They are always trying creative stuff here - just check their social media pages. French toast croissant BEC - check. But what I came for was the once viral chopped cream cheese. The only place I knew that did it was in Nassau and I couldn't get myself to drink 30 minutes for a bagel. Luckily someone tipped me off that this place could! Vicky got back to me immediately on Instagram to let me know she'd love to make me one, so I was there the next day! And boy did it deliver. So I've come back over the last couple of years and things have improved as far as the person taking your order from behind the counter. The girls are very sweet for the most part. The bathroom needs to be cleaned better. I asked a question about Fox News being on the television and the girl helping me said "I know. It's uncomfortable and I try to ignore it. It makes us all feel so weird." I told her I agreed and I'd like to ask someone about why they choose to have it on. Well. Ms. 'Manager' came out very aggressively yelling, "who has the complaint?!!!l" in front of a line of people. I didn't want to make a scene so I chose not to respond to her aggression. I said I don't have a complaint, just a question: why Fox News? "WHY NOT??!!!! Our owner is a VETERAN and THATS WHY!!!!" Turned around and walked away. Her response is trying to imply that only that news source supports veterans and not about the bias. This person is completely lacking professionalism when asked something simple. She was defensive and looking for an altercation WITH A CUSTOMER. I ordered the Philly stuffed bagel and, while I ended up with jalapeño cream cheese instead of the regular, it turned out to be a delicious surprise. The bagel itself was perfectly soft with a nice bite, and the stuffed cream cheese combined with the Philly-style toppings made for an absolutely amazing flavor combo. It was rich, satisfying, and had just the right kick from the jalapeño. And yes I added my own scorpion Tabasco to it lol. Be prepared for a line--it's long, but it moves quickly. One day I asked the girl if there any refills and the older woman came out with the attitude said no there's no refills God you could at least be nice for someone that traveled all the way from Bayshore to come to your establishment! After reading these comments I knew all the while it wasn't me and I will not be returned anymore yes the work is all rude and some do have attitude problems I'll spend my money elsewhere and save myself the time and gas thanks anyway I'll go somewhere in my own area. The Everything Bagel has come up with one of the best ways to eat a bagel in my opinion. Slicing them open and making it so the goodness get all inside.... Not only are they perfectly crunchy but look at all the good toppings it gets smothered in. I got the: - PBJ on a seasame bagel. (This one was deff my favorite. The brown sugar combo. INSANE.) - BEC on an everything. (The garlic butter + cream cheese. Bagels are GREAT and that is usually an indicator that everything else is. The staff are attentive and will repeat your order and write it down if it is more than one or two items. My one complaint is the ambiance-- regardless of the time of day, the TV is on and only on Fox. The volume is on very loudly and everyone is subject to the annoying and sometimes harmful comments that are being made. It would help if when it gets that busy and people are fighting to be heard so their orders are correct that the volume be turned down a bit. read more

In the comments they commented it was made to order when asked, which is perfect since I don't like raw onions. I recently saw the new trending "Stuffed Bagel" was available at this bagel shop and I immediately had to try one. This place was clean, had some seating, and ample parking early in the morning. Everyone who was working seemed friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good amount of customers filtering in and out which was a good sign to me. They have a number of cold drink cases and a full brewed coffee bar. They also have "homemade" iced tea and lemonade that can be purchased in a big party bag to go. The stuffed Bagels come in salty or sweet. It is basically any bagel with any cream cheese and for the salty version the brush a garlic butter on it before broiling it. I'm not sure about the sweet, but I will be back to try it. The stuffed bagel was very good and different. I would highly recommend visiting and trying one or two. read more

We've been coming here for probably over 15 years.. they make the best everything bagel because they are the only bagel place that actually puts salt on their everything bagel. Pickle sandwich has done it for me. I don't know where else you can get one but 10/10. 8/10 messy but it's a pickle sandwich. You can get whatever you want in your pickle sandwich, it comes with a small side, and my favorite part is they give you another crunchy pickle on the side. Unsanitary - dirty they all wear gloves to make it look sanitary, but then handle cash , register, knives cream cheese, and then touch bagels and food without changing gloves or using bakery / deli paper. Highly unsanitary. I wouldn't be surprised if they use the same gloves for most of the day! When I mentioned this to one of the workers they just moved on the next customer - without a response. They will not honor theior own coupon. Waited 15 minutes on line just to be told they would not honor their coupon on it's last day.

Food looks and tastes great, but the service was beyond disappointing. It was my first time here so we asked where we could find the stuffed bagel menu. Ed smirked and laughed. We asked if we could swap out different flavors of cream cheese and he smirked and laughed again. This went on, and when it came time to pay I said I'd pay first. He laughed and because at this point I was fed up I asked why he was laughing, he responded "because i need to write this down first". I don't see why it was appropriate to laugh at a customer on several occasions, especially considering my friend and I had been nothing but friendly. At one point, we asked if we could get the BEC and he murmured something inaudibly so we asked him to repeat himself several times. During this, he kept laughing to himself and someone else had to let us know that the grill was not on (reasonable since we came later in the day). And the staff never looks clean....the only reason I go there is because my kids like this place but I myself will not be going back again. Ask the girl for light colored bagels she gave me all dark. They said they were already helped. I stand in front of the register to get a closer look at the menu. I notice 1 young lady just stares at me, no acknowledgement. She starts calling the men over to pickup there orders. So now, no one is inside the place. This same lady starts talking to her co workers. I wasn't trying to interrupt, so I waited.
