I contacted the truck directly and spoke to the nicest girl who was apologetic and offered to make us a new order and drop it off. Not too long after, the food was delivered by the same person I spoke to on the phone. They let us keep the wrong item (Carne Asada plate, rice & beans, HANDMADE tortillas, 3 salsas, Mexican Coke) made us a fresh Carne Asada plate and brought our original order. My original order consisted of (remember it's my cheat day so don't judge): Pastor Torta Absolutely amazing. Very large portion, the bread is amazing. The guacamole is delicious! Carne asada burrito con todo was a home run. The flour tortilla and, once again, the guac compliments the rice and beans perfectly. Carne asada plate with rice and beans, handmade tortillas. The asada tastes just like it came off the charcoal BBQ in the backyard in the 90s (IYKYK). 4 tacos, 2 asada, 1 pastor, 1 chorizo. All absolutely fantastic, presented beautifully. If you like to punish the roof of your mouth go with the red salsa. The verde has amazing taste but not much kick. The avocado salsa is perfect consistency and goes well with the carne asada and fresh tortillas. Don't skip this place because you'll be missing out! Very generous portions on all items!

My only complaint is that the shrimp still had the tails on. At $30 a plate, especially for a food truck where people are usually grabbing lunch on the go, I wish they were already removed--no one has time for that. The noodles are extra, but definitely worth it. They also offer a great variety of sauces. I don't eat out often, so when I do, it's more of a treat for me.
