This was our first time stopping by The Belle for a little morning pick me up and we were super happy with it. First, because it's located in Lionshead it is a lot calmer than the coffee spots in Vail Village proper so grabbing coffee was a total breeze even in the morning prime hours. The service was quick and the vibes were cheery and bright. Their matcha lattes are shockingly good - they're lightly sweetened and the matcha is likely pre-mixed for iced lattes but I'm a big fan because it means the matcha is evenly mixed rather than just settling at the bottom. The cold brew was bright and fresh, and our friends who got bloody marys were also very happy - especially since you can take the cocktails to go. read more

I got an iced caramel macchiato with 2% milk. The coffee was good, and I actually ended up coming back and getting the same thing three days in a row (mostly because the location was really convenient). The food options look great but I didn't get any bc those prices were high! Similarly, my main complaint for the coffee is that they felt a little pricey for the amount you get, and there was usually a bit of a wait. This is one of my go-to breakfast spots in Lionshead. It's quick and easy to grab a yummy bite to eat. They also have alcoholic drinks. The staff is always super friendly and speedy. And the ambiance is great too- lots of skiers grabbing their morning coffee. I usually get the raspberry croissant which is super yummy and sweet. Super friendly staff. There seemed to be too many good choices so the cashier helped me decide on the blueberry scone and she recommended to heat it up. Wow it was delicious! Most of the scones I've had are harder. This one was softer with a lot of blueberries. It was just the right amount of sweet. I also got a mocha which was also really good. Got croissant and coffee this morning. Croissant was nice, coffee tasted bad, told lady at counter who didn't seem bothered with it and didn't seem interested in addressing this concern. If they charge $8 for coffee then need to at least provide decent coffee. Won't bother again with this place. read more

It took three visits over three different days for them to have cold brew. Was unclear if they were not making every day or if it's only at certain hours since the times I requested ranged from 10 mins after opening to an hour before the closed. Cute little shop and staff is friendly. Once I was finally able to purchase the cold brew it was smooth, not sweet and worth the money. read more

The coffee is just automatic machine coffee it's not anything great. it taste like something you'd get in the airport or a hotel lobby.

Nice workers but definitely had communication issues. Asked for a large decaf drip coffee with cream which they said they had. Was a little surprised for $10 drip coffee but assumed it was the going rate in this area. Proceeded to make me a latte and then seemed so confused when I told them I can't drink all that dairy. Honestly, take your money somewhere else. The pastries may look appetizing, but don't let looks fool you. I had gotten a raspberry filled croissant for myself, a donut for my daughter, and a banana nut bread for my husband. My family and I are big pastry enthusiasts, so when we saw this local cafe we jumped with joy to try what looked like, fresh homemade pastries. My croissant had a tough chew to it, my daughters donut was stale, and the banana nut was very dry. Honestly, such a disappointment! The staff were very friendly, but thats about it.
