Cute little coffee shop right off of sunrise highway. From the outside it looks like an old shop or house but once you walk inside its a cute coffee shop. There are a few tables inside for your to sit and enjoy your drink and/or food. Its very home inside but also a little dark. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had when trying to figure out my drink order. I ended up getting the iced Strawberry shortcake latte with oatmilk.. it was soooo delicious. It was a perfect balance of sweetness and coffee and it did have a slight taste of strawberry shortcake. They also have food options that I didnt try but all looked good. I've been here on one other occasion and couldn't remember how my experience was so when I was in the area I needed my coffee fixed. I decided to stop in. I didn't end up not purchasing anything because at the register I asked her if there was any milk included in the churro cold brew, which was one of the spring specials. She rolled her eyes at me and said how else would I make the cream without milk. I'm lactose intolerant so this is why I was concerned. for her to be rude and talk to me that way i decided to leave without purchasing . I make my own cold foam with oat milk so I know that it's possible which is why I asked. read more

I ordered the seasonal s'mores cold brew and it was below mediocre. The flavor of the cold brew itself was just off. The employee offered me an iced coffee instead, so at least she tried to give me a second option. I've seen better reviews on the lattes, so maybe that would be a safer bet here. read more

Happy 1600th review to me! I've been exploring local Long Island coffee spots recently. Today I tried Sergi. I was greeted upon entering by the lovely girl behind the counter. After a quick glance of the menu, I decided on a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte with almond milk. It was tasty. There are a few tables inside. I did have some time to sit in and get some work done. WiFi was quick and effective. I would return. My only complaint is that they don't have a bathroom for customer use. I'm not sure if this is the norm or not as there was a sign on the door that simply stated "no bathroom." I will be adding this spot to my rotation. read more

No nitro cold brew. Regular cold brew is quite sour. Medium roast hot black coffee is nothing special, very basic black coffee.

The iced coffee is delicious. The workers there are friendly and very nice. It's the best coffee we think on Long Island

Painful as it is, I can not let a bad experience slide - I hoped for another outcome and I can assure you that this is so as I finger arrowed a croissant and a circular thin ring bagel type bread creation, Each had a plastic look - equipped with the shine that reflects the light from above - not the sun, but the buzzing fluorescents. Not to elaborate for fun but the food on display look like the stuff in the bowls in the cheap 5 and dime thrift store paintings. With this thought, I was thinking to order the Breakfast Special as the heat outside was hot and oppressive and I wanted to pop in and out as the sun was climbing in the sky and I patted my brow with a handkerchief as inside was also warm to the point of slight uncomfortableness. The egg was opaque white and shaped like a half a puck and would bounce with a flick of the wrist upon the wall and its slick texture kept me wiping my hands. Turkey and cheddar with an egg white - as my teeth sank into it the hard roll felt as if it was molded from a US Foods tray of plenty and sent out to be reheated and so it went on with the weird cheese, closer to a cheese whiz that anything sliceable and I felt the blood running to my temples as I tried all to make the best of the moment. The croissant and hoop earring bagel tasted pretty much exactly the same. Weird shiny glow outer coating, dry and whatever the opposite work of "flakey and soft" would be were exactly that and my throat closed a little further to try to tell me that this too might not get through without something wet to ride upon to get in and drop down. I sometimes attend a gym that's around 5 minutes from here so every time I'm driving home I see this cute little shop. I finally stopped and am sooo glad I did. I have zero clue what kind of coffee they have but oh my goodness it is sooo delicious. Ordered a sugar free iced latte with almond milk. I ordered a small and probably should have ordered a large because it was so good. They do have options to buy their coffee beans (not sure if ground or not). Great coffee place for breakfast woth unique food options. My friend lives in Lindenhurst and we always struggle finding something for me to eat for breakfast since I don't want to eat bagels or toast for breakfast. I always crave potatoes, for breakfast. So I found this place on Yelp, and it's a neat find. It's really convenient since it's on the way on my commute off the Sunrise highway. Outside it looks kinda shabby, but inside the space is huge for a coffee shop. I ordered the cinnamon dolce cold brew, with a round potato knish. I was kind of confused because I didn't know understand why they had square potato knish, and round potato knishes. But looking at them the square one had a traditional fried outside, while the round one was more less traditional. The server said the round one had a bit more potato in it. So I opted for that one. The cold brew was prepared quickly and she didn't charge me extra for asking to make it with almond milk. It came to $3.50 for a small. The round knish was $3.99. And she gave me a warm tasty one. My total came to $8.14 with tax. I saw the giant spinach pinwheel that look like they're made with pastry dough rather than pizza dough and I definatly want to try them next time! read more

