Rye beers is a type of beer that I don't come across very often and when I finally do it's a refreshing experience as is the case with this Rye beer. Flavor features to find with this beer are honey, a natural sweetness and rye. The beer is light bodied and has a smooth body to it. A nice change of pace from what you typically come across with beer selections.

The restaurant was poppin' - almost every table was taken, but we were offered bar seating and we gladly accepted. After purusing through the menu I decided that we should try a variety of items including a side of Brussels sprouts, Bowl of Bison Chili, and a Fig and Arugula Pizza. Service was quick and we got all our items in a pretty timely manner. The pizza had a really great crust the dough had a nice bounce to it. I think for me they were a tad overly generous with the balsamic vinegar glaze which made the pizza quite salty. I would definitely order a pizza again but perhaps the Margherita or the Carnivore. The bison chili was a good standard bowl and the brussel sprouts while crispy was also very salty - I think it was definitely over dressed, but maybe since the majority of patrons were drinkin the salty foods would pair well. Seems like a fun place to hang out, but for me I'd probably pick anything that doesn't have glaze or soy sauce.

I had a fried chicken sandwich with their special fries which had a sort of curry sauce for them. The fries were good, I'd get them again, but I didn't think there was much about the sauce that would make me say "I need to have those fries asap" but they were good. The chicken breast was big and juicy with a crunchy coating but I think the oil was a bit too hot as it had a very slightly burned taste. I'd think about going back and ordering something else.

His explanation was "that's our tab, if you decide you want another, bring the card up." We tried to explain that we didn't want another. We were only having one & we'd like to pay. He told us to hold on to the card & pay after we were done. We went out back to the permanent food truck and ordered Kels kryptonite, the pretzel & a chicken & Belgian waffle w/ hot honey. It took about 20min. While we waited, we sipped our beer and flipped these cards over looking for clues... then we took to Google... then we spied on other people.
