no seating, so perfect for the on the road coffee and breakfast grab on your way to the mountain. The coffee is great, lots of flavors plus house made syrup that changes regularly. The breakfast is amazing, I've tried many different options and I've never been disappointed. Personally my favorite is the locals burrito or the gringo sandwich but I add bacon. The flavor is amazing and the quality is great. July 23, 2023. Sunday. Lunch. Visited this cafe on Main Street in downtown Breckenridge, Colorado. It had a line and lots of five-star reviews on Yelp. After eating there, both my wife and I wondered how either of those things could be true? I am giving two stars for the service. They kindly took our order, and it was up in less than ten minutes. My wife ordered a Macchiato ($3.25) and it was a small, 8-ounce carboard cup, that was only half full. I ordered the Daddy Matt burrito ($12.25). It came with eggs, bacon, chorizo, sweet potato, and green chile. I held the sweet potato because I can't stand them. My burrito looked like a grilled wrap, see attached photo. This "burrito" was accompanied by two containers of sickeningly sweet red sauce. Bland would be my best word to describe the burrito. I tried the sauce, hoping it would add some flavor, but I almost spit it out when I tasted the sweetness. The eggs were runny, green chile had no bite or heat, chorizo didn't taste like chorizo (not sure what it was), and the bacon was non-existent. It's like the bacon didn't show up to the party. Completely flavorless, expensive wrap. My wife thought the same about her Hype MAN Panini ($11.25). If you want expensive, bland, flavorless food delivered fast, then I guess this is your spot. read more

Craving some breakfast burritos after a night of shenanigans and this was a 1 minute walk from our air bnb. Local: yummy! Definitely hearty burritos. The green chili is not spicy at all, and it doesnt over power the rest of the flavors. The avocado really tied it all together. Matty daddy: my husband liked this one a lot. But not my favorite. Maybe because I can only handle a little chorizo at a time and this was chorizo filled. Great flavor though! Iced coffee looks watered down, but surprised me with enough coffee flavor. Went to this cafe a couple times while in Breckenridge, for the location close to the gondola and for the quick service it's a great option for good coffee before the slopes! You order outside and pickup at a separate window, not sure if they have any indoor space cause the it seemed small. I tried a flat white and a dirty chai with almond milk, I love how you get to pick your milk or alternative milk option without an up charge. They also have a lot of food options accommodating for dietary restrictions that were either gluten free or vegan, but I unfortunately couldn't try it cause I avoid gluten and eggs and their gf options had eggs but they sounded great! read more

Yes! Yes! Yes! I am so happy I found this place. If you are plant based, whole30, vegetarian/vegan this is the place for you. Conveniently located a block from the south and north gondola lots, this shop offers breakfast and lunch. I have tried both the vegan burrito and chickpea bagel sandwich and both were exceptional. The food is made fresh to order so it can be 5-10 minute wait depending on the amount of orders... but the wait is worth it, I promise. We stopped by Semplice to grab some breakfast burritos before heading out to snow shoe and I'm so glad we did! It was just was we needed- the burrito was grilled or pressed so it was nice and crispy on the outside and super flavorful on the inside. My husband got the Local and I had the J Wook. Both were super good and the sauce they give you on the side (tasted like sriracha syrup or something) added even more flavor. The walk-up counter makes it so convenient to grab a quick bite or coffee and would definitely recommend stopping by this cute spot with friendly staff! read more

As you can tell from my photos, it was a bit chilly- but the perfect Friday morning snow. I ordered a panini and a lavender latte to-go. Service was super friendly, and I could tell they're popular with the locals! (Hoping I too can so be remembered by name) Located a couple blocks from the Breck Connect gondola, they are a easy stop over on your ski morning. Well it would have been better if they hadn't given me the wrong sandwich that said gluten free but was not, so I had gluten for the first time in many years. They also did not apologize and instead asked why we needed the sandwiches remade after I explained the labeling error. They specifically asked if I had celiac when ordering and I told them yes. Can't believe I got a gluten free recommendation from google and this happened, big mistake to make and again not apologize for their error. read more

1st time stopping by. Decided to grab a cup of hot chocolate and to my surprise, it was actually very tasty! Since the hot chocolate turned out to be good, I decided to order the Skier's Right panini. The panini was nice and crispy.
