Nothing was adjusted on our bill and we were simply left at the same table. Sure enough, when I stood up later to go to the ladies room, my heel went into the grate AGAIN. This time I lost my balance and nearly fell. Thankfully, I caught myself. The first time was an accident. The second time was frustrating because they already knew exactly what had happened and how easily a heel could get caught there. Moving us to another table would have prevented it. The manager was kind and empathetic, and I want to be fair about that. My disappointment is with how the situation was handled after the problem was known. Both were absolutely delicious. The ragù tasted like something straight out of Bologna, Italy. The fennel sausage and pickled cherry peppers combined to provide a sweet and spicy, rich and savory combination that made me devour it. The staff, especially Maria, were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The dining area is in a warehouse like atmosphere with an outdoor area reminiscent of a microbrewery, perfect for groups or families. This is one of our favorite pizzas so far.
