I highly recommend if you're in the area! The menu changes daily, but it does seem like they normally have the chicken noodle soup. We got the chicken noodle and carrot ginger coconut bisque and really enjoyed both. The garlic mozzarella herb wheat focaccia was unexpectedly delicious so would definitely recommend getting that to have with your soup. It was our first time there and the guy who was working at the counter was really nice and helpful. read more

Amazing spot, that's a walkable distance from the transit center. I got a salad (I forgot which one), but it had feta cheese, and it was superB. And my cousin was going to sit outside in the snow (because we wanted to) to eat our meal when one of the kind employees offered if we would like a chair and a table for outside since the inside was busy. We appreciated the nice customer service and had our chair and table. The inside was full of good food and pastries, which looked amazing. Stopped by randomly as I was passing through during my road trip and holy cow...sooo good! I ordered the brocolli cheddar soup and grabbed a BLT sando from the ready-made fridge and was not disappointed! Both were fresh and absolutely delicious. I regretted not going back to stock up for the rest of my trip. Still thinking about it today. read more

Every time I am visiting Breckenridge this is my go to spot! Their daily soups are just what I need after a day on the mountain. I also always pick up one of their fresh and filling sandwiches made on their delicious focaccia bread to bring with me while skiing. Don't forget to grab a cookie on your way out! Couple of things to note. There is no seating indoor or outdoor. Just pickup and go only. No sampling of their soups. read more

Went in for the soup but came out with an amazing veggie sandwich instead! Located next to a large grocery store, the shop is fairly small so expect a small line as folks place orders and pick them up. Didn't see any seating inside and just a couple of small two top tables out front but that's okay as you can eat in your car with an amazing view of the Breck mountains in front of you. Went in for soup but realized it would be tough to transport where we were headed so opted for a very large Veggie sandwich instead. It was big enough to cut in half and feed two people. Amazing bread with nice assortment veggies with some tasty sauce as well. Honestly one of the best Veggie sandwiches I've ever eaten! I absolutely love the soups here, I would make a trip to Breck just to go. I had a meeting a couple weeks ago and brought 2 home for future consumption. All the flavors I've had were amazing. I do wish there was seating because you have to eat in your car or take home but I don't care as long as I can get the goods! Cookies also good. read more

I absolutely LOVE Soupz On! I've been going since it originally opened as Mi Zuppa. Anytime I'm in Breck this is my spot! Everyone has always been sooooo friendly and beyond nice! Best customer service! The food is delicious! Salads, soups and sandwiches are all yummy! I went today and the workers were so awesome and nice! I was a little early but I was able to chat with them and they felt like my friends! The ambiance is welcoming and cozy like someone's kitchen! Highly recommend this place!!! read more

Legit amazing spot for a quick lunch. No seating as it is a order and pick up spot. The clam chowder was . And the orzo salad was chock full of various textures and veggies, it was phenomenal. Perfect 10. I can't wait to go back. It is one of the spots I'll put in the rotation for sure. P.s. most definitely grab a bread loaf (it's a mini loaf) as well. One of the best lunch spots in town! Soupz On is affordable and the best part is their menu changes every day! It's great to have variety here. The soups are great, the salads never disappoint and the sandwiches fill you up! We get it about once a week and it's great for locals because it's convenient and cheap without compromising the quality! Everyone who works here is so friendly. Been coming to Breck for years and finally tried SoupzOn. The High Country Elk Stroganoff (creamy, herbaceous, and an absolute umami bomb) and Greek Salad (crisp veggies in a bright, unctuous dressing) were awesome. Both of them were a little salty, so heads up if you're salt sensitive. Overall absolutely delicious and I'll be back for sure. read more

Great, easy, take-out soup! After a day on the slopes stopping by here for a nice variety of soups. There were 2 vegetarian options, the tomato soup was soooo tasty I wish I had gotten bigger than a small. The Parmesan focaccia was also delic, it was pretty big but I devoured it. The cookie was good, def not the highlight of the meal though. And all that for $11! read more

My hubby and I have been going to this little soup shop for years. It's a must-visit place for us each time we go to Breckenridge. They used to have a small dining area but since the pandemic they now only have takeouts. You have to go early as there is a line most of the time and some items run out early. The soups are always hot, rich and flavorful. Their soup menu changes daily. Some are better than others but never had a bad one. Their breads are amazing. Always fresh and made from scratch. My faves are the Olive rosemary Parmesan wheat focaccia and the Jalapeño & Cheddar focaccia. I tried their Asian salad before and loved it but sadly they don't make it anymore. Their sandwiches are great and filling. The staff are always warm and friendly. They used to give military discount which was great. Their price is reasonable. The soup was amazing and the staff was very friendly.. It's not a very big restaurant so we had to share a tiny table with other people I think there's only three tables inside and they have a couple tables for seating outside at the tables turned over fast. Six different soups to choose from so the choices were hard but our choices for us were perfect. I WOULD recommend going. read more

