Dinner menu as of Sept 2025, part 2
Diana R.

Had a fabulous dinner here with family! Even though we showed up without a reservation around 6pm on a Saturday night, they were able to seat us promptly. Our server was friendly and helpful, really great service all around all evening. The cuisine was really special, we shared everything and enjoyed each item immensely. See pics for details. Beautiful restaurant, lively and cozy ambiance. Highly recommend!

Extra dirty martini 10/10

If you're wandering down Main Street in Frisco and debating where to land, skip the guesswork and head straight to 5th Ave. Grill. Karissa, our waitress, was the definition of sweet and attentive - she not only kept everything flowing smoothly but had spot-on menu suggestions that made choosing easy. Behind the bar, Zach and Tyler deserve a round of applause (and maybe another round of martinis). Their apple martini (-add sugar rim and extra cherries) is the kind of drink you don't forget, and somehow every cocktail came out consistent no matter how many rounds we ordered - which is no small feat in a busy mountain-town bar. Tip: try the raspberry gimlet, it was a fave. The food is equally worth bragging about. The bison sliders are rich and flavorful, the flatbread from the happy hour menu might just ruin you for all other flatbreads, and the Baja fish tacos are so good they've become a repeat order for me. Throw in live music some nights, outside seating for when Colorado weather cooperates, and a bar that feels classy even if the overall decor is a touch dated - and you've got the perfect casual-meets-classy spot. Other restaurants on Main Street might try to lure you in, but trust me - this is the one that keeps you coming back.

We came here for their happy hour from 4:30-5:30pm on a Saturday. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table in the patio with our dog. the host and waitress were attentive after we sat down. The martinis were $9, so I got a cosmo and it was really good! Their appetizers were about one to two dollars less expensive than the regular menu, and the portions were generous. We ordered eggplant and artichoke hummus ($15). They make their own flat bread, and that was thin and crispy on the outside chewy on the inside all at the same time. Beef tips with carmelized onions and mushrooms ($16) and fried fish tacos ($12). It was enough food for two people but I also ordered Greek Cobb salad ($16) and that was okay. We sat outside and it was so nice on a day in the 70s but there were also many people inside sitting in the booth, bar, or the tables.

Best Happy Hour in Frisco from 3-5:30pm daily. The grilled beef tips just melt in your mouth and bang bang shrimp, has some great flavor and crunch. But the Mixologist/owner Jordan he is amazing guy and really knowledgeable on food and beverages. He makes some amazing Cocktails. If you love tequila make him make you the smok'in oak. I heard the brunch here is amazing and I can't wait to try that next.

Tyler and Cody take good care of us at the bar. They can make some good specialty drinks. The espresso martinis are top notch. The atmosphere is nice and the food is fantastic. Not your normal bar food. Great happy hour from 3:00 to 5:30. Get there early to get a seat. Our go to happy hour items are the bang bang shrimp, steak bites, fish tacos and chicken tenders which are legit because they are actually a hand battered chicken breast. Not some chopped up mystery meat. And we like the sweet potato fries. Jordan is the owner and chef and he's in the kitchen and out front to ensure good food and good service. Thank you.

This is a great place for happy hour or dinner, depends what atmosphere you want. Happy hour is louder and a lot of fun if you like to people watch. Dinner is a bit quieter (away from the bar). The service is great--attentive and friendly. We always eat here once or twice when we stay in Frisco.

I give 5th Ave. grill a 5 star review due to the amazing service from our waitress Sheridan. She was so accommodative to my 10 month old daughter and the Happy Hour menu was superb. The live music added to the ambiance and it's clear to see that the neighborhood locals love this place dearly. I highly recommend the steak tips and chicken fingers!!

The sushi bar wasn't really lively, they block the view overall so you don't get a "sushi bar" experience from the chefs. Our waiter seemed flustered because he was understaffed but we put our orders in for drinks and tried to make the best of it. I ordered a mocktail and it was so sour you couldn't drink it. So I asked for a different drink. When we got our miso soup it was so salty that none of us at our table couldn't finish it. The "bread" for the table isn't impressive and they decided to plate our entire groups order on a skateboard? Which had paint chipping off of it? (Food grade? Probably not) Like a lot of other reviews it's confusing here. The sushi....the sushi was warm. My cuts of fish on my nigiri's that were raw were warm. The monster spider roll was rolled so bad that the nori sheet was hard to chew. As the night went on tables weren't used, and we could have sat at a table with the turn around times we saw. Overall, for the price they charge it's not worth it. Go into downtown Breckenridge if you're looking for sushi because this isn't it.

