1/4 lbs of Brisket and some delicious Collard Greens!

What a treat it is to have this place in Summit county much less Frisco where I live. It's just top end BBQ with this highest attention to detail. It's a must have for both locals and travelers alike.

Curly fries with loads of salt and pepper. Good crispiness and portion size but consider ordering without S/P to DYI on the seasoning.

Not the best or worst BBQ I've ever had. Saturday lunch. Expectations were high based on reviews that gave me a craving for barbeque. We got a brisket sandwich ($16) and a pork sandwich ($15). Both had slightly dry, slightly small buns (though right size buns for the modest portion of slightly dry meat). Meat might be slightly drier than expected because you can add lots of your own sauces from their squeeze bottles of homemade sauces. We did like that concept of multiple homemade sauces -- though the sauces themselves were hit-or-miss. Sandwiches came with a good-size serving of curly fries loaded with salt and pepper - see photo. It looked like repeat customers were ordering their fries without salt and pepper so they could season to their own taste. Sandwiches also came with Cole slaw and 3-4 homemade pickle slices. Cole slaw was nice - not mayo-based, more of a vinegar-based sauce perhaps with cracked mustard seed? Pickles were excellent - sweetish bread-and-butter-style with some onions in the juice that had a crisp-spicy flavor. I really liked the pickles. You bus your own table at the end and might have to wet down some napkins to wipe your table off before you sit down. Since the best part of lunch was the pickle garnish, it means we won't be back. It wasn't bad, it was just "fine." Really wanted to love it.

Great location to get to right off of the Interstate. Modest farm country decor welcomes you in. Service was friendly and timely. Food was served warm and good presentation. I found the fries rustic and a bit tough to eat texture wise. Good flavor powder sprinkled on. The meat was perfectly done and the 3 different sauces let the meat hit a bit different each bite. Coleslaw was blahzay with the vinegar kick missing. Overall pretty good.

Tray with our party's food order. Yummy!

Smoked meats? No. More like oven baked and roasted. Find the smoke ring on the brisket if you can.

Meh . Not a lot of food for the price. Disappointed closed mid-week. Not sure what else to say.

The quality and flavor of each dish was stellar!! Pricing was very reasonable considering the area. Denver would be more expensive and likely not as flexible. All around - two thumbs up!! My plate: Green beans and cherry tomatoes with an olive vinaigrette, fresh fruit salad, mini bagels with cream cheese, lox and capers (my all-time brunch fav), a beef and sweet potato hash, roasted potatoes, organic veggie quiche (my second fav dish...awesome flavor!). I didn't try the beef with the hash but heard awesome things about it. They also catered a cinnamon roll cake that was perfect for the couples taste. It was delicious as a brunch dessert and when I warmed more up for breakfast the next morning! Sets the bar high for when I'm planning my own wedding menu in the future. Lots of great ideas and awesome execution. Thanks, Food Hedz!

Right of I-70, it's a quick place to stop for wine/beer, great food and outstanding service. My hubs had a salmon entree with udon and tempura veggies, and I had a shrimp, scallop, crab pasta in this AMAZING spicy marinara. I wanted to bathe in it. Top it with fruit beignets with brittle icecream and caramel, it was a meal to beat. I highly recommend if you're in Frisco or on your way on I-70.

This place missed every single mark. Our food took almost an hour to come out and parts of it was cold. Hubbys pancake was hard (not crispy hard, like heat lamp hard) and one of the items on my plate was a completely cold, unbuttered English muffin. The eggs were cooked wrong (I ordered over medium and they were barely over easy with tons of runny white still and hubby ordered hard scrambled and they were scrambled and runny still), and our waiter stopped in to fill water cups once but did not check in or ask how we were while we were waiting. I'm typically pretty easy going -- I understand mistakes are made sometimes. That is easily redeemable if the service is good; but the service was not. Our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience. 1026 - we got the text our table was ready. We requested a booth (and mentioned we would wait longer got a booth) but got a table. Okay fine, it happens 1038 - we finally had a server ask if we want something to drink. We ordered drinks and it was at least 10 more minutes before they came to take our order. Our order was submitted and it was nearly 45 minutes for the (cold) food to come out. During the wait we were not checked on at all. No one asked us if we were good or needed anything-- or let us know the food was delayed. When the food finally came (again, cold) it was dropped at the table and it was another 15 mins before our server even acknowledged us again. The lady who helped him drop the food was nicer than he was, and asked if we needed anything else; while he couldn't be bothered. We are walking out now at 1140. Our server checked on us a total of 3 times and got rude when his tip was reduced for that. Important to note -- the table behind us had walked in as our food was being served and they got their entire order (6 people) before we left. Different server, so it may not be the entire place, however your servers are a reflection of your company. Unacceptable and we will not be back

From the moment we walked in and were greeted, they were so friendly & Jolly. The decor is hippy chic, they have local artist work for sale hanging on the walls. A Bar area when you walk in. Clean Restrooms, It's not a huge place, so every seat has a view out the windows of the town or mountain. But best of all, was the customer service! Especially for having to work on Christmas Day! Very impressed and would recommend & return just for that. The immediately brought my son Hot Cocoa & to my surprise they had Apple Cider which really hit the spot on a cold, snowy day. I ordered the chicken & waffles...it was A LOT of food! Should have shared. The menu states it comes with "potatoes" I was thinking like a breakfast hash style maybe like lil cubes with bell pepper, but it was French fries lol. They were good tho! My son wanted waffles not pancakes, but wanted blueberry so they were more than happy to make that happen!
