They are located inside pike place market and has a small standing eating area next to the bagel place ...or you can wander the market while eating your bagel. Came here New Years Eve morning, which was a Wednesday, around 10am. Located inside Pike Place Market. There seemed to be a steady stream of people ordering here but the line was never more than 3 deep at any point. One lady taking orders and making food. She was friendly and efficient. The Egg, Lox, Tomato (ELT) on a sesame bagel was delicious and hit the spot. There is a small area to the left to stand & eat that is a shared space for all vendors. Grabbed some bagels here while checking out the market. I got sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bagel, and it came out super, super hot. While tasty and filling, I was a bit disappointed the bagels here aren't house-made. Across the bagel, sausage, egg, and slice of Kraft American cheese, it felt like nothing I was served was actually fresh/cooked by Bagelbop; instead, my food was just assembled using pre-made/store-bought items, and we had to wait 15+ minutes for our order to be ready. The jalapeno cheddar bagel (along with a few other varieties) also comes at a $2 premium. Not terrific value for money, but the bagel itself was hearty. read more

Considering that this place didn't have many Yelp reviews, I would've assumed this spot is really easy to miss and could be considered a tourist trap since its at the beginning of Pike Place. Walked by it twice before considering trying the place, and definitely do not regret trying it! The lady that took my order was really nice and seemed like she was a one stop shop. She was efficient and really nice. There are many items on the menu that looked inciting and creative. I opted of the Bulgogi bagel. It didn't take all that long to get (5-7 mins) and it came out hot and thick! The lady even gave me extra tater tots just for waiting. There is also standing tables that peer into the bottom floor of Pike Place right next to the bagel shop which was convenient to have. The bagel sandwich we got was great. The bagel was well cooked - not dense or anything but also not too massive or inflated and overly-filling. We got the jalapeno cheddar bagel and it was delicious. The cheddar on the outside especially was great. I forget the flavor of the creme cheese we got but was tasty too. I would totally get it again. I would just say the price was not cheap. The cheddar cheese bagels were the biggest in size they had and it tasted amazing!! She put 2 over hard eggs in there and it tasted so delicious. The pesto cream cheese was alright in my opinion. It was an orangey color vs green, which is what I thought it would be. That was a little interesting in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered the egg, lox and tomato bagel on an everything bagel and he devoured the entire thing. It was his first time trying lox and he couldn't say enough good things about it. He's still talking about it now, hours after we've eaten! It definitely is a bit on the pricier side, especially for just 2 bagels. We spent astound $38 for these 2. There are definitely cheaper options, but it's in a touristy area so they definitely increased the pricing. Their display has bagel dogs, and that seemed like a decent lunch, so I ordered one to go. They come with cream cheese and mustard for the side, and warmed up in the oven. It was quite good! I didn't end up eating it with the mustard, but the cream cheese was a nice addition though not necessary. When I come back, I'd definitely be interested in trying one of their more traditional bagel sandwiches! Located in the very busy and very touristy Pike Place Market, we had passed this place numerous times, but there was always a really long line, so we never got to try it, till now....when we showed up early enough on a weekday morning before the market got busy. I, on the other hand, like to try something a bit more special, and noticed their "Seattle's Best" ELT (Egg, Lox, and Tomato)....so I went ahead and ordered the Garlic Mozzarella ELT. Oh wow! This is one of the best bagels I have ever tasted! All the ingredients were so fresh and it all worked so well together to make for one very yummy bagel sandwich! I particularly enjoyed the garlic mozzarella bagel very much too.....it tasted so freshly baked and prepared, had a perfect chew to it, and had very good added flavor from the baked garlic and cheese on top.....so YUMMY! It's not usually open when I go, and it's also expensive (best to know that first thing!), but it honestly was one of the BEST bagels I've had in Seattle thus far! The inside had the perfect chew to it, and the sesame flavor on mine was strong and delicious. There could have been a bit more crust on the outside for my liking, but overall, a really solid bagel. The cream cheese was tangy and the veggies fresh! The place was being run by just one woman, who was very sweet. Loved this place! I went here with my girlfriend on our trip to seattle. I had a huge craving for Lox and wanted a good bagel too. It's a cute little shop at Pike Place, and I wish I took more photos of our food. But we got the salmon lox, blueberry bagel with cream cheese, and their everything bagel hot dog with mayo/mustard sauce. The Salmon Lox had such freshness to the salmon (good quality) and the flavors of the onions and capers made it for a great lox sandwich. That salty and sweet combo from the little bit of cream cheese is heaven. All such good food and the woman running the stand was the sweetest soul. Works hard and runs the stand by herself to give customers a good bite to eat. Love this stand and if i'm ever in town and want a little salmon lox.