As far as I could tell it was an incredibly dry piece of chuck swimming in salty thick meatloaf gravy. It was edible, but only because I was hungry and knew what it cost... you needed water to get the meat down. Asparagus was good. I started with a specialty roll, the Hot Hippie w/salmon. $20 (12 plain. 8 for the fish). Good but not $20 good. I guess I'm used to specialty roles being oversized, which this was not. Also got the Iwai old fashioned. Tasted like a glass full of crushed ice with whiskey. Could barely tell it was an old fashioned. So, my meal was $80 before tip, nothing was great, I'd try somewhere else or maybe just different options. The front bar seemed lively and fun. Maybe that's the better call with an attentive bartender and conversation.

Food: I thought it was going to be just so-so, Olive Garden level italian food. I was wrong! I first asked our waiter, Brian, for recommendations and he said they were known for their Mama G's classic red sauce. We ordered the bruschetta and I got the linguini and meatballs, which has the famous red sauce. My gf got the lasagna and the greek salad. The bruschetta was delicious. I really hate it when restaurants throw diced tomato and basil on toast and call it bruschetta, Greco's did not. The crostinis were perfectly toasted - crispy but didn't crumble everywhere and didn't cut up the inside of your mouth. The balsamic reduction over the bruschetta was delicious, but I think the tomatoes, red onion, basil and garlic were mixed with some balsamic vinegar or something similar before being added to the crostinis and glazed. Vinegar should always be used to brighten veggies, not overpower them, and Greco's nailed the vinegar-tomatoes proportion. It was fresh, crisp, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of salt to enhance the tomato flavor. My girl's greek salad was huge. I didn't taste it, but I trust her opinion, and she said it was delicious. She didn't finish it but did take it back to the airbnb and is already snacking on it again :) The lasagna was delicious as well. The noodles were thin, so it didn't feel like we were biting into a chunk of pasta toast with sauce and ricotta as the butter, which happens often with lasagnas. This lasagna had the best ricotta cheese I have ever had. I asked the waiter if they used a bechamel sauce in the lasagna because of how creamy it was, but it was just the ricotta! They do not make it in house, I asked, and I wish I knew where it was from. Gf still won't stop talking about the lasagna and called her brother to tell him about it, lol. The star of the show: The red sauce. Our waiter wasn't kidding when he said it's delicious. I genuinely got mad when I tasted it because I've always been proud of my red sauce, and no sauce has ever beaten my recipe, but now I'm determined to scratch my recipe up and recreate this one. Sauce is the most important part of a pasta dish, so a plain sauce always means a plain dish, and you have to depend on parmesan to make it better. Not this one! It was a beautiful, bright red, fresh, tangy, with the smaaaaaaaaaallest hint of spice. I'm wondering if they add a splash of balsamic reduction for the tang? Not sure, but sure as heck wish I knew. It literally tastes as vibrant and bright as it looked. If there's one thing you try at this restaurant, it has to be a dish with the red sauce. Lastly, we got a free cheesecake with a homemade strawberry sauce. I didn't know the sauce was homemade until I bit into it and I literally wanted to throw my spoon down and stand up out of pure bliss like that guy on TikTok who checks meat for tenderism. It was so good. Strawberry sauce is often overpowering, just a thick, nasty, too-sweet syrup, but this sauce tasted more like a jam. I loved it. Drinks: I got water. Gf got riesling. She really liked it! Environment: Warm. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're walking into a cozy, golden little restaurant. They do have TVs all over, so if you're into sports, good for you! The lighting was not bright but not dim, it felt....gold? That's the best way I can describe it. It wasn't too loud in the restaurant, so you didn't have to speak up and you couldn't hear other people's conversations, but it also wasn't dead quiet and we did go when there were only about 4 other tables being used. So I really don't know about how loud it is when it's packed! It was also warm in there, which is nice for a Texan like me who isn't a fan of the cold ;) Overall the environment was very warm and welcoming. Price: Fair pricing! Actually, pretty affordable for such fresh and local ingredients! Our bill was about $100 for what we ordered and the two glasses of wine. I think that's pretty fair! Staff: I didn't catch the name of the guy who took us to our table, but he was very welcoming and kind! We chatted about what we're doing here in Colorado and he let us sit at the booth table right next to the window. He said it was the best seat in the house ;) He was great! We also LOVED Brian, our waiter. He was so welcoming, kind, attentive, he knew all about the menu, he was incredible. He literally made our nights from how much of a doll he was. This was my first night up here in Colorado ever, so he was the first Colorado-ian that I spoke to! I truly hope everyone else here in this state is as great as he was. Brian was the perfect introduction to the beauty and kindness of this state. The red sauce was great, but he was the highlight of our dinner.

We also got the margherita flatbread, but that didn't feel like a flatbread at all. The bread was thick and made it feel more like a pizza. The taste was good so I won't knock it completely, but I wouldn't be calling that a flatbread. Service was great, just a shame the food doesn't live up to expectations. I'd probably stick to the wine and charcuterie which were the best things I had.