Amazing soup take out place with very friendly staff. During a winter blizzard, these soups are exactly what we need. Tried chicken noodle soup, sausage tortellini, and bison chili and they are all superb. Highly recommend for anyone visiting to stop by. We stopped in to grab lunch and the reviews are true. The food is very good quality. We got the turkey chili and shrimp and grits with a side of focaccia and fresh cookies. The chili was spicy just how I like it! The shrimp and grits were good. The shrimp were chopped up fine and not whole like we were expecting. But it didn't matter it was still a good dish. The service was friendly, fast, and easy. They quickly prepared our order without errors. The setting there is definitely a quick come and go vibe. Which we didn't mind and were expecting it. I used to love this place when I lived in Breckenridge. Delicious sandwiches and killer soups. Unfortunately, the owners are using COVID as an excuse still not to provide samples of the soup and I can understand why after buying without trying. Horrible. Absolutely the worst cauliflower soup I have ever had in my life and it's my favorite type of soup. Lazy preparation. Terrible texture and flavor. Nasty attitude from server. If you're gonna have that terrible and dingy of a space for a restaurant, the food and service should at least compensate. $25 for inedible food. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Had to go to Breckinridge for the day and did not want a full lunch. Picked this place thinking it was a sit down place, it was not. I picked the Jalapeño Mac/Cheese soup-delicious. Also ordered the Caesar Salad because they were making when I arrived. It too was delicious. Deducted one point combined with servers attitude below average and there were no anchovies in the Caesar salad. Next time I'm there, will most likely go back. Best soup kitchen in the west. Hands Down! Their offerings change daily- and yes, sometimes they can be a hit or miss, but with 8 different soups or so (including GF and/or Vegan options as well) there's something for everyone. Plus, for a "soupy-chick" like myself, nothing is more of a God-send than a large yummy bowl of hot piping goodness in Breckenridge winter temperatures. Their accompanying breads are good for the day- but won't keep unless you stick it in the freezer and defrost later. Last but not least- If you're up for a salad to accompany your soup, try their Taco Salad or the Thai Noodle Salad if they have those on the day you go. read more

However, after the situation cleared, we continued waiting another 20 minutes. During that time, several groups who arrived after us were seated first. When I politely asked the host about our status, I was told those groups were seated because they were smaller parties. That didn't appear to be accurate, and when I mentioned that, the response quickly became rude and dismissive. At that point, we decided there was no reason to stay and left for dinner elsewhere. The next day, we ate at Tin Plate Pizza--fantastic food and excellent service. Ironically, while walking past Bird and Cow afterward, we noticed their kitchen area through an open back door, and it did not appear clean or well-kept. Staff and patrons were very kind and welcoming, family and I were able to navigate and move throughout the busy space with ease and comfort. Walking in on a cold February day, the mood and ambiance were warm and inviting. The downstairs bar was lively, and the wood ceiling and decor definitely gave off a classic aged lodge feel. We were seated upstairs per our Yelp reservations. A collection of canteens hung on the wall, which sparked a fun conversation and history lesson for my twins. Since they're part of the CamelBak and Stanley cup generation, they hadn't seen anything like them before. My son was impressed by the size of the kids' burger, and the fries were great. The rest of us had the NY Strip. I'd say it was good, but not great--though I did appreciate the blackened seasoning and the chimichurri. The grilled asparagus, however, was simply fantastic. The showstopper was the upside-down apple pie with what seemed to be homemade vanilla ice cream. Both were generous portions and kindly comped by our server for my birthday. I ordered my standard Ranch Water, though it unfortunately didn't come in their traditional canteen cup. Overall, it's a great spot. I look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Colorado.

We sat there for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged while Ben clearly prioritized people he seemed to know personally. During that time he served guests who arrived after us and even started doing prep work instead of checking on us. Eventually we had to ask him ourselves if we could order drinks. When we did, Ben responded with a sarcastic and rude tone saying something along the lines of, "Sure, I can grab you drinks if you want them, but first show me IDs." We had unfortunately left our IDs back at home. That part is completely fair we understand you can't serve alcohol without identification and we accepted that. However, immediately after this interaction, another group of people who appeared around our age (we're in our 30s) sat down and Ben served them alcohol without asking for ID at all. When we asked him about it, he simply shrugged and ignored us. We then asked if we could at least get a Red Bull, since it's non-alcoholic. Ben refused and walked away. When we asked the other bartender if she could grab one for us, Ben came up behind her and told her not to serve us because we didn't have IDs even though we were only asking for a Red Bull. Thankfully she was kind enough to help us anyway. The most shocking part happened shortly after when one of Ben's friends came in. Ben began talking negatively about us right in front of us, calling us rude? Within earshot while we were sitting at the bar. When we confronted him and asked what the issue was, he threatened to kick us out of what he called "his bar." We asked to speak with a manager and explained the situation. The level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior from Ben was honestly shocking. Ignoring guests, being sarcastic and dismissive, refusing basic non-alcoholic service, and then openly insulting customers in front of them is completely unacceptable in any hospitality environment.
