    Farmhouse breakfast sandwich

Saw a ad on fb and surprisingly found one in my city. It's inside of Chapman university. Had to wait a good 10 minute for my order but understandable as they were busy in the morning. I got the farmhouse breakfast sandwich. It was amazing. Def wanna come back and try other food items.

There is usually an unnecessarily long line at this Einstein's because it's on a college campus. It's nearly impossible to get to unless you're a Chapman University student. There is a parking garage that fills up really quickly and you'll have to pay for a guest parking permit. The closest street is a few blocks away and without understanding which building it's in, it's hard to find. The staff is usually friendly, but I'm often there when they're training new people which makes the line go very slowly. I recommend the bacon, egg white, tomato, and avocado sandwich. It's $4.99 and most of the other sandwiches are in the $6-8 range. The coffee here is terrible. I once got a cold brew that had tons of coffee grounds in it. Their lattes always tastes burnt. The regular coffee is cheap and tolerable, but I highly recommend just getting coffee from two buildings over if you need coffee. This place isn't terrible if you're a student and need to grab a warm snack between classes (depending on how long the line is), but I don't recommend it if you're not already on campus.

Long nights with the Pizza Bagel???

Got the pizza bagel here so you didn't have to. Can't say it's the worst thing but it's essentially like going to a sushi place to buy pizza. Stick to buying just regular began and don't get too exotic with your choices. Now that being said, I have some pros and cons if you still wish to buy one. I got this when I was hungry, so anything at this point taste good. Now I didn't actually buy it but my friend gave it to me. It taste better hot (for sure) and I mean u get exactly what you had in mind: tomato sauce and cheese. But the ratio is definitely questionable. Too much cheese and too little sauce. But also like if you really want pizza, guys we have three places not too far from campus. Go to Blaze, Pizza Press or Zito's instead. Hell even the cafe! Better quality and choices of topping. I get that maybe time might be an issue but like I said, do you go to a sushi place to buy pizza. BECAUSE IF YOU DO, I THINK WE NEED TO TALK. With all that being said, it wasn't actually that bad but like I said, I was starving. If you on the fence about getting this, you probably don't want it. Buy something else...like the smoked salmon and cream cheese. THAT IS BOMB!

Nice addition to Chapman's Argyros Forum, aka Student Union. I am not a fan of bagels in general, but this place usually does not have a line and you can grab a quick coffee. The customer service is superb. It is located in the lobby of the newly remodeled Argyros Forum, on the other side of Jamba Juice. Bagels are AOK!

I am sad that their hours say open but they are closed. They are closed for the summer. I'll try them again in August or September.

The place was bumping but we were able to get a table for 3 in a few minutes. I have been here a few times before and would rate it top 5 of my breakfast destinations. The service here is excellent and courteous. Both my step dad and I got Flappys favorite route 66 skillets which was ham, bacon, sausage, onions, bell peppers with two types of cheese on layer of hashbrowns and I got mine with a side of 2 pancakes while he got toast instead. My mom got the Jacks breakfast. We all ordered coffee and water to drink and the servers were prompt with refills. I love the variety of the menu. There are pancakes, waffles, french toast if you like something sweet. They also do lunch with burgers, salads, and sandwiches. I personally love breakfast more. Highly recommend.

And it isn't omlettes or benedicts or even just two or three egg combos. It's skillets or hashes. I could have either and probably be okay, I said. She then asked me if I could make anything into a skillet or hash, And I reckon the answer is yes. Anything would be improved by making it into a skillet or hash. Case in point, I've had many two egg breakfasts with corned beef hash as the protein option. But you stick that same CBH on a skillet full of hash browns and eggs along with some Swiss cheese? Instantly better. The Chicago Skillet was both an experience and a delight that I did not expect. Usually I like a bit more veggies in my skillet. A bit of tomatoes, peppers, and onions goes a long way. But here every bite just needed that CBH and Swiss to send a delightful message from my mouth. The service was excellent. The server was on the ball and on my table with refills and requests like water and napkins really quickly. The amount of times I had to call him over for coffee was non-existent. Any time I wanted coffee, he was right there without being asked. The ambiance was good too. There was so much space and it had a good mix of tables and booths, as well as two wings. I felt relaxed and comfortable here, and that's all you want from a breakfast joint. You just somewhere nice to bliss out from your favorite skillets. I remember Toby at a later date asking me if I'd ever had the perfect hash or skillet. The Market of The Gods' Mountain Man Hash is the one I always point out. But I appreciate when places like Flappy Jacks dedicate an entire section of eight or nine examples to show you their commitment to the style of breakfast. I reckon that's what makes this the place with the best selection of them for sure. That makes them an Ace in my book.

This place did as well but I recommend checking in on yelp, it helped me once I got there I waited like 5 minutes or less and was seated Didn't take pictures of the food due to just wanting to eat rite away I got a side of bacon eggs and sourdough toast with some pancakes and hash browns We also got a plate of sausages with eggs and pancakes Everything was great from the hospitality to the food I would definitely come back here And I can't complain but man was that HELLA pancakes like overwhelming a huge amount of pancakes there was 4 of us so pretty much everyone got a stack of 3 and we didn't know how to chow that down. But again can't complain Bacon was nice and thick but still crispy Eggs where perfectly scrambled and great taste with some cheese on top The hash browns are amazing literally a full circle plate with those nice crispy cheesy tasting hash browns that I'd definitely come back for Overall I would highly recommend this place, I'll come back next time we're in town
