I ordered for delivery a panini for lunch today and was very dissatisfied. The food was cold and upon taking a bite found hair in it. Not first time I've had issues but thought I'd let it go. They seem to just throw their food together with lack of care. The food was cold, little to no flavor. I also asked for them to press the panini well done/ crispy and was soft and not pressed well. When a deli puts the word "gourmet" in their name, they've got to live up to a higher standard. I'd say these guys make it work. It's true, the chicken cutlets are very good. I had a Springtime hero for breakfast. As in one of those guys who eats dinner in the early morning (9am today), i appreciate the fact that they serve their gourmet stuff at any time. The service was fine, treatment varied depending on the staff member, though there was a tall, young looking fellow who stood out, asking me how my sandwich was when I returned for a drink. The owner lied to my face. There is a board that list the sandwich prices starting at $8 and the owner charged me $9. I asked him about it and he said that price list is 4 years old and then said they are better than a bodega (I'm not sure why he through that last part in). So glad that my cousin recommended this little gem of a deli. Their chop salads are amazing!! Balsamic vinaigrette is homemade, creamy and so delicious!!! Ordered online a few times since I've been turned on to this place. Fast delivery and very accommodating. A few of my coworkers had some missing items and the owner ran everything over immediately after calling. I love love love this place. One thing I would suggest is the tuna in a tomato, should come with two tomatoes as it was not very filling, but it was extremely delicious and such an innovative idea. I've been a customer here for a while...maybe not a regular, but I have ordered sandwiches, eggs, etc. over the years from this deli and I've always thought they do a good job...I've been in twice more recently and both times I was greeted by extremely friendly employees and have had my orders come out exact and delicious. My last order was egg whites, spinach, & swiss on a scooped out whole wheat bagel...made perfectly and was quite tasty. Today I ordered their chicken bullet hero. I asked for fresh melted mozzarella instead of American and also that they put the coleslaw on the hero instead of on the side...the girl who took my order didn't write it down, but she verbally told the man making my sandwich as he was finishing up...I think they're prices are also on point with other delis in the area. Most sandwich shops/delis charge from $9-13 for heros so they are within the realm of reason. I'll continue going here when I'm in the area...especially because one of my favorite sandwich makers from another deli works here and he makes an excellent sandwich! read more

You're greeted with a smile and it seems like there's a lot of regulars who come here. The woman at the counter was so friendly and attentive. It was breakfast time so I ordered 2 fried eggs with a side of bacon, and my friend ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. I used these guys for my son's backyard birthday party. We ordered a 6' hero and a bunch of salads. The order was ready to go when I arrived at the deli, which was nice. (BTW - they deliver but i live local so i picked it up) ALL the parents at the party raved about the hero and the side salads. Everything was delicious!! Absolutely love this place. This is our go to spot after Sunday mass. They make great sandwiches and take care to get your order correct. I've been to this deli twice because I work in the same complex where it is located. I got their "worlds best Reuben" sandwich. I legit went inside cuz I saw their sign outside and it was my first time trying a Reuben sandwich. I was not impressed. The meat was so salty. I think they gave me roast beef.. Not pastrami?! And there was way too little sauerkraut and sauce. The bread was toooo buttery. Their pickle and sauce and cole slaw was good tho. Another time I got their kicken chicken (buffalo chicken) hero and it was the BoMb. They can improve on the bread they use for the hero tho.. It was too flimsy. But the chicken cutlet, their homemade buffalo sauce, blue cheese was all on point. I would just ask for extra lettuce next time. The workers here can be kinda rude but some are nice. Good food however it's very overpriced and they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's forced me to stop going here because I can't afford to spend $14 on a sandwich, chips and a drink to open my sandwich with stuff missing. I even watch them write down my order and make sure they write the correct order. However, somehow every time I open the sandwich it's messed up. And they charge me for the ingredients they never ended up putting on the sandwich. So disappointing. Won't be coming here again. read more

Sandwiches are quite tasty. Hampton chicken salad is an office favorite. The Reuben is also delicious, tender meat and good ratio of meat, sauerkraut and sauce- comes with coleslaw and a pickle. I recently ordered sandwiches from there online. 3/4 sandwiches either had things left out or didn't include the add-ones which cost extra. The grilled chicken was rubbery and their mozzarella cheese was the sliced, thin circle kind, not the classic Italian mozzarella that comes to mind.
