They're typically located in Covina, but I recommend checking their Instagram page before visiting since their location can occasionally change for events. I initially went to the address listed on Google and Yelp, only to find they weren't there. After checking Instagram, I learned they were participating in the West Covina Electric Boba Fest & Night Market. Each pizza is made to order and took about 15 minutes to prepare. I ordered the Diavola, and it came out with a beautiful char throughout the crust that added a delicious smoky flavor. The pizza was perfectly saucy, the crust was light and pillowy, and every bite had the right amount of cheese. I can definitely see the care, love and quality that goes into each pizza.

This taco stand is located at the corner of Asuza and Gladstone. A friend who lives in Asuza…read morementioned it and invited us to try it. So our group of ten headed out and parked by the strip mall where Skechers is. Everyone didn't waste time in ordering. Most people in the group had tacos while I had burrito. Service was really fast. With the tacos, you put garnishing after they hand you the plate. With the burrito, they let you put the garnishing first before they wrap it. It ended up so big that I asked them to cut it in half. We also ordered some drinks which are either soda, water or frescas. I had the horchata which was very good but too sweet but there's nothing an additional ice can't fix. We ended up all full and satisfied. Everything was great. I could have easily given them five stars but we were overcharged. The next day my friend went and inquired about it. Although they acknowledged the mistake and gave a refund, I would suggest checking your bill before paying.

My only complaint is that the shrimp still had the tails on. At $30 a plate, especially for a food truck where people are usually grabbing lunch on the go, I wish they were already removed--no one has time for that. The noodles are extra, but definitely worth it. They also offer a great variety of sauces. I don't eat out often, so when I do, it's more of a treat for me.

My work hosted an event and had them provide lunch. We chose to try birria ramen (I was intrigued…read moreso had to try), birria tacos and quesadilla with asada. The birria ramen was piping hot which I liked. It did take me awhile to get to my seat so the noodles were soggier than I would have liked but I just personally prefer more Al dente noodles but think the texture would be fine for other people. A unique concept. The soup was a tad salty for me but I still love this fusion idea. The birria tacos were my favorite especially with the dipping sauce that came with it. The quesadilla was good but I liked it with the green salsa.

But they didn't, in fact, they showed up about an hour late and took another 45 minutes to prep. So this totally clogged up the Grilled Cheese truck. Luckily, the line at the Nom Nom truck was short enough and my GF was able to order a Pork Banh Mi. The banh mi was great. It was my GF's first time and she fell in love. She had this look in her eye, it was special. There was another burger truck, a cupcake truck and an ice cream truck also on the premises. But it seemed that everyone was here for the Grilled Cheese truck and Grill 'Em All. There was also a jazz band that played beautifully. I think if I wasn't in a hunger daze, I probably would have turned around to find out the name of the band. I'm sorry, I was here for Grill 'Em All. Once the Grill 'Em All truck finally opened, I was disappointed to find out that H-100's and Truffle Oil weren't available. I was so looking forward to the H-100's. So what did I do? I ordered a Behemoth (burger, bacon, and grilled peppers between TWO grilled cheese sandwiches) and a side of Pommes Frites. Watchu know about the Behemoth...
