It's a little out of the way if the resorts, and that's a bonus. A great local feel. I had a simple breakfast, eggs, bacon and one slice of French toast. It was just the right amount to hit the slopes on, and I didn't break the bank. My son had a southwestern style omelet. He said it was good and he didn't leave hungry. It's comfortable and decorated in local flare. There is plenty of parking and apparently live music occasionally. Stop by if you want to avoid the crowds and have a quiet breakfast.

You earned 1 star over your refusal to correct a menu error. I ordered a Bronco under Cakes section…read morelisted as 15.95. I was charged 16.95 and the shift manager refused to correct it. If the menu is wrong, correct it. When you know something is incorrect and not doing anything, then it is intentional and very likely in violation of CO's Deceptive Pricing Practices Law. Was going from 5 star to 1 and risking legal penalty worth squeezing an extra $1 from me? Solutions: 1) Make little stickers with the correct price and add them to menu. 2) scratch out that menu item that is incorrectly priced 3) instruct servers to inform customers of the menu error when ordering 4) correct the pricing in the system. This prob takes 2 min. You did none of these things and when the error was politely brought to your attention, your manager refused to correct the check. This refusal is the problem. The portion of chicken was light, but whatever. When I got to the toppings, the cheese, lettuce, and guac was gone. I politely asked if they had more cheese and lettuce, and the employee simply said "No". No apologies or anything. I went to pay and asked for a discount since they were out of basic ingredients, and the other employee said "No". No apologies. The point of eating fast food at a chain is to have a consistent experience, and know they will have the food they offer in the menu. She could have at least told me they were out of ingredients before I ordered. Never going back to this....or probably any other Chipotle. I'm done with the inconsistency.

The burgers weren't dried out but full of juicy flavor, dripping onto my plate as I ate them. The buns were also fresh and sticky, just the way I like them. I would continue to recommend this truck!
