I will agree with others in saying this is one of the worst Chipotles I have been to. I went in at 9pm (they close at 10), and ordered soft tacos. The portion of chicken was light, but whatever. When I got to the toppings, the cheese, lettuce, and guac was gone. I politely asked if they had more cheese and lettuce, and the employee simply said "No". No apologies or anything. I went to pay and asked for a discount since they were out of basic ingredients, and the other employee said "No". No apologies. The point of eating fast food at a chain is to have a consistent experience, and know they will have the food they offer in the menu. She could have at least told me they were out of ingredients before I ordered. Never going back to this....or probably any other Chipotle. I'm done with the inconsistency. read more

This place will give you the smallest amount of guacamole, they will scoop it up and bang the spoon till it all falls off. The guac is level with the spoon edges like a scoop of liquid. Then charge you for it. The biggest rip off I have seen at a chipotle. All chipotle's try and save guac because it's expensive I get it but this is the worst I have ever seen. read more

Quite possibly the worst chipotle we've ever been to. The lobby smelled STRONGLY of bleach. The line was out the door the entire time we were there. Once we finally got up to the front to order my husband ordered a chicken burrito. The lady said "we are out of tortillas" and just straight up walked away. She was gone for quite a while. In the meantime, the 2nd and 3rd ladies in the line of workers, finished my order while my husband just stood there. Finally the 2nd lady in the line started yelling in Spanish for someone to come up/ get back to work, why wasn't there any salsa etc etc. finally (what felt like 15 minutes later) the 3rd lady in line was totally rude and rudely teaching the dude who came up how to work the cash register. I tried to ordered the watermelon limeade and she just goes "we're out". I got a cup for water instead. I walked over to the beverage station. The only juice that was left out of 4 was the watermelon limeade... There were kids having meltdowns because the line was so long. It was not a good experience at this chipotle.. read more

So we went to Chipotle and they were out of cheese. Like seriously. What kind of place runs out of cheese. Cheese is like one of the main reasons people go to Chipotle I didn't even end up eating because I didn't want anything without it. After that my group just left and went to the restaurant next door. Honestly I was super disappointed 1 star Bring me cheese next time. :( read more

Probably the worst chipotle in America. Got an online order and still waited 20 minutes inside. What was even the point of doing an online order? And they still served 10 other people before me. Oh and the lie about the OTD time so corporate can't see it. How could my food be OTD at 3:40 but I ordered it at 3:50? Something is fishy read more

TAUSE. Quite genuinely the best bowl I have had in my life. The flavor. The proportions. The freshness. Ugh so good I cantttttt. I still look at the pictures that I took of my last bowl. Additionally all of the staff was soooo nice and friendly. Really made my day. read more

My most recent experience alone would be 2 star, and the one before that 3, so let's average it out. The food is still good for the chain and the interior is spacious. But service isn't as good. I went mid-afternoon, so shouldn't be a rush. I arrived exactly when the app said my food would be ready -- it's fine that it wasn't yet, but the ticket hadn't even been printed to get in the queue. And rather than just getting it going and moving on, the cashier took the time to argue that I didn't say my name correctly, I should have pronounced it Stefan...I get that "ph" making a "v" sound is weird, but I have a fairly common name. The whole prep system seemed in chaos; unrelated to my order, while waiting, I heard staff arguing about who needed to do what in some system. read more

This Chipotle is in a state of disarray- I've never experienced a Chipotle location with so much chaos happening all around. It was literally like eating at a Chipotle after a tornado ripped through it. There were remnants of chips all over and let's be honest, I could've made a burrito with the amount of food on the floor in the dining area. There were no forks and the soda machine was out of order. Leadership at the top should take action on this location stat!! read more

The 1 star reviews don't accurately represent this location. The portions were more than enough and the employees were kind and respectful. I did not see cleanliness as a problem everything was clean and the soda machine was full. Would definitely come back. read more

Chipotle always has good food options. Service was fast and friendly. However the restaurant was dirty and the tables were not clean even on the patio. There was no ice in the machine for drinks, napkins were pretty empty and sauces (chipotle, jalapeño) were non existent. I returned to refill my drink and even an employee tried to get ice and it was still out. read more

I eat lunch at Chipotle at least 3 times a week- however I'd suggest avoiding the location in Silverthorne, CO. This location is poorly managed. The location is very dirty- always. The ice machine for fountain drinks has been broken for 2 months- with no signs it will ever be repaired. Finally, the staff is quite rude- a sign of bad culture in the location. I'd go no stars if that was an option on Yelp. SO FUNNY TO SEE THE RESPONSE FROM CHIPOTLE WHY CANT YOU JUST FIX THE PROBLEMS FOR ALL!!! read more

