The Haus Burrito is filled with sunny-side-up eggs, smoked bacon, white American cheese, tater tots, caramelized onions, and spicy mayo. Everything in this burrito worked. The tots were crisp, and the eggs and cheese were runny. As much as I love bacon, I thought it was a bit too much (probably because the bacon was concentrated on one side of the burrito rather than spread throughout). I would definitely recommend this place. They have other breakfast burritos I'd like to try. I've been wanting to try out Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos for a LONG time and I was having a workshop this morning for students so I thought this would be the PERFECT time to do so. But I needed 6-7 breakfast burritos cut in half and individually wrapped by 730a and they open at 7am. I was concerned and didn't want to overload the kitchen right as they opened so I ended up calling the night before to confirm the best way to place an order of that size in the morning. The woman on the phone told me I could call at 630-645a to place that order because the cooks would be there and that they receive orders larger than mine all the time so I would be fine! Okay so we're back, fast forward to THIS morning! I called and Jay answered the phone around 645a and was seriously the MOST HELPFUL and attentive person at any restaurant I've ever spoken with that early in the morning. He told me my order would be no problem at all and that he would have it ready by 730am. I told him my order was for a workshop and so he told me he would arrange it nicely in a box, write the names on each burrito, and make it look professional, and I was so grateful that he offered that because I had no idea that was an option. I ordered 4 Haus Burritos and the 2 Bronco Burritos (10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND)!! Little did I know until I got to Dog Haus/Badass Breakfast Burritos that Jay was making the burritos as well! Not only did he have my order ready on-time, but they were ready like 10-15 minutes earlier than the time I requested! I was amazed.
