Huevos con Chorizo, French Toast, & the Breakfast Sandwich

My friends and I came to Bacon & Eggs on a busy Sunday morning. Despite the full restaurant, the food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding. To drink we had the green Bloody Mary (I believe it's made with tomatillos vs tomatoes) a Screwdriver, and a morning paper. All three were great, but the green Bloody Mary is a must try. For food, we ordered the chorizo con huevos, French toast and the breakfast sandwich. The food came out fast and hot. The chorizo was full of flavor and the French toast was perfectly fluffy. I still think about the chorizo, another must try. Our server was attentive and made us feel at home even with at least 7 other tables. We will be back as this is now our favorite breakfast spot in the Walla Walla valley.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I had the Tuscan Eggs Benedict and I am still thinking about it several hours later, solid 10/10. I have tried all of their other Eggs Benedict's and this is by far my favorite. I also tried a new cocktail and deviated from my normal Bloody Mary; I ordered the Coconut Margarita, and it was incredible, my new favorite breakfast cocktail. Very happy with my meal today. I will be back soon!

Never a fan of long waits for food and I would much prefer to go somewhere else but since my hubby had his heart sat at this place ,I decided to be patient for him . Maybe I don't understand how restaurants work but if I see plenty of open seating and they still make you wait 20 minutes , it just doesn't sit well with me .Once seated the food took another 30 minutes to arrive and by this point I was pretty much bored of the wait . All that having been said ,the food was fantastic and the service was good . I was not a fan of my cappuccino at all but the OJ was freshly squeezed and hit the right spot . I had the salmon lox benedict that comes with a side of hash browns and my husband got the Biscuits and Gravy which he loved. Pricing seemed fair .

Tasty breakfast! Serving up tasty eats and hot hot coffee...do you really need more?! I enjoyed my Benedict. Poached eggs were perfect!

Top notch breakfast. This was just down from our hotel. It's cute. We arrived at 9:30 for breakfast and were sat quickly. We had to wait a little for our server, but food came out quickly and was very good. I highly suggest the French toast.

Went here two days in a row - solid brunch/breakfast food, great helpful staff. While popular and I was worried after hearing stories of lines, we never waited more than 5 minutes for a table for two.

Chilaquiles, very good flavor, mild/medium spice in the sauce.

Food was great! We both enjoyed our meals. Good crowd and the staff handled it well and minimized the wait. Very attentive. Casual, open concept dining areas. Wife made a comment "if you make good food, the people will come". She wasn't wrong!

Great spot in the midst of Main street/downtown's charming architecture. We sat out front, which is a narrow bar-counter space with a pretty hedge. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly.

Fantastic find of a place! Excellent BBQ and reasonable prices. Not a full service cocktail…read moreplace but drinks made with their spirits were good. The first thing is coming in you get that rustic lodge feeling from the woodwork and decor as you get hit with that smokehouse aroma. No better way to get you hungry and set the mood for BBQ. Just yum! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. She was attentive and checked in but never intrusive, hovering and did not ignore us once served. Tried a flight with Huckleberry, Berry, Cinnamon, Espresso and Walla Walla Sweet Onion (they "tree in" the espresso). Could take or leave the berries espresso and cinnamon were fantastic while the onion was interesting. Had a Bloody Mary with the onion and it was good. One table mate had the loaded potato with Mac and cheese and pulled pork. The noodles were bigger than skinny boxed and very tender. The cheese was creamy and flavorful and the pulled pork was tender and juicy and jam packed with flavor but could have been a bit more smoky. For the food: I got a small BBQ platter which came with 3-meat choices , a dinner roll and a single side choice. I chose baked beans for my side. Tri-tip, ribs and brisket for my meats. I tasted the beans nothing special but tasty. Same for the roll. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, juicy and meaty! I got three 3"-4" ribs. I also had a small pile of super thin sliced tender juicy and flavorful tri-tip and three 1/4-1/2" thick slices of brisket. The brisket was moist and had a good smoke flavor as well. I ate all the ribs, half the tri-tip and a slice of brisket. The rest went home with me as this was a hearty serving. To end our evening we were sent on our way with well wishes and thanks for patronage from our server and the bartender!

We finally made it into Cedar Rain Spirits in downtown Walla Walla, and I have to say -- this place…read moreis something special. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much pride and passion goes into everything they do. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a family pouring their heart into their craft. The backstory alone is inspiring -- from perfecting a coffee liqueur recipe years ago to building a full distillery and now a restaurant that's quickly becoming a local favorite. On our visit, we tried a little bit of everything: the legendary Texas Twinkies, hearty Loaded Baked Potatoes, the signature Cedar Rain Sandwich, and the savory Brisket Dip. Every bite tasted like it came from years of practice, care, and a true love of good food. And the drinks? Absolute perfection. The Peach Green Tea Cocktail was bright and refreshing, and the Lavender Lemonade Mocktail was every bit as crafted as a cocktail -- thoughtful, balanced, and locally inspired. What struck me most is how dedicated Cedar Rain is to being part of the Walla Walla community. They've built more than a menu -- they've built a gathering place that celebrates local flavors, family, and connection. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go. Support local, eat well, and experience a family-run spot that truly honors its craft.