I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. This was hands down the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Told me they were out of rice for the rest of the night at 6pm when they are open until 10pm and they had just finished mixing cilantro in to a new batch of white rice in the kitchen. Overcooked my tortilla and were willing to heat up another one. Said that there were no bags of tortilla chips left and somehow they magically found more after I asked why I saw 60 bags of chips on the shelf behind the kitchen. After getting home I unwrapped my "burrito" to find that the tortilla was cracked in multiple places (from the tortilla being overcooked) and folded in half rather than being wrapped so it had to transfer it to a plate and eat it with a fork. If I wanted a bowl I would not have ordered a burrito. read more

This might be the worst chipotle i've ever eaten at. Everyone has to be sharing the same weed pen or something. They left a guy who was on his second day today to do almost everything by himself while the manager was just making baskets for 0 reason. asked for the halloween discount for my chicken burrito with guac and ordered a bag of chips and queso. somehow paid 9 dollars on top of my 25 dollar gift card being drained. dude at the register ain't even on the same planet it seems. no one is understanding or speaks any english and moves at the speed of the dmv from zootopia. didn't even bother with fighting with the manager as she had 0 clue what i was asking. How about chipotle hires off of work ethic and just general competence. This place fucking sucks now holy read more

This place has gone downhill. Not this location specifically but all of them. It's about food quality, availability, and portion reduction. I don't care that prices have gone up like most people complain about, it's happening everywhere. Fix it and I will be back. read more

Same as all the other 1 star reviews. Out of brisket at 5PM. Filthy all around, trash overflowing, tables all dirty, and all the lemonade dispensers were empty. Close if you can operate the business at Chipotle standards read more

Consistently either understaffed or staff is overwhelmed. On top of this I've had an experience with two staff members being rude and making fun of my order in Spanish not knowing I could understand them. Yep... there is a reason this location only has two stars overall. There were 3 ladies working the line. The first server was either having a bad day, or she has never been trained in reasonable customer service. She did not read us with a smile, she seemed perturbed by our requests, and was generally. The middle worker was great, although she seemed overworked trying to compensate for the two subpar employees on either side of her. The last worker was OK, but lacked courtesy. read more

This food was absolutely feral. Not only were the portions minimal, but the quality was not acceptable either. The chicken was squishy and mushy and the customer service was terrible. Management and corporate do not care about their customers at all! I was told I would be contacted but never was contacted. Went to corporate with my concerns and they did not care at all that this location is so rude, nasty, dirty and serves horrible food. Please stop giving this location and really all locations your money. They post on apps like this as if they are going to actually do something about the situation, that they want to hear from us but they don't. It's all a shame. Sheldon is a liar, no one wants to hear from us, to contact us or to make it better. Zero stars! read more

Bad food, bad service. My Wife got a bowl and when she opened it there was a bug, worst than that when I had them remake it the two girls who made it before were laughing when they got told. It's one thing to have bad hygiene but to not care is terrible and definitely not funny. The only helpful girl was Kim, she took care of my problem fast and seemed like the only one who cared. Thank you Kim. read more

Worst customer service and such bland food. The lady who was helping us rolled her eyes multiple times and was bothered at helping us. I ordered catering for 15 people for a party at our house. The food was ready on time. All the plates, silverware, serving utensils and napkins were provided as well. The food was properly packaged - one box had hot items, the other was chips and cold items. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal - It was a huge success and we'll definitely do it again read more

Nothing but fatty meet. The food was terrible. I cant believe they charged me for this food!

Just two people behind me in line and the burrito maker was totally stressed out and spazzing and just throwing things into my burrito, not bothering to drain the meat so that I ended up with a huge pool of juice that made my burrito disintegrate and practically inedible. My drink cup had a message asking for feedback with a web address but going to that address without a specific survey code does not allow you to provide feedback, thus this review. Plus, very expensive - $18 for a burrito and a coke. I had not been to a chipotle in along time and will not be back anytime soon. read more

My husband and I got a burrito via online order today. One was mostly filled with rice - hardly any carne asada. Mine was ok but the carnitas meat was very tough and grisly. When we sat down there was extremely loud music playing (unknown language). We sat near the pickup area for our order. As we waited we turned the music off. It was a sound box sitting on a chair. One other patron thanked us. It was a very noisy atmosphere with just the people. We received our order on time . I don't recommend ordering online as you can't see what is going into your burrito. It saved time as the line was almost out the door. Your call... read more

