Overall, a decent BEC. I ordered a Long Island staple. BEC. If you know...you know... I especially liked how the bacon was wrapped around the egg/cheese and just a "layer" on the sandwich like other places. The texture aspect was great due to this. The bagel was nice and fresh. I did ask for the bagel to be toasted...it had a very slight toast...and more of a toast was definitely needed. I also ordered a side of home fries. They had a good amount of flavor and seasoning. Bagels are very good, but not great. a little bit fluffy compared to a classic NY Bagel, but they come close. Staff is friendly and efficient. However they can get overwhelmed on a Saturday morning rush. Bagel and Cream cheese prices are around half of what they charge at Bagel Boss, where I used to be a regular. If I could recommend a Bagel place, this is the one to come to. Every single one of their staff is over-the-top friendly. They make you feel so important and willing to get you whatever you want, and it's QUICK. Their customer service was the first thing that stuck out to me when I started coming here. On top of the service they provide, the food is always delicious - and they give you SO much of it for such a decent price. If you come here for breakfast or lunch, they have a decent selection from breakfast to salads to wraps to paninis or even sides. Don't order Uber Eats from this place. They can't even read a simple order and the food is not tasty and not fresh. I order hash brown and omg it tasted a day old or even more like refrigerated and then heated up. I ordered a BLT bagel with a chicken cutlet. The chicken cutlet for an extra 3 dollar it was not fresh nor seasoned well. The tomato and lettuce were old. Who enjoyed old bitter tasting lettuce and old mushy tomato. I sure don't smh. I had 5 items ordered and only received 4. I ordered a side of bacon cause my daughter only eats bacon for a breakfast choice and never recieved it. Yes I'll get back my refund for the bacon but that's not the point. I had to pick out my bacon from my sandwich l. In a market saturated with bagel stores this place is below average. The bacon egg and cheese was decent but the bagel itself was very dry maybe even stale. Aside from the average food two things stood out. The nasty barking attitude from the older man/owner type character who I was afraid to order from in fear of being yelled at and the blasting rap music at 8:30am. If they just turn the lights down a little it could be a night club. I watched another guy walk in and look up at the ceiling wondering what the hell was going on. I tried with this place, service is so slow, and they never change their gloves, they handle money and register with the gloves on from previous customer and then use them to handle your food, they have a tantrum when kindly ask them to change their gloves. This is got to be one of the nicest places ever came for A two week visit and we had the most wonderful time there best food I have ate on vacation in a long time!! Salad I had was absolutely fabulous our whole meal was delicious everything was perfect the staff so welcoming and sincere and very helpful. New to the neighborhood. Was referred over here by my sister in law, she said they were great. The first time we went there it was ok. I figured give them 1 more chance. I ordered a rainbow bagel and plain bagel for the kids. Of course the man behind the counter heard cinnamon raisin (because that sounds almost the same as rainbow). My egg sandwich had a weird after taste and I found a few mushrooms in it. Which is weird because I didn't ask for those. Also when I ordered my wife sandwich I said fried eggs over hard and bacon on dry rye. He then asked me "so not juice in the eggs". Never heard that before. The woman then asked him if the rye bread was toasted. He said no. I said yes it is. He said you said dry. I said that means no butter. This place is a disaster. I will never eat here ever again. Bagel buzz has good prices and great egg sandwiches! The egg sandwich comes with an iced tea that's delicious or a coffee and even when ordering a large order they will make and label each coffee as requested. (From what I have seen most places just send black coffees for large orders so this is a nice extra.) The bagels are great not the best I have had but they are very good. read more

This is a solid bagel joint and has been a town staple for many years. While not the best in town anymore (since the return of a particular establishment that was destroyed by a speeding sports car), the bagels are still very good. Will not be going back here. Went in on a Sunday morning and found multiple employees with no masks on or pulled down below their nose's & mouths. Also noticed while I was waiting for my sandwiches that they never change their gloves, I watched multiple employees handling money at the register then go prepare food without changing gloves, what's the point?!?. why not have one person at the register to avoid this? A colleague bought me lunch today, I ordered a salad. There were green peppers in there that I didnt ask for. The cherry tomatoes were cut in half, some of them were rotten, and tasted rotten!
