I'm very disappointed with this place. I had went yesterday to order bagels for our family breakfast. 2 dozens with their specialty cream cheeses. Which I paid when I ordered them. When I went to pick them up they had messed up my order. I got the bagels but because they were busy the sold all the cream cheeses I had ordered. So wat was the point of ordering ahead. I don't think I appreciated the first time I was there, but it since has grown on me tremendously. The service staff is great, and the menu is extensive (salads, bagel pizzas, sandwhiches, coffees, smoothies, etc.) Your best bet is to pick out a bagel and cream cheese and ask for it toasted. This is the best place for a bagel in Orange. The breakfasts are pretty good as well. My favorites are the chocolate chip and the cheese bagels. I'm also a big fan of the plain. It has gone down hill fast. Been going here for years now, I hope someone important reads this. The last few months have been bad. Still great cook, but drink comes about 10 minutes after your bagel, If you are lucky. some staff just looks at you like you are bugging them. I ordered chicken tenders with cottage fries..I understood it might take a while for that. I'm waiting than 20-25 min pass and the cashier comes up and says it gonna be 5 min longer because they made regular fries instead of cottage I say that's fine and wait that . Not until alittle more than ten min does my food come up. I look at the BBQ I paid an extra 46 cents for and it was barely even half filled. This made me upset because not Only have I been here before and They have charged me for tapatio packets (10 cents ea.) water (for 10cents) and mind you only the older woman with black hair normally does this. This same lady is the I was talking to regarding my BBQ sauce asked me to tell her what the problem was and I clearly said my BBQ sauce was not filled I don't understand why I waited 30 min and nothing was right. than she cut me off and said 15 min it was only 15 min tell me what the problem is she kept repeating that for some reason and she gave me the BBQ sauce and said there nothing she can do. At the end of this just a simple sorry would have done everything but everything I come to THIS SPECIFIC BAGEL ME something has to disappoint me and just makes me never want to go back. This bagel shop has a little bit of everything. My all time favorite bagel is jalapeno cheddar with jalapeno onion cream cheese! I also love the strawberry shmear. They have really good chicken tenders and fries as well with the creamiest ranch :) you must try the super c oj! It is so creamy and sweet. The patio is my favorite place to sit when I dine here. Bagel prices I would say are fair, the amount of cream cheese and service is piss poor. Not only was the bagel more burnt than anything, Their staff (two ladies) obviously don't know how their own minimum charge works. Two of my class mates used their debit at $4.3 while I get ran around the BS $5 dollar minimum. I have visited Bagel Me a few times before I waited in line to get a rare beer over at Bruery Provisions. I have ordered the breakfast sandwich bagel with eggs, cheese, sausage and it was really good. I have also had the cheese and onion bagel with cream cheese and that was equally as good. I actually wish there was a local a lot closer to me as my only option is Noah's Bagels and I like Bagel Me even more than them. The service is speedy and the employees are courteous. They also have some outside seating with a perfect few of the traffic circle area which makes it a nice spot to just sit down and relax. read more

When I came in, i realized they were 20 minutes from closing. At first I was so confused because the bagels were self served and there was a mini fridge next to it that had some cream cheeses. I wasn't sure how the process worked, so I literally stayed staring at everything and wondering how the order/purchase process worked. There menu looked so delicious, but I was looking more for their vegan and soy free or dairy and gluten free options. Because I felt so pressed for time? I just grabbed to bagels and one cream cheese from the mini fridge. The lady rang me up and waited for me to pull up my $1 off and told me that they had other options behind the counter for cream cheeses. She got me a fluffy, plain cream cheese, and told me that it was just made. Like I said, she was helpful, towards the end. And when my boyfriend and I finally tried it, we instantly fell in love and wanted to go back for more, but they were already closed at that point. It's safe to say I will be back in the near future as I work in the area, and this time I will look more into their Vegan Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, and Gluten Free options :) read more
