The food has always been solid. The tacos are flavorful, the portions are generous, and they do not skimp on the meat. It can be a little on the oily side, but for a food truck that is part of the experience and it still hits every time. You can tell the team works hard. For the burrito, this was definitely my favorite and I'd give it a 4/5. There was a lot of flavor in the onion, beans, rice, etc. The only drawback was the burrito was falling apart with each bite, so be prepared to get messy! There's a cramped rear parking lot that holds six spots. However, there's plenty of free street parking on the side and around the block. Fortunately, I easily found a parking spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or counter. Staff also speaks fluent English and Spanish. The self-service kiosk is very convenient since there's clear options to make substitutions in your order. After ordering $ paying, I found a seat. Staff brought the food to my table with a bright, welcoming smile. My meal arrived in three minutes and 43 seconds. Very fast!! As mentioned, I absolutely loved the Taco Tijuana ($3.50 each).