Visit Date: October 31, 2020 I came here on Halloween before I was picking up my son after I got two Halloween tattoos. I ordered their version of a pumpkin spice frappucino and I got caramel syrup on it. It was pretty good, it wasn't overly sweet which I tend to appreciate at times when it comes to coffee drinks. I was told a long time ago this was a weird place but I always wanted to stop in because I'm always open for wondering into a new coffee shop and I liked what I had and the place didn't seem all that weird to me. I have been eagerly awaiting for this place to open up for over a year! So happy it finally happened. As a truck driver who rides this road several times a day my coworkers & I always complain there is no place to stop for coffee on our way to the asphalt plant in Deer Park. So when I saw this place was about to open I got excited. Especially so because there's room for tractor trailer parking on the service road! That's epic for us! When I entered the building the decor grabbed me immediately. Honestly I'm not a big coffee drinker like most Yelpers. But I just may become one after walking in here. Nice offerings without being overwhelming. The donuts & pastries looked fresh & delicious although I didn't get any I will be sure to try some in the future. While sipping my iced coffee, which was full bodied & flavorful with my choice of milk. Yay! The owner Ibrahim came over to ask me if I liked it & what I thought. Turns out he's a longtime business owner in the same spot who has expanded his horizons. Then I bombarded him with how bad we need a place like this & a food place on this side of Sunrise Hwy. blah blah blah. He probably was like yeah yeah lady enough already. LOL. Finally made it into this gem of a coffee shop. They roast their own beans!!! Colombian beans. Espresso is medium roast just the way we like it. Some light fare and bakery. I've driven by this place a bunch of times, but never really stopped. This coffee shop between a cemetery and a shady former-strip-club-now-wings-shop is actually quite decent. They roast their own beans in-house, although the place really did not smell like coffee. I went for an iced soy latte since it was a really hot day. They didn't quite have enough soy, so I asked them to just make it into essentially an iced americano with lots of soy. I was pleased with the flavor of their coffee. Even with around 1/3rd a cup of soy in there, the two shots of espresso really stood out. The flavor was bold, yet pleasant. They really should work on the smell. Walking in, it smelled like cleaning chemicals instead of coffee. Aside from that, I liked the place and I'll be back to try more of their choices. read more

So, while heading home from yoga I'll thought to myself - "I've had my zen, so now I need my caffeine". I had to pass this place to come home and had been meaning to try it anyway. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked what I wanted before I had a chance to even peruse the menu. I opted for an iced vanilla latte. And a doughnut. Because yoga. I got a cinnamon sugar doughnut - I like to keep it classic. The doughnut was soooooo good. Like, amazing. Delicious. Fantastic. Worth blowing my workout over, for the most part. It was soft and sweet and *perfection*. My vanilla latte was delicious. You can definitely taste the quality of the coffee that they use comparative to some other coffee shops. My only complaint is that there was an insane amount of ice. It was filled nearly to the top so the coffee:ice ratio was off for me, and when paying $5 for a medium drink I need more than three sips. Next time I'll have to ask to go light on that. Also, as with many other places, +.50 for milk substitutes. Vanilla latte is great with almond milk. read more

If I go to Service Coffee 3 times in one week the coffee costs 3 different prices depending who rings you up. The owners charge over $4.50 for a vanilla iced coffee. Starbucks charges $3.20 for a vanilla iced coffee that is large. Until today I was going in because their location was convenient. These other reviews are great, but there's a reason why no one is in there when you go in to get coffee at 8am on a weekday. read more

Sneaky good coffee, unfortunately it's in a horrible location on the sunrise service road in west Babylon. Has no drive through oddly considering its location it would probably triple their business. Nobody is going to go out of their way to this location to get out of their car to order. You should be able to jump off the service road then right back on. They also only serve fruit and muffins no real food. This place will likely be out of business soon with the massive over head rent of a stand alone building and revenue that consists of only 20 cups of coffee a day. Guy has probably hemorrhaging money for the past couple years I feel bad for him because the coffee is really good. Maybe find a new location. read more

This is not easy for me to write since I'm the biggest fan of a coffee company that rhymes with Warbucks. But hubby convinced me to try this new hipster café and I had to have my usual drink, a no-frills drip coffee. All I can say is--"Yippee!" I had really high hopes for Sergi Coffee, but I can honestly say, it was a real let down. So, I always pass by Sergi on my way back from Best Yet and really wanted to try it. I had the chance to stop in because my usual coffee shop was still closed and I was in the area. First off the inside is really nice! Very big and, I guess, if you want to sit down and work you can. That is were my high hopes plummeted. My boyfriend and I waited about five minutes for someone to help us, which was ok because we were not in a rush and we wanted to look over the menu. A man, who I believe was the owner, comes in. Does not acknowledged us with a hello, just stares at us and yells at a girl in the back that people are waiting. So, now I feel bad for the girl because it really was not a problem that we waited and I also feel awkward that she was yelled at because of us. Barista got our coffee out very fast. I ordered an iced Americano and my boyfriend ordered a hazelnut latte. They were ok at best. Considering they roast everything on the premise, I expected a mind blowing espresso. Not the case. We decided to not get any food because it all looked like prepackaged pastries. Bottom Line: After the awkward moments and lack of a great coffee, I will not be back. read more
