This coffee shop is located in Stony Brook Village and has plenty of parking. It's a cute spot to grab coffee and walk around. I ordered the monthly special which was a cookie butter latte and loved it. It wasn't very sweet, but it wasn't too strong either. They have a few tables inside, along with coffee beans and mugs for purchase. The employees were very friendly and patient as we decided what we wanted. Great spot for coffee!

Cute coffee shop in the middle of stony brook village. Very minimal inside, only two small tables for seating. Staff was friendly, it did take a little while to get a drink but it was delicious so it was worth it. I tried a cookie butter latte which I wasn't sure what to expect but it was tasty and not too sweet.

Don't believe any of the reviews that are under five stars. Georgio's is as good as it gets and I really owe this place a review because I am here multiple times a week. First of all the coffee is amazing like 10 out of 10 every time you go there. I normally just get a black cold brew and it always hits the spot but today I got the pumpkin spice latte and let me just say that these baristas really make everything with care and love. All the syrups and even the whipped cream is allll house made!! Makes all the difference. It also doesn't hurt that every time I go in there the baristas make me smile and laugh, it honestly keeps me coming back. It's so much better than making coffee at home which I could easily do. It's always such a joy. Especially love Kayla & Sarah! This is such a great addition to the community and it's definitely worth a try if you are in the area

I love the stony brook village, there are many shops around. My boyfriend and I were on the hunt to find good quality coffee beans as we like to make cold brew and espressos at home. We stumbled upon Georgio's Coffee Roasters, they also have a location in Farmingdale. They had a wide selelction of beans to choose from for espresso and pour over. They have blends and single origin. We got the Testarossa blend and it was perfect for our cold brew. Along with the beans I ordered a maple spice latte and a spinach and cheese empanada. My boyfriend got a cold brew which came free since he bought the beans. There are a couple of tables near the window, but I feel like it's more of a grab and go kind of place. Our drinks came out pretty quick.

Great addition to stony Brook village, just wish it opened earlier. Their coffee is absolutely delicious. I'm obsessed with their specialty flavors that are made in house, no store bought syrup in sight. Flavors are also quite creative. I started going within the first few months of their opening and the baristas were so friendly! Haven't been able to get to know the new employees, though. Although there's plenty of space for it, there aren't a ton of seating options so it's more of a grab and go place, or a quick catch up with a friend/acquaintance. Last time I checked they didn't have wifi, but there is free stony Brook village wifi so it is nice to sit if you have an awkward amount of time to kill and get work done, I just wouldn't camp out there. Very homey quaint atmosphere.

Great coffee, limited food options. Georgio's Coffee Roasters serves high-quality, well-crafted coffee in a cozy setting. The drinks are smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The food menu is on the smaller side with minimal options, so it's not the best spot if you're looking for a full meal. Service was very polite and helpful. Would definitely go back to try more and get a better feel for the overall experience. Great potential and worth a second visit.

This new coffee roasterie is located directly to the left of the Stony Brook post office in a perfect little corner spot! Very well put together and organized with a great layout. The employees are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the coffee options and how everything is made. They sell many different coffee and espresso beans as well as mugs from a local artist and the well know "Fellow" brand travel cups. For the coffee itself I got a vanilla hot latte with oat milk and it was phenomenal. The vanilla tasted unique but in the best possible way. Marvin got a gingerbread latte on the Winter specials menu and it was strong on the ginger but also in a good way. Overall I highly recommend checking them out and I already can't wait to go back and try their other drinks!

Awesome coffee the inside is very minimalistic and the employees are extremely knowledgeable in crafting espresso as well as pour over coffee. My wife and I purchased their espresso beans and use it religiously every morning and highly recommend trying them out. In terms of all the local coffee shops in the area Giorgio's is definitely my number one pick for anyone interested in well crafted lattes. Also they use frozen coffee ice cubes so your drinks do not get diluted when the ice melts which I think is a fantastic addition.

By far the best coffee in the area. Their espresso drinks are sublime. Their beans are a great price and come with a free coffee. AOD

It's been a while since I've updated a review. Often, timing and frequency of visiting an…read moreestablishment will stop me from penning something new. But after moving to Ronkonkoma back in the spring and diving into the coffee scene of this area, I've realized that Kings Coast deserves a fifth star. I mean I was close to originally giving KC all five celestials when I wrote my initial review, but I felt like the pricing just had me a little irked. Flash forward and I've realized coffee has just gotten expensive (even Dunkin' isn't as cheap as it once was). Though I'll say that the quality you receive at Kings Coast is lightyears above any coffee chain. Their drinks are handcrafted with consistency in flavor and enjoyment which makes the price that much more worth it. Plus if you sign up for the Cash App you can actually earn points and free drinks (two trips ago, one of my coffees was free!). Yeah, I know you get points from Dunkin' and Starbucks too, but the drink choices at Kings Coast are just spectacular and make you want to spend your hard-earned money. There are plenty of hot and iced options always on the menu, plus they have seasonal selections to choose from which are quite tasty. Case in point was the Smashed Pumpkin drink, which was a delicious gourd-esque coffee concoction. Their seasonal Nutella latte is a favorite of my wife (and rather delicious). Though the drink that really had me push for an update is their draft nitro latte. This is something I haven't seen at any other coffee shop except here. I like to add in their house-made vanilla flavor which creates a frothy, sweet, incredible creation. By far, this is my favorite coffee drink right now. Coffee is of course the most important piece to Kings Coast, though I'll say the ambiance in here is just awesome. It was awesome the first time I ever walked in, and it's only supplanted itself in that feeling. They have such a chill vibe that I just love. I can't figure out if we're in Miami or Long Island, but all I know is the neon pink logo, coffee bag decor, greenery all along the menu, and the local art corner creates an experience. Overall, Kings Coast Coffee Co. deserves all the stars Yelp will give it. Their setup is superb and most importantly, the coffee is extremely legit. Oh and did I mention they're canning their coffee now too? It doesn't get better than that. You'll trbe hard-pressed to find a place with more unique, genuine, and tasty coffee options than here. Consider this a well-deserved and much-needed five star update.
