Other than finding an insect in one of our son's tacos, the food was actually mediocre. The sanitation level here is very poor and I would not return here again. We decided to give this place a try after passing by so many times and wanting to try something different. Different is definitely what we got! The cilantro taste like it was a day old -- as a matter fact so did the meat.. and we tried pretty much all of them. The birria is pretty much just a bunch of fat with a few strips of meat. The asada lacked any flavor. The jalapeño was a dull green with no char on it from a grill but the color looked like it was cooked for a long time. The salsa is 90% cream with no spice to it.. The lime were brownish and bitter as well. This is my first time ordering from here and I assure you I will not be returning. The tacos are $1.25 but you get what you pay for. One of my absolute favorite spots in Covina. I love coming here for there Alambres, Huaraches, and tacos. They have a very unique salsa blend and everything is made to order. They are always busy so call ahead if you are in a hurry. The owners are so sweet and I truly feel they make every order with love. Drove around late at night and decided to give this truck a try. Ordered Torta, Burrito, Tacos, and Sopes. Did take a while but they make everything to order. Food was fresh and hot. The Asada Burrito could be better, a little too much fat and needed more flavor. The Chicken Tacos was good and tender. The Asada Sopes was very good and fresh (maybe hand made). The Torta bread was very fresh and nicely sized, but the Asada was bland. Their salsas are good. The green salsa is mixed with cream (maybe mayo) and the red is really good but had a lot of heat. Just tried this taco truck because the competition down the street was not open until 7pm. I tied the asada, chicken and Al pastor tacos. Super tasty and not too greasy. Cost was in line and size was on the smaller side, but outside of ELA, they are ok... Cost was good at 1.25. burritos are $6.50 plus $1.00 if you want two types of meat. So disappointed!! We ordered 7 tacos and a carne asada burrito plain with just rice and meat added cheese for extra charge. After literally a 30 min wait during this time a few people ordered after us and some received there food before us. We finally get our food and she even repeated order got home which is literally down the street. Tacos were cold line was rancid tasting and burrito was full of onion and NO cheese which were charged extra for! One star for the sodas being really cold! Smh read more

Wow!!! Just wow! We stopped by because we were craving tacos and were just hoping they were ok. We ordered 10 tacos. The lady is super sweet, she gave us extra salsa and plenty onions and chili. Do not hire them for any occasion! My parents paid to have them at my baby shower because they were decent tacos but their service was so horrible! I hired them for 3 hours, the wife promised to the job herself because I was the first one to book her for the day as her family had other jobs the day of but guaranteed me that she would have mine covered! They arrived took 30 mins to set up, didn't know that was part of the 3 hours. Not even an hour passed by and the wife was gone. The husband then tell me my 3 hours are up, which they weren't! In total they stay an hour and half with the set up included in that time. Then proceeds to tell me okay he's going I need to dump all the food in whatever I can, also they didn't mention I would have to do that. And not to mention they were unprepared and forgot their tent and table and I had to use my own even though they said they had all their stuff handled. So sad I had to make the tacos myself after they left not being able to enjoy my party. When I told him the time wasn't up he says yes 3 4 5, it was supposed to be from 3-6.