I am a chipotle fiend. rarely do I find a chipotle I don't like, but this one. bad. rice has too much lime. steak doesn't taste like steak. and the lady making it was coughing over my burrito!!!! It's cool to have a chipotle in Silverthorne Colorado. Too bad it's the worst one in the entire state. I'll start off with the hours in the past have been completely unreliable opening when they feel like it closing when they feel like it some days not open. The reason I give it one star is because the food is terri compared to every other chipotle in Colorado and the people working here do not care. They rely on out of town people and the ski season to stay open. read more

The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. The girl making my burrito messed up wrapping it because it was too full, so instead of double wrapping it she poured half the burrito out and made it half the size. When I went up to the employees to fix it after, they said "that was the size they always make them and they won't make it again." If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Shut down this location. read more

Silverthorne, Co. When preparing my burrito she asks white or brown rice. I answer brown, and before I was able to ask for only a small amount, she had dumped a huge amount of rice onto the tortilla. Essentially this is what you get here, a rice burrito. The other ingredients they were very stingy with, even the black beans. Here is what really ticked me: I paid $2.50 for guacamole that someone apparently dumped the whole container of salt into. This had to be an accident, no one would purposely make guacamole this salty. It ruined the burrito. The steak salad was a disaster. Half of every piece of steak (50%) was inedible gristle. It got to the point of not wanting to try any of the meat after awhile. It's shameful what they are serving up here to mostly transient customers passing through. read more

The only reason I give this one star is the food quality is totally fine. What is horrible about this Chipotle is the poor customer service. Get ready to get on your knees to beg for a decent portion of food. And when you do ask for more of an ingredient, you get attitude most the time. These people really hate their job and you can see it on their faces. I literally hate going to this location but it is the only location within 70 miles of the next. This is literally the worst Chipotle I have been to. And this is not just one visit but the norm. And by the looks from what other reviewers say, horrible service is the norm. read more

I usually love Chipotle, but this location is not good. The employee that made our burritos was in an extreme hurry for some reason (there was no one behind us in line, they were not very busy, so I don't know why she was in such a huge rush) and she practically threw all the ingredients onto the tortilla so fast, that she didn't let any of the juices drip out of the spoon before she slammed them onto the tortilla, which ended up making our burritos a drippy, soggy, sloppy mess with the tortilla so drenched, it fell apart halfway through eating it. The other 2 employees that helped us were friendly and they gave us plenty of guacamole in the plastic containers we ordered on the side. That's why I'm giving 2 stars. This place has ruined Chipotle for me and I would not recommend going here, unless they improve the way they build their burritos. read more

We don't have Chipotle in Hawaii so I wanted to try it and I wasn't disappointed. This place was worth a repeat visit if there weren't a ton of other good places to eat in Silverthorne, like Mountain Lyon Cafe and Dillon Dam Brewery for lunch. It reminds me of Moe's Mexican or Subway where you tell them what you want and they make it for you. Unfortunately we had newbies training and they gave tiny scoops of servings, and I was told guacamole wasn't included in my veggie burrito (but it actually was and given to me in a side container). It wasn't as cool as Moe's where they have different types of hot sauces at the hot sauce bar but they did have a tons of bottles of Cholula Hot Sauce, Green Tabasco, Chipotle and regular Tabasco bottles to spice up your meal. read more

This is THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER, don't even bother with this place. I've been 3 times on different occasions whether it was busy or slow. Please don't waste your money here, go next door and grab a sandwich, or even go to a gas station and get a week old egg salad sandwich. I'm very surprised corporate hasn't stepped in yet, this place is a mess, literally and figuratively. Awful service, had a to go order and the lid wasn't even properly sealed, aftermath is food spilling all out before I even go into my car.

We ordered pick up through their app. When we got there, we checked if everything we ordered was in there. We had to ask for the proper size for the chips and guacamole. We had to ask for the queso. We had to ask for the regular fountain drink. When we arrive back home, we checked our food. All the circled in the receipt were missing. I had to drive back to Chipotle because this is just terrible which took me 30 mins to drive back. If we didn't check our pick up order in the first place, our whole order will not be complete. Not all Chipotle's are the same: This one has poor food quality. Rice under cooked, salsa sour and way too salty. Add to it, your online order will most definitely be missing something. I have a kid who loves this place and sometimes we need a quick eat. I'm down for Chipotle's anywhere else in the country, but this one seems to keep letting me down.
