I came here once before for a yelp elite event and wanted to try it again with my friend.i ordered the donut latte and it came with two mini donuts on top. Very cute! Was delicious and I'm happy they have non dairy options for milk. I want to go back and try one of their lattes in the bear cup. We drove through the drive through and ordered. Server was nice and service was quick. We then enjoyed our lattes at the picnic table.

Service was great, staff was extremely polite. The drive thru is convenient especially during a rainy day. My cold pumpkin spice latte was great. The hot pumpkin spice latte was a little too sweet for my liking.

The Barn in Merrick is a drive-through, family-run shop for lattes, iced coffees, ice cream and other snacks. I've been seeing a lot of videos on Instagram so I definitely wanted to try it for myself. A location in Albertson, NY is opening soon. There are some March exclusives available only this month. I stopped by on a Sunday around 2:00pm. There are two drive-through lanes and there were cars in both. The menu consists of iced tea/lemonade, coffee, specialty lattes, dirty sodas, and water. I pulled up to the drive-through window and ordered the Lucky Charmed Latte with the staff member. My husband ordered a hazelnut mocha iced latte. The drinks didn't take long to be prepared and were very yummy. I really liked the addition of Lucky Charms marshmallows and whipped cream on top of the latte. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but the latte had a good ratio of espresso and milk and it was very good. I definitely want to be back to The Barn in Merrick to try other drinks!

Went for the Pignoli iced latte as I wanted to make a reel for my social media with the sound of Teresa Giudice and the scene in Real Housewives where she talks about Pignoli cookies. I've only been to the barn a couple of times & was expecting the drink to be less than $10. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the iced latte came out to $13 for an average sized drink with a small Pignoli cookie on top. The drink tasted good, but not where I would say it was worth the price they charged for it. Other than that the owner was friendly as usual as was the young lady who took my order.

The merriest coffee drive-thru around! From the moment you pull up, you're greeted with warm smiles and cozy Christmas vibes that instantly put you in the holiday spirit. The staff is cheerful, friendly, and makes even the busiest mornings feel festive and welcoming. My coffee was perfect.. rich, fresh, and made just the way I like it. It's the kind of place that feels like a little holiday pick-me-up in a cup. If you're looking for great coffee served with joy, warmth, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I have gone a bunch of times so figured I can give a fair review. They have exotic lattes paired with either a cake pop, donut, or pie on top. The holidays bring some cool shaped cups too, like a snowman or gingerbread. The prices are steep. Unfortunately they got rid of their punch card program because someone had to ruin it for everyone but hopefully they'll come up with another point system because their drinks are really expensive. The service is always with a smile. I hear the line can get pretty backed up but I guess the times I went I lucked out but the last time I saw this lady trying to make a left into the place to cut the line, um no babe you gotta get to the back! Idk if there's anything they can do for the line backup since the location is on a corner.

Cute place i've been looking to visit but it's often so busy with cars backed up. So we kept it basic & got some iced lattes with almond milk. It's not cheap but it's a fun experience.

Pumpkin latte inside actual pumpkin - fun

Fun place to visit for tasty coffee and good photos. Yes prices are a bit crazy ($44 for 2 lattes and slice of pie) but this is not a place to come for a drink, rather for experience. It's drive through only but can eat outside at tables. There are 2 parking spots and can also park around corner on the street. The fall special pumpkin latte was quite good even if main purpose is for photo taking. Come with realistic expectations and you'll be happy. Come expecting affordable sit down place and be disappointed.

My family grew up in the area and used to go to The Barn as a drive through grocery store. We came today to try their coffee. And I cannot recommend it enough. I got the apple cider donut latte (which comes with a donut!). My brother got the sugar cookie latte. Both were amazingly good! Not too sweet either! The fall decorations were so perfect for the first day of fall! And the owners are part of what made the experience even more perfect. So welcoming and friendly, you truly feel like family I will definitely be back to try all the other flavors i didn't get today!

Adorable glass bear cup

I loved the coffee here. It was my first time coming here. I had a Cinnamon bun latte and got my self the adorable glass bear cup they currently have. I didn't get a Starbucks bear cup but I did get one even cuter. The man helping me was the sweetest guy ever and very helpful. My only suggestion is that you look up the menu before going. I didn't have much time to look at it as it is a drive through coffee place and cars were lined up behind me. Definitely will return again!

