So the response doesn't even appear to be addressing the situation the customer described. A business owner doesn't have to agree with every negative review, but dismissing the customer's account, assuming the problem was on their end, and ending with 'Hope you enjoyed your Aspen visit' is hardly an example of customer service. For a business that depends heavily on visitors and tourists, this is not a particularly welcoming message."

Both were so incredibly delicious! My husband ordered the Superhero Burrito for breakfast and he said it was good and filling. I did not have any issues with any of the staff that I encountered. Everyone was helpful and very kind. You order at the counter and choose your own seating with plenty of indoor and outdoor bistro style seating with beautiful views of the mountains from inside or outside! They bring your food directly to your table when ready. The only down side was the price, but that is to be expected in Aspen, especially with specialty ingredients to accommodate organic, fresh, and vegan. They do have beverages and some Mediterranean options, oddly enough, but then again, it's a wacky wheeled kitchen of sorts, so they can provide whatever kind of medley of eats they so desire.
