We went to Bagelbop bright and early on Friday. It is a small take-away stand located in Pike place market. There was no line so we were served immediately. I ordered an everything bagel with egg, bacon and cheese; it came out very hot and the bagel itself was large. My husband ordered a bagel with lox. I found Bagelbop a bit expensive (around $40 for two bagels), but it may be due to their location.

The service was quick and easy. Staff were very nice. I will say this wasn't my favorite, the cheese was not yummy and the side of tots were not good, but the bagel itself was. However, for a quick easy breakfast it did the job. This is located inside the market and has standing bar tops available first come first serve to eat at.

The bagels and cream cheese here are very good. The problem is they frequently run out of items. You just have to check the whiteboard to see what's available at that time. Prices are higher than what you might expect, but remember that this is Pike Place Market.

Considering that this place didn't have many Yelp reviews, I would've assumed this spot is really easy to miss and could be considered a tourist trap since its at the beginning of Pike Place. Walked by it twice before considering trying the place, and definitely do not regret trying it! The lady that took my order was really nice and seemed like she was a one stop shop. She was efficient and really nice. There are many items on the menu that looked inciting and creative. I opted of the Bulgogi bagel. It didn't take all that long to get (5-7 mins) and it came out hot and thick! The lady even gave me extra tater tots just for waiting. There is also standing tables that peer into the bottom floor of Pike Place right next to the bagel shop which was convenient to have. Overall, this place needs more hype than it has already!

The bagel sandwich we got was great. The bagel was well cooked - not dense or anything but also not too massive or inflated and overly-filling. We got the jalapeno cheddar bagel and it was delicious. The cheddar on the outside especially was great. I forget the flavor of the creme cheese we got but was tasty too. I would totally get it again. I would just say the price was not cheap. Like not at all cheap, nearly $20 for what is really just a breakfast sandwich. That is rather exorbitant. It's a great sandwich and I'm happy to pay a premium, but that's a hefty price point.

An Asian American owned bagel stand in Pike Market with the sweetest owners. We ordered Seattle's Best ELT (egg, lox, tomato) on an everything bagel and loved it! They make it fresh and pay so much attention to detail.

Wouldn't know just walking past but this little shop has many flavors or bagels and cream cheeses. She was very efficient and friendly. I am always looking for great bagel places. Husband got the cheddar bacon with creamy jalapeños cream cheese, those flavors went so well together and didn't compete. I got the French toast bagel with cinnamon vanilla cream cheese. The bagels were toasted perfectly. There is a little space between bagel bop and daily dozen donuts to eat your bagels.

Loved my breakfast bagel at BaegleBop! Quick, clean, and very tasty. The bagel was soft and felt fresh, though a bit small. Service was very friendly, and I definitely want to try something else next time!

Enjoying breakfast bagel sandwich at the counter right next to the Bagelbop stand.

Had a tasty and HUUUUUGE breakfast bagel sandwich. The jalapeno cheese bagel was excellent, as was the bacon they used. It may seem a little pricey, but you really get what you pay for -- the average person could probably split this with someone else and still feel satisfied. There's a little alcove right next to the stand with a window counter, where you can do some people-watching while you enjoy your food. Service was cheerful. Great choice if you're looking for a hearty breakfast!

Food was great and quick if you want a quick breakfast. I stayed near the pike place market in Seattle and it was super convenient for it being so near! Overall it was a tasty bagel with a fried egg and your choice of meat. Definitely recommend!

I was in pike place around 11 AM on a Saturday, and was looking for a bite to eat. I walked passed Bagelbop and I saw no line at all, so I figured, this sounds good! Their display has bagel dogs, and that seemed like a decent lunch, so I ordered one to go. They come with cream cheese and mustard for the side, and warmed up in the oven. It was quite good! I didn't end up eating it with the mustard, but the cream cheese was a nice addition though not necessary. When I come back, I'd definitely be interested in trying one of their more traditional bagel sandwiches! There is a small eating area where you can stand and eat with a ledge for a table right next to the stand, but it was quite full when I was there, so I chose to walk with it, and the dog was very easy to eat on the go.

Delicious and really sweet owners. Easy to run in the market and grab it before it gets too busy.

Located in the very busy and very touristy Pike Place Market, we had passed this place numerous times, but there was always a really long line, so we never got to try it, till now....when we showed up early enough on a weekday morning before the market got busy. When we got here at around 9am, there was no one around, so there was no long line, no long wait....yay! We were really excited to finally get to try the bagels here as we had always wondered what the long lines were all about. So, when we first approached BagelBop, we found out how super nice the ladies behind the counter were....so friendly, so helpful, and so pleasant to talk to. My wife always prefers her bagels simple with veggie and/or cream cheese...so she went ahead and ordered the Garlic Bagel with Veggies and cream cheese. I, on the other hand, like to try something a bit more special, and noticed their "Seattle's Best" ELT (Egg, Lox, and Tomato)....so I went ahead and ordered the Garlic Mozzarella ELT. Oh wow! This is one of the best bagels I have ever tasted! All the ingredients were so fresh and it all worked so well together to make for one very yummy bagel sandwich! I particularly enjoyed the garlic mozzarella bagel very much too.....it tasted so freshly baked and prepared, had a perfect chew to it, and had very good added flavor from the baked garlic and cheese on top.....so YUMMY! Needless to say, the sandwich didn't last too long outside of my tummy, and when done, I was seriously so tempted to go for another!....I almost forgot about my diet, so decided we'd come back another day :) This was a seriously good bagel sandwich.....will definitely be back again at our next visit.

My note should have inspired some reflection with the business model but it didn't. Your level of greed was insane and that is not forgiven here. It's sad because I actually supported the business when it opened but quickly had to end my dealings due to the high level of greed. The bagel itself was smaller than a typical bagel and had some kippers and cooked (not smoked) salmon in the center. The bagel was chewy but lacked any crispiness on the outside. The chocolate chip cookie was actually pretty good. Not great, but good enough. Note about the service: I walked up to the counter to order and asked if they would bring it out--the person i ordered from said yes--so I tipped accordingly. I took a seat in the main seating area on the patio and poured myself a glass of water from the self service station. After around 20 minutes of waiting and looking inside to see if anyone was coming out i walked in and asked one of the people preparing bagels if someone was going to bring my order out and he looked confused, pointing to a row of bags on the counter, one of which was my order. Now, I tip generously for service, but more often than not i don't tip when I order and pick up my own food at a counter. Again, I felt a bit scammed. However, they do work very well for the sandwiches. The everything bagel is absolutely loaded with seasoning, and has an incredible saltiness (I'm a salty man, so this is a good thing). I feel as though this elevates the eggs to a new level. I was immediately drawn to a pastrami breakfast sandwich, because it's a top tier meat. This will feel more like you're eating thin roast beef because of the color, but it's still pretty good. I do think that this sandwich needs some acidity to balance out all of the fat, so grab some hot sauce at the counter. Overall this was a great sandwich, and I would get it again. That being said, I feel like the bagels are lacking due to a fault in a core ingredient. They all come with potatoes, and I think that they're either boiled or not quite roasted enough. Having to deal with undercooked potatoes dispersed throughout a mondo burrito is a battle that I'm unwilling to wage - but people seem to love 'em.
