I went here for the first time a week ago or so and i got the rainbow cookie latte- it was not good i couldn't taste any almond, it was all raspberry but the flavor was so bad it tasted almost sour. I went back again cause the customer service was good and I had high hopes something else would be better. I got a caramel latte and It was good but not my favorite the caramel flavor tasted weird- more nutty than caramel but the coffee was nice and not burnt at all. Prices on par with other coffee shops and the customer service was good, in and out quick. I'll be back to try more from their valentines menu. read more

I got a blue glass bear which i've been wanting one for so long but i live way out East so it is a drive. This is my 2nd time here in 2 days after being introduced to them through a Yelp event. I love the ambiance with all the decorations, menus, and things for sale perfectly placed on the outside. Even though they make your coffee as you order it, the service is still great. Kevin, who served me last night, was there again, smiling. I love what he did. I asked if the special Blueberry Pie Cold Brew. He said he can't make it Decaf. I know many a server who don't care about the customers and say yes to Decaf, but serve regular coffee.Then I get heart palpitations! This is the worst place to get coffee. It's over priced and you can't drive through. Busy corner and too many walk ups to pull into the parking lot. I finally checked out the barn in merrick. I heard about all of their crazy new flavors, which I was curious to try. But I also heard they had ForFive coffee and that's my favorite coffee in NY. So I got a few crazy drinks, s'more's latte, Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte and a black and white milkshake. The s'mores was amazing with the roasted marshmallows on top, the Cinnamon Toast Crunch tasted like cereal milk it was so delicious, and the black and white milkshake of course was also a hit! At the end of trying them all I was so satisfied with my deliciously warm perfectly made Cappuccino. Did I go back the next day? I sure did. I went back for another cappuccino plus I wanted to try their Italian rainbow cookie uncle Joey explosion which was also unreal. It's a drive thru and depending on the time you go there can be a line. The first time we went later in the day and there was no line. The second time I went there was a line out on Merrick road. Either way it's worth it. Once you drive through, you have options to choose from whether it's their coffee, picking up milk and eggs, snacks, or other fun items. I wouldn't give any stars, Absolutely terrible!!!! It's all a gimmick! Ordered s'mores hot chocolate, i was handed an ice cold cup of regular hot chocolate. No whip cream, no toasted marshmallows at all. I asked about the marshmallows and was told they were out of skewers. My daughter ordered a Santa;s helper hot chocolate and also was handed a cup of regular hot chocolate ice cold! Nothing on top of hers either. Gave them both back to be heated. Wanted to order a shake I was told they do not do them after a certain hour. My friend ordered a honey sugar latte, the worker said it had honey and brown sugar around the rim. It did not. Then as i was driving she started choking!!!! There was large clumps of brown sugar in the ice latte that came up through the straw and went right into her throat!!! The green icing on it tasted rotten. The employee seemed stressed and was blaming everything on her coworkers saying "they left me with nothing and someone didn't show up, sorry." Then they try to make it right and give an extra donut and a cup of ice. They then say we can give you a drink tray since you have an extra cup now. They "ran out of drink trays." Every single time that I've gone to any of the barn locations, I have been treated by extremely rude staff and/or not greeted at all when arriving. The drinks are usually way more milk than the espresso, but that's just a cherry on top of how rude the workers have been. We ordered a drink and they messed up the order and rather than fixing it for us or offering any additional idea they had just snapped back and said well you got more coffee and it's better the way they made it? Like what. So just an example of how they have been. If I could do zero stars, I would. I will keep this review simply based on my order... I ordered 3 lattes: 2 with oat milk and one with regular milk. The only thing they got right was the number of drinks and they added the flavors I asked for. When I received ALL THREE DRINKS, they were dark... all three lattes (which have more milk than coffee) were dark (i.e. nearly black)... I was thrown off by how confident the guy said "yeah" when I asked him if they were lattes. I thought I made a mistake but I didn't. Now for the taste... basically a regular coffee with some milk added. Tastes nothing like a latte. The drink with regular milk BARELY had any milk in it. Lattes are supposed to have foam and a milk tea color to them. It's not like I had them delivered and the foam dissolves by the time it gets delivered. I went through the drive thru and checked the drinks immediately... no foam and hardly any milk in all three drinks. I work at a coffee shop, I would know. Oat milk does make drinks a bit darker if you drink it with coffee. Not a latte, or not as much. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was too irate to say anything. Great way to start off my morning on Christmas Day. Don't even be open then. If that's how they make all their lattes, it's criminal and they are jipping everyone. I'll never go back again with them insulting my intelligence... and I'm not that smart so that's saying something. read more

It was my first time here and the experience was so good. The coffee tasted very fresh and delicious. The girl that helped me was very sweet and asked me if it was my first time here. She even suggested one of the coffee drinks, which I will definitely get the next time I go. I also bought one of the pizza crumb cakes. I was so happy to be able to purchase it here. I didn't get the girls name but she was a pleasure and even refused to take my tip but I insisted. It was only the change from what was left but I also gave her an extra $5 because she was so nice.