I kept seeing reels for this place on social media. I was out in Nassau County today nearby, so I decided to go! There were so many choices and latte flavors that were intriguing me. I decided on the summer s'mores latte, and I got it iced. It cost $7.50. It was pretty good! It was topped with torched marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate. If s'mores were a drink, this would be it! I was a bit scared it would be too sweet for my liking, but it was perfect and it had a perfect balance of flavors. All drinks are made to order. I didn't wait too long for drink. I will definitely be returning! They have a punch card too. Every 10 drinks, you get one free!

Timing is everything, or at least that's what they say. So when my wife and I happened to have some time to kill and we found ourselves near Merrick at an off coffee time of day, we figured why not check out The Barn? Tasty results ensued. I say "off time" because it was about 4:30 PM when we found ourselves rolling into The Barn's tiny location. There's enough viral buzz about this spot that we braced ourselves for a potential line, but instead we were able to pull right up to order. That might be the most nostalgic about the setup is that these Barns (there's more than one location) come from the iconic red Dairy Barn buildings that you probably experienced driving through when you were younger (depending on your age...I might be starting to date myself). Anyways, The Barn does have some other items to buy besides drinks, but it's really truly all about the coffee here. The latte types are eye-popping and for the size and what they look like, the price is pretty decent. Despite our better almost-dinner-time judgement, and with too many good options to choose from, my wife and I chose to each get a latte (iced). We went with the rainbow cookie latte and the (also viral by name) Dubai chocolate latte. The ordering and coffee wait time was quick with the younger staff serving things up quite speedily, albeit with minimal smiles and interaction. So how was the coffee? Definitely a solid "good." I mean when you put a legit rainbow cookie on top of a latte it's hard to not love it. The sweet flavors were all there in that colorful-sounding sip, while the Dubai chocolate latte was less aesthetically pleasing but still held some pistachio tastes. I will say that though both had flavorful oomph, the coffee part might have been a little lacking. This could be personal preference as I like to taste some pizzazz from the espresso that is supposed to be used in a latte. The Barn doesn't have their own coffee (it's For Five brand which can be pretty decent), but I suppose I was hoping for a tad more coffee kick and a little less sweet. Overall, I'll still serve up a superb four stars to The Barn as it creates some nostalgia, has a fun and speedy setup, and definitely dabbles in a menu of engaging items. Perhaps the coffee isn't so strong, but some might like it like that (my wife being one of them). Now all that's left is for somebody to change the old dilapidated barn location near me on Hawkins Ave into one of these!

Iced apple cider donut latte

I've been here a few times now and always have a great experience. The menu is fun, the seasonal drinks are great, and I love how they decorate them. I went a couple of times for their fall drinks, and I'm excited to try the winter ones because they look adorable. Just a heads-up: the coffee is VERY sweet. I like sweet coffee, so it works for me, but it might not be for everyone. The line is usually long since the place is popular, but it moves quickly, so the wait isn't too bad.

Now onto the food and drinks, I absolutely love their new seasonal menus, it makes me excited for the first of each month because I get to go in a try a new creative concoction! I do still love the standard menu though don't get me wrong, this place opened my eyes to the world of chai lattes (and as a non coffee drinker this was huge). If you are a chai lover you NEED to try their Jenny Penny chai which is a standard chai mixed with raspberry syrup, which may sound odd but is life changing. Also don't sleep on their matcha, I was skeptical at first but once I saw the color they served me I was impressed. It was a rich green and super strong which I absolutely love as it tells me it's great quality. I've also had basically every dessert menu item, and you can't go wrong with any of them. I love their rainbow cookie cake and getting one of their pies smashed in a mug just makes it taste better than regular pie. Overall, if you haven't been to the Cup yet you better get a group of friends together and plan a trip ASAP! Bonus: follow their insta to see the awesome events they host like tarot night!

There are also a seemingly endless list of options to pick from, which quite frankly is both exciting and overwhelming. The only confusion is that you really have no idea how strong or not the taste is going to be of the item you're getting. Again with so many options of the coffee itself, and then the speciality drinks, I wasn't that positive what I was getting and although I avoid sweetness, a little bit of something would've been helpful to bring out the flavors of the coffee bean rather than just cream which is what I did (resulting in me having a pretty basic coffee that didn't taste that much different than any other ice coffee I've ever had). There's definitely so many cool options, but a little more clarity on how to properly order I think would've been helpful.
