After a long shift, j crave juice and sometimes even a burrito. Their juice is great and love how they also have a variety of food available at such an early time. Fresh juice! The sandwiches here are amazing. For $14 you get a stack of fresh steak. There's an open salsa bar as well which has a variety of choices with jalapeños and lime too. They prepare your food super quickly and everyone is super friendly here. Definitely come check it out. read more

Found this new place in Santa Ana and am excited to come back everytime. If you're craving vibrant, flavorful Mexican food with a side of fresh-squeezed juice or a refreshing smoothie, this is the place to go. This place offers a solid menu of Mexican street food staples such as tortas (10 of them which can serve 10-12 people with red and green yummy salsa), egg burritos, and breakfast plates such as chilaquiles and huevos a la mexicana (3 scrambled eggs with tomatos, onions, cilantro, beans, and some corn tortillas on the side). Tasty but a bit salty at times. I am a sucker for aqua frescas and my go to is always the Agua de Orange (taste refreshing and like Orange Juilus) and Agua de Pina (best tasting pineapple juice). They also offer smoothies as well but I still haven't had a chance to try it as I am always full from their breakfast burritos and agua frescas. Overall good service and vibe. This vibe is fast-casual and laid-back. Wait times can vary depending on how busy it is, but staff are usually friendly and efficient. My friend brought me to my very first time at Cancun Juice. Walking in, it is a very open, bright atmosphere that does not feel crowded. I ordered the carne asada burrito and it is definitely one of the best burritos I have had in my life, if not the best. There is self serve salsa and grilled peppers which add to it. My family goes here quite a bit as it is convenient for us and everything tastes fresh and good. The smoothies are good but expensive and they add sugar unless you tell them not to, which is a shame as I don't think most people realize when they order a fruit smoothie they are getting processed sugar as well. Today I had a very disappointing experience and I will not order from the store anymore. On occasion I will call an order in for pick up and I just don't have good experiences with their service for mobile orders. I have been told food would be ready in 15 mins and Ive had to wait 45.... I have never complained, but today was extra. I ordered my food online. I paid with my credit card online- including security code, zip code.... All of it. I ordered 45 mins before I got there because I know they can be slow and I had to get to work. When I arrived my food was ready and sitting in a bag, already paid for at the pick up counter. There were numerous staff - at least 6 or 7 that I could easily see, but only one girl working cash register. There was a line of 10 people that were trying to order food. Do you think they had a system for folks who already ordered and paid? Nope- they wanted me to wait in a 20 minute line of people who were ordering food so that I could pick up the food I had already paid for. When I told her I already paid and that the line was very long, she begrudgingly got me my food (literally sitting ready to go in a bag) and she told me, next time I needed to wait in the line. I assured her there would not be a next time. Then she told me I needed to sign the receipt, which I know is not needed by the credit card company. If you don't have the bandwidth to handle mobile orders, then don't accept them, but don't accept mobile orders and PAYMENT, and then make the person stand in a 10 person line to pick up food they already paid for. read more

I always come here but as of recently I've been extremely disappointed. I'm not sure if it's due to the new staff. I always order my food online so by the time I go on my lunch it's ready to go. The previous occasions that I've been going my food has been late but I've been letting it slide since it's 3-5 minutes but the last time I went was unacceptable. I did my online order and put 11:10am as the time to pick up. I ended up receiving my food after 11:30am. Since they've been doing this for a while I just decided to ask for a refund since my food wasn't even in the process of being made and I was on a timed lunch. The girl in the front told me to just wait a moment and went up to the guy making the food. I heard her ask him how much longer and he replied "just tell her like 2 minutes". She came back and told me what he had said and I asked for a refund again and she just said to wait a moment again and then started taking other customers on the other register. I love the juice and food here! My favorite juices are the Popeye and fiborous max! I love fresh juice and it feels great to have a pick me up fill of vitamins. Came with a couple coworkers during lunch break at around 11:15 am and there was no line with a few people eating inside. Ordered the chicken torta and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The chicken torta tasted fresh and healthy. I believe they use chicken breast meat which they don't cut into smaller pieces, making the torta more intact and less messy. The chicken was surprisingly very juicy and seasoned just right in my opinion. Inside the torta had melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, beans, and chipotle mayo. I believe there's also avocado cream but it wasn't noticeable. Adding avocado is extra charge. They have a nice salsa bar that has red salsa (spiciest), green salsa (not spicy), limes, and chili peppers (Serranos I believe). The peppers are my favorite as they are not too spicy but complement the torta very nicely. Not a fan of the green salsa as it seems to taste different from the typical green salsa that we all know. I'm not an expert, but it seemed like it had mostly tomatillos and very little cilantro and green chili which gave it a strong tomatillo flavor that was overall unbalanced. Found that a bit disappointing since the red salsa is way more spicy, for my tasting, which made me not use much of the salsas. Overall, I recommend trying them out as they have good selection of Mexican food with seemingly healthy options. Peeked at the juice bar inside the kitchen which I noticed has plenty of fresh and healthy ingredients. Maybe next time I'll try one of their juices. 8.2/10 read more

Needed a late night easy bite, so we stumbled into this place for the first time. The location was clean and inviting. Great service as well, everyone was very pleasant and friendly even right before closing. Chorizo Huarache - I really liked the chorizo flavor. Visually appetizing and large enough to share. Tacos - were very simple with cilantro and onions. My asada taco had a lot of flavor but the chicken was a little dry. Luckily the salsa helped. Both salsas were very flavorful and paired well with all the food! We decided to also get the "Cancun Juice". It was a nice drink, just a little tart. I would have liked it to be a little colder, but all in all it was good. We will definitely be back to try more food and drinks! read more

This is a review for the one meal I recently ordered as take out. I plan to update the review as I do plan to give this restaurant another try. I am hoping, too, the food is better fresh. As this review is based on a 'to-go' order. I ordered the chicken taquitos and my mom ordered the steak quesadillas for us to share. My chicken taquitos were disappointing for multiple reasons. The main reason: the chicken was incredibly dry. It was tasteless and difficult to swallow. The shredded lettuce on top was doused in sauce but I guess that was necessary because it made the chicken manageable. I tried my mom's steak quesadillas and those, too, were also sub-par. The tortilla was cut into four slices but the two edge slices had basically no meat. However, once I bit into the steak I was almost thankful there were steak less slices. The meat had a strange flavor and was super chewy. Almost like all the beef pieces were got was the fat. Just because I love Mexican cuisine and because this location is super convenient, I may give this restaurant another chance. Not to mention my husband ordered a sandwich and his looked much better than our dishes and he said it was really good! Next time! read more

This is the place to go for some delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. Plus, their mango juice is so good, you'll want to drink it by the gallon! I'll start of by saying, I've been coming to this location for the last 2 years and I love the food and haven't had any complaints up until now. The last 2 days I've called the store and the phones were turned off intentionally, which I assume is so the closing shift is trying to deter people from coming in and today, one of our smoothies tasted nothing like it normally does and clearly is missing one or two ingredients, again I'm assuming it was negligence due to the staff not wanting to work close to closing time. I've seen a huge decline as of recent and me and my partner feel far from welcome if it's late. Store hours are store hours, I spend my hard earned money and expect a consistent product and decent customer service. Management needs to address this before you lose a houseful of loyal customers. read more

I really hope the manager sees this review and sends it up the corporate latter. Juice is not suppose to be all chunky and foamy. I wish they strained it or used an actual juicer that gives you just the juice and not all of this junk.
